They are assigned to watch over us and protect us throughout our lives. They are with us even when we do not recognize them and they go to war for us so that our prayers may be answered. They are special messengers of God and they are our angels.

When we talk about angels, it is a subject that raises many questions.

What are angels and are they real?
Do I have angels watching over me?
Can we see angels?

Angels are real spiritual beings created by God. They are heavenly messengers who seek to do God’s will by listening to his voice and his Word. God uses his angels to rescue and protect his people and to bring honor, praise and worship to his name. There are many different types of angels with different ranks and authority. Contrary to what some believe, there are both good angels and bad angels.

Good angels are holy angels who seek to do the will of God and who worship only God. Bad angels are demons or what we call fallen angels. These are angels who seek to deceive you and lead you away from worshiping God. They seek glory and worship for themselves and their desire is to exalt themselves above God.

The angels are assigned to us by God to take care of us and protect us, but we must put the angels in their rightful place. Angels are not gods and they are not our spirit guides. Angels should never be worshipped, prayed to, or called upon for spiritual guidance. Only God should be worshiped and praised. When we pray, we should always direct our prayers to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When we need guidance in our lives we must invoke the Holy Spirit to guide us to all truth and justice.

The holy angels always lead worship and praise to God. An example of this is in the Book of Revelation when the angel gave John a vision. Revelation 19: 9-10 says: “And the angel said to me: Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage of the Lamb. And he added: These are true words that proceed from God.” So I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said: No, do not worship me. I am a servant of God, like you and your brothers and sisters who bear witness to their faith in Jesus. Worship only God. Because the essence of prophecy is to give a clear testimony of Jesus.

Psalm 103:20-21 says, “Praise the Lord, angels, you mighty ones who carry out his plans, listening to his every command. Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels who serve him and do his will.”

This scripture reminds us that praise for God’s angels is given to the Lord, not to the angels. It tells us that the mighty angels in heaven carry out God’s plan by listening to his commands, which is his Word. He finally shows us that this mighty army of angels serve Him alone as they seek to do God’s will.

God has assigned angels as His special messengers to each of our lives to watch over and protect us. They protect us from harm and are even sent to warn us of danger. The Bible says that the Lord will command his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will support you with their hands so that you don’t even hurt your foot with a stone.

The Book of Matthew describes for us how angels even ministered to Jesus when he was led by the Spirit into the desert to be tempted by the devil. He had fasted forty days and forty nights and was very hungry. It was during this time that the devil approached him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become loaves of bread.” But Jesus told him: “No! The Scriptures say: Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”

Then the devil took him to the holy city, Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple, and said to him: “If you are the Son of God, jump! Because the Scriptures say: ‘He will command his angels to protect you.’ And they will hold you up with their hands so that you don’t even hurt your foot with a stone.” Jesus replied, “The Scriptures also say, ‘You must not test the Lord your God.

Then the devil took him to the top of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. He said to Jesus: I will give you everything, if you kneel down and worship me. Then Jesus replied, “Get out of here, Satan, because the Scriptures say, ‘You must worship the Lord your God
and serve only him. So the devil left, and angels came and took care of Jesus.

Jesus showed us the perfect example of how we should use the Word of God to fight against Satan, demonic voices and attacks. It is only through the Word of God that we can win the war. Every time Satan came with a temptation, Jesus used the Word of God against him. It was then that the angels of God came and ministered to Jesus as they listened to the spoken Word. The angels listened to the commandments of God.

1 John 2:15-16 says, “Do not love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. it is in the world, the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes and the pride of life, are not of the Father, but of the world”.

Can we see angels?

The Bible tells us to continue to love one another as brothers and sisters and not to forget to show hospitality to strangers, because some who have done this have inadvertently entertained angels! God will send his angels among us here on Earth to carry out his assignments.

