How to impress your girlfriend with your knowledge of organic beauty products

Society expects men to be more sensitive and open about their feelings. We should also take more interest in the things that our wives or girlfriends care about (according to the advice of the experts – Dr. Phil and co.). With this in mind, the goal of this article is to give you enough information about organic beauty products so that you can have a meaningful discussion on the subject.

If you can have an intelligent discussion about organic beauty products with your wife or girlfriend (and her friends), you’ll certainly impress them. Beauty products encompass everything that women use to look more beautiful for the men in their lives. These products would include hair care products, skin care products, eyeliner, blush, and a whole range of other cosmetic products. To avoid confusion, we’ll stick to beauty products as a group and not individualize.

First of all, you need to know what organic beauty products are. In short, they are products that are made from natural or organic ingredients, such as plant extracts and fruit extracts, with no chemicals or synthetic derived ingredients used in the manufacturing process. Organic products are biodegradable and therefore will not have a negative impact on the environment.

Second, you need to know why women would want to wear organic makeup or skin care products. The answer is that most non-organic cosmetic products available today contain