In Genesis 28:11-22 we read about Jacob’s dream. Jacob left Beersheba and was traveling toward Haran when in the evening he came to a good camping place and stopped there for the night. Jacob found a stone to rest his head on and lay down to sleep. While he slept, he dreamed of a ladder reaching from earth to heaven. And he saw the angels of God going up and down the ladder. During this dream, God confirmed his promises to Jacob. Then Jacob awoke from his dream and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I didn’t even know it!” But he too was afraid and said, “What an amazing place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gate of heaven!”

Jacob’s dream was a vision and understanding of what happens in the spirit realm. God allowed Jacob to see the angels going up and down the ladder that led from heaven to earth. God confirmed to Jacob his word and his promises that he had made to his grandfather Abraham and to his father Isaac. All these promises were being fulfilled and the angels went between heaven and earth fulfilling the promises of God.

The way we assign our angels is by speaking the Word of God. They are waiting for the Word of God to be spoken during our prayers and our spoken word. We must be careful to put a shield over our mouth and speak only what God says, not what we think or feel. The Word of God is the only authority in our lives. Start speaking and declaring God’s promises over your life. When you pray, pray the Word of God and when you stand, stand firm in faith and watch as the angels of God begin to move on your behalf.

Brain Chemical Relationship – Should We Give In And Give Them What They Want?

Couples, I am writing this article out of necessity. The brain chemistry of gender and relationship has reached new heights. We can attribute these new heights to the work of several research pioneers that have emerged over the last decade. New, never-before-published findings give hope to couples around the world.

As you read this article, you will gain insight into the intricate workings of the brain or central nervous system, convincing you that giving your partner what they want is the remedy for any ailing relationship. I will share with you four points, simple and succinct, that will show what the researchers have discovered.

Point 1 – Studies have shown that within our brain there are chemical physiological mechanisms that work to slow us down. They work to promote growth and recovery from an environment that can be very stressful at times. More importantly, these mechanisms promote calm and connectedness in couples.

Item #2– Two hormones, long associated with influences on sexuality, have been found to influence the ways men and women react to stress. As humans, we have the ability to influence the production of these two hormones by virtue of certain behaviors. These hormones are oxytocin and testosterone.

Item #3– The two hormones, present in both men and women, are essential for calm, connection and the sexual response cycle. Couples’ reactions to stress have recently received increased attention in the wake of failed relationships across the country and the world.

Item #4 – The crux of this research has shown that for couples to exist in peace and harmony, our bodies must replenish oxytocin and testosterone on a daily basis. Low levels of oxytocin and testosterone in the blood can significantly affect our ability to handle stress! Relationships suffer adverse effects when stores are not replenished.

We replenish our reserves by virtue of our evolutionary development. For women, they replenish oxytocin in many ways, such as getting their hair done. You can go for a walk, do some light exercise, or just take a moment to stretch. Meditation and breathing exercises also work.

As her partner, you can replenish her oxytocin by holding her in the morning. Hug her before you sleep. Tell her you love her. She takes her dancing. Her blood levels increase exponentially by reading a book on relationships with her or attending a workshop if you wish.

Men replenish testosterone when they go for a walk, when they complete projects, or when they are allowed to sit in their favorite recliner after a long day at work. In caveman terms, he needs his time in the cave after a long day of hunting and keeping his family safe, to replenish his testosterone. Success, power and results increase testosterone.

I could go on and on. Most hormone-enhancing activities cost absolutely nothing. No, nothing. The replacement can be done individually or together, and as a couple, you decide. That alone increases your oxytocin.

You’ll soon learn that giving our partners what they want will pay big dividends in the bedroom. They will re-experience the love and romance that was once such a big part of their lives. In fact, it will be significantly better. You become stronger as a couple once you figure out how to make these hormones work for you.

TGI Friday’s is a household name both nationally and globally. However, like any other booming business, TGI Friday’s faces challenges every day. Certain factors in your general and specific environment pose threats to your business. There are many ethical issues surrounding business that contribute to social responsibility. However, TGI Friday’s does not allow these factors to prevent them from continuing to grow and prosper in an ever-changing economy.

Like any other business, TGI Friday’s is affected by its general and specific environment. The general environment of a company is the economic, technological, socio-cultural and political trends that indirectly affect all organizations. TGI Friday’s economic trends are extreme. His business works seasonally, as seen in any other restaurant. Business struggles and revenues are low during the fall months as customers tend to eat in restaurants less frequently during these months. Technology is an extremely important factor in the operation of TGI Friday’s. From the smallest use of technology when rewards customers sign up online, to the largest use of technology when servers use computers to mark orders, to the largest use of technology when the accountant uses computers to go business accounting, technology absolutely runs the organization. When it comes to the sociocultural component, TGI Friday’s doesn’t target one demographic. There is a wide variety of customers, employees, and managers that can be found within the organization’s walls. Political trends affecting TGI Friday’s are constantly changing. Many different laws regulate how the business is run, such as advertising laws, safe alcohol awareness laws, food safety regulations, and even employee policies.

A company’s specific environment is made up of factors such as customers, competitors, suppliers, industry regulations, and advocacy groups. Some would say that the customers run the business. The fact is that without customers, a business would not survive because it would not make money. Competitors threaten TGI Friday’s every day when they develop new menu items that are similar to their menu items and sometimes even at a lower price. Suppliers can also run a business, because if a business doesn’t have supplies, it can’t open its doors. There is industry regulation to ensure that all TGI Friday’s have the same atmosphere and that the customer gets the same experience no matter where they go. Advocacy groups threaten business because they constantly try to influence the way business is run and change business practices. These are just some of the threats that TGI Friday’s faces on a daily basis; however, it is not uncommon for any company to face these threats and many more.

TGI Friday’s has a social responsibility to increase its profits in an ethical manner. However, behind closed doors there are certain unethical practices that could prevent the business from prospering. As seen in the movie Waiting, many restaurant employees take shortcuts to make their jobs easier. One might call these types of hard-working employees “half-cheek.” However, TGI Friday’s has a social responsibility to ensure that its customers receive the most superior experience every time they enter the restaurant. Not only is it morally corrupt to allow these shortcuts to take place, it is also illegal and repugnant. TGI Friday’s strives to achieve a sanitary and healthy environment for every customer, at all times.

TGI Friday’s is a staple in not only the American diet, but international diets as well. Although its main focus is to prevail in the United States of America, global forces affect how the company is managed and where new restaurants are developed. Sixteen countries include a TGI Friday’s restaurant and business continues to grow. Needless to say, TGI Friday’s is coping extremely well in the growing globalization of the economy.

The TGI Friday’s brand has grown bigger than the founders ever imagined back in 1965 when the first restaurant opened. The business has outperformed the competition, not allowing factors such as the general and specific environment, ethical issues or globalization to become a downfall for the company. Through a combination of franchise and corporate locations, TGI Friday’s has become one of the largest restaurant chains in the world. Not only is his food served inside restaurants, but recently his food has been produced and packaged for sale in grocery store freezers. Customers and employees alike agree that TGI Friday’s is a fun and welcoming environment.

Signs that your husband wants you back

I often write about saving marriages. Or, if a separation or divorce has occurred, I sometimes try to help the wife get her husband back (provided the relationship is healthy and worth saving). I am often contacted by wives who want to know “signs that my husband wants me back.” In other words, they want to know what to look for to show that there is still hope of getting back together. Every husband is different, of course, so often the signs are a bit individual. However, there are some universal signs that may tell him that the marriage isn’t really over (even if he doesn’t know it yet or can’t or won’t admit it to himself or to you). I will list many of the signs and signals that I commonly see that may indicate that your husband might want you back.

Everything that is not indifference: The behavior that is a clear indication that the marriage is officially over is indifference. When a person can honestly and earnestly say (while not wishing his spouse or ex ill will), that he really doesn’t care what happens in the future, it is an indication that he is really over. They have been released once and for all. They don’t track you. They do not initiate contact. They are not at all interested in what is going on with you. They have gone ahead without ill will and with a complete and healthy closure. (However, this is rarely the case that I see. But, when you see total indifference, you really are in trouble.)

That said, anything other than this offers hope. Wives often tell me things like “my husband says he hates me” or “we can’t even stand being in the same room together” etc. I often reply that this is actually a positive sign and I’m sure wives think I’m crazy, but this is the truth. If there wasn’t a glimmer of excitement and interest left, then these very strong feelings (even if they seem to be negative) wouldn’t be revealing themselves. If her husband really has no affection or interest left, then he wouldn’t react at all. The fact that he is reacting strongly gives it away.

Strong emotions (even negative ones) can be a sign that your husband wants you back: Your husband or ex may be doing a complete jerk. It can be confrontational and insulting. He may be angry and may imply that you are not a good parent or that you are behaving in an undesirable way. Here is the question you have to ask yourself. Why do you care? Where does this concern come from? If he had really moved on, would he really be reacting this way? Even though his behavior is annoying and unexpected, ask yourself why he’s coming out like this. Because if he didn’t care at all, you wouldn’t really know anything about him.

Are you trying to take the “concerned” approach?: The other side of this same coin is the husband who takes the “concerned” or “protective” approach. In this scenario, the husband will claim that things are over, but he will feign guilt and remain vigilant, under the guise that he wants to make sure you and the kids (if he has any) are okay. The claim is that even if they are not married or together, they can maintain a positive relationship because it is healthier for everyone involved. Some husbands really mean this. But, some use this approach to “feel” the situation and see if by creating positive interactions, you can determine if the “spark” is still there.

Yet another angle to this same tactic is to try to keep in touch through mutual friends. Or meet you because he knows your habits and where you will be. Once again, if he didn’t care at all, he wouldn’t leave his place here.

What to do if you see any of the signs that make you suspect your husband wants you back: The worst thing you can do is call your husband about this or ask him for clarification. I see many women do this and it almost always goes wrong. The husband gets scared because you are asking him to define something that is probably confusing him and this creates negative emotions. If she wants her husband back, her main goal should be to establish a series of positive interactions that will build on themselves until she is back on solid ground.

So if your husband is hanging around, trying to keep up, or keeps making excuses to meet you, do so and let him know that you appreciate his concern and agree that you want the relationship to be a positive one, no matter how things turn out. . outside. Take it day by day and focus on positive, happy and fun interactions.

If your husband is taking a negative approach, trust in the fact that he wouldn’t be doing these things if he didn’t care, and don’t allow yourself to respond negatively. A survey of figures of speech found Rilke’s poetry

Rilke is a famous German poet who has modernized poetry. His poems are intensely subjective and poetically lyrical. He has written on many topics such as religion, elegies, nature and love.

‘I find you Lord in all things and in everything, in a small seed and you sleep in the small’. This is a beautiful metaphorical comparison. God is placed inside a small seed. We can also look at this metaphor from the Bible. For example: if you have faith as a mustard seed’. God sleeps in the seed and makes it grow and flourish.

“A wonderful game that plays the power groping in the roots and growing thick in the trunks and in the tops of the trees as if rising from the dead.” Here the power is compared to the resurrection of the dead. It may be that Rilke intrudes on religion. It is true in Christianity that the dead will rise and be resurrected. The roots and trunks of the trees are considered raised and resurrected.

A simile used by Rilke is: ‘a star that shines like a white city’. This is a beautiful comparison, so moving with richness and depth of thought.

‘Lord it’s time; the huge summer has passed, now you superimpose the sundials with your shadows’. Here Rilke refers to the fact that God is present with the temporality of the spaces of time.

‘The sky puts on its dark blue coat’. This is a beautiful metaphor that suggests the end of the afternoon and the arrival of night.

‘Every morning when the sunlight enters your house, you welcome it like a friend.’ Rilke is using personification. Sunlight is represented in anthropomorphic terms.

‘Blood is the hardest, hard as stone.’ The metaphor shows that humans are cold-blooded and have no human feelings.

‘My soul has no garden, no sun in it hangs on my twisted skeleton and terrified flaps its wings.’ Here Rilke uses multiple metaphors to bring out the anguish of the body. There is no garden of beauty in the soul; there is no shining sun on Rilke’s body. Through this metaphor, Rilke brings out the pathos of the human body.

My hands aren’t much use; They are like toads after the rain. All your features pass in simile’. Here Rilke is talking about a dwarf. The simile like frogs in the rain is disconcerting and I think it is incongruous.

‘However, entirely images like the ark of God.’ The ark of God refers to the tabernacle of God. It may be that it is a simile alluding to the purity of the body.

‘Whirling faster and faster, she blows her dress into passionate flames from which, like frightened rat-snakes, long bare arms uncoil.’ Here Rilke refers to a dancer. The comparison is interesting. Her dress is like flames and her arms are like rat-snakes.

‘His senses felt as if they were split in two; the sight of him would breed before him like a dog.’ This simile is crazy. Does Rilke mean that he will be able to see quickly?

‘She had reached a new virginity and was untouchable; her sex had closed like a young flower at dusk’. The comparison, a simile between the girl and the flower is interesting.

“We cannot recognize his legendary head with eyes like ripe fruit, and yet his torso is still awash with brilliance from within like a lamp.” Here Rilke is making similes about the god Apollo. His eyes are bright and dazzling. Apollo’s torso is compared to a shining lamp.

‘A screech, envy shakes the parrot’s cage.’ Here Rilke is using the figure of speech called personification.

The gravity of some ancient discontent has set you back in measurable time; this often brings me out of a dreamless sleep at night, like a thief climbing through my window. Here the comparison made between sleeping being a thief is confusing. The simile is not without sensitivity.

‘You, beloved, who are all the gardens, that I have ever contemplated’. This metaphor is similar to the romantic verses of King Solomon, the Song of Songs.

What is the difference between a detox and a cleanse?

What started all the questions about detoxing and cleansing?

Ever since Spiro and I just completed the Beachbody Ultimate Reset, many people have been asking us what the diet was all about. In a nutshell, it’s a three-week program that removes all the toxins from your body and ends up eating a raw, organic diet. Each week, take different supplements that support the transition. I know what you’re saying, forget it. It was hard but we both felt amazing and really want to keep eating this way. It was a great experience and we are so glad we did. The reboot was basically a detox diet. In this post, I will explain the difference between a detox and a cleanse and follow up with posts that provide more detail on the different types of detoxes and cleanses out there.

detoxification and cleansing

For centuries, body purification has been an inseparable part of our rituals for good health and well-being. The various processes that occur within the body and the substances that enter it generate toxins that are a threat to your internal system. Harmful substances include cholesterol, irritants, excess fat, sugar, smoking, biological waste, and synthetic chemicals. Some, or all, enter your body from various sources, such as a polluted environment, processed foods, and unhealthy habits. If these harmful substances continue to build up inside your system, they can put you at risk for a deadly disease.

There’s a fine line between a detox (or “detox” as it’s called) and a cleanse. People generally use these terms interchangeably to indicate that they are trying to get rid of waste or dirt from the body. However, detoxification and cleansing are very different processes. Although they both aim to help the body get rid of toxins, they work on different areas of the body and on different toxins as well.

Detoxification refers to the body’s natural process of removing or neutralizing toxic materials from cells, tissues, organs, and the bloodstream. It works to remove toxins from the bloodstream, various organs in the body, the skin, and also the liver and kidneys. A liver or kidney detox is usually accompanied by cleansing procedures to ensure best results. Detoxification includes ingredients incorporated into a person’s daily diet. These dietary inclusions are specifically intended to eradicate toxins. Detoxification, being a relatively simple process, can be made a part of your daily regimen. Detoxification targets chemicals, smoke, metals, pollutants, stones, and even fatty deposits that build up in the body and pose harm. Adopting some detox ingredients in your daily diet has positive benefits including better health, beautiful skin, relief from aches and pains, and less anxiety or depression caused by hormonal imbalance. Detoxification can be incorporated into your daily life by simply choosing to eat fruits, vegetables, and high-fiber foods. Avoid eating processed and/or packaged foods; chips, cereals, frozen diet meals, etc.

cleaning

The cleanse focuses on the digestive tract (the organ from the mouth to the anus) and does a typical colon cleansing job. The cleanse uses a particular program or component for the procedure, i.e. teas, fiber supplements, etc. It targets debris, fungus (like Candida), parasites, and harmful bacteria inside your bowls. Both detoxification and cleansing have several similar benefits. Cleansing is a safe process to keep your digestive tract and colon healthy and your body disease-free.

Our Ultimate Reset experience

I have to say that since Spiro and I did our Reset, we don’t have the cravings we used to. We were eating very satisfying foods that were very satisfying, but we were still “thinking” that we needed to eat something else. Most of us are raised to eat meat, fish, etc. and have a side of salad, vegetables, potato, rice, etc. With the reboot, we learned to really focus on all of our veggies first and add from there. Now that we can eat other foods, we don’t want to. It’s funny, the first day we broke up, Spiro got one of our favorite things; a Costco roast chicken. Did you know? She didn’t hit the nail on the head like we thought she would. crazy huh? In just three short weeks, our taste buds have changed and whole food is what we crave. Do you have difficulty incorporating vegan food into a Paleo diet?

When you stop to think about the dire health conditions in the United States and other parts of the world due to our diet choices, you realize how much damage we have done to ourselves. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States for both men and women. Preventable heart attacks account for the majority of these deaths. 2/3 of Americans are overweight or obese. 1/3 of all American children are overweight or obese, and obesity is increasingly being diagnosed at very young ages.

We eat like there is no tomorrow, and then we pay the price, and not just individually but as a society when health care costs run into the billions due to preventable conditions.

The vegetable alternative

Approximately 16 million Americans currently follow a vegetarian diet, and many of them are vegan, meaning they do not consume any animal products or by-products (milk, honey, eggs).

Celebrities, world leaders, nutritionists, doctors, and children live healthy, energetic lives as a result of a plant-based diet. They enjoy heart health, lower body weight, and lower insulin resistance.

Unbeknownst to many, Bill Clinton, former Democratic President of the United States, suffered from heart disease. He announced in 2011 that he had miraculously reversed his heart disease, and had done so on a strict meatless diet. Recent research has been shown to support Clinton’s claim.

Oxford University conducted a large study and the results of the study revealed that following a strict vegetarian diet reduces the risk of hospitalization due to heart disease complications and the risk of death from heart disease, both by almost 1/3.

Study Results

45,000 participants took part in the study conducted by health and diet experts from the University of Oxford. About 34% of the study participants followed strict vegetarian diets. (In this particular study, a vegetarian was defined as an individual who abstained from consuming both meat and fish.)

Those who participated in the study were followed for more than 10 years, while the researchers collected information on their dietary choices, exercise habits, alcohol consumption and other variables that could potentially impact heart disease risk.

The researchers who conducted the study found that even after controlling for other factors, study participants who followed strict vegetarian diets were significantly less likely to develop or succumb to heart disease.

Francesca Crowe, PhD, of the University of Oxford was the lead author of the study. In a statement, she said: “Most of the difference in risk is probably due to effects on both cholesterol and blood pressure.” In her statement, she added: “This demonstrates the important role of diet in preventing heart disease.”

Research by Oxford University experts also revealed that study participants who followed a strict vegetarian diet tended to have a lower body mass index than non-vegetarians, and were also less likely to have diabetes.

More benefits of following a vegetarian diet

This most recent study was one of the largest studies ever conducted to examine the cardiovascular benefits of following a vegetarian diet; however, it’s not exactly breaking news that a meatless diet is associated with a multitude of health benefits.

For example, another recent study followed about 37,000 adults and found that by eating at least one vegetarian meal a day, you can reduce your risk of dying from cancer by about 20%.

Other research has shown that, compared to meat eaters, people who follow a vegetarian diet:

• Have a reduced risk of foodborne illness

• Experience less severe symptoms of menopause

• Have a longer overall shelf life

• Have better insulin resistance

• They weigh less and are less likely to be obese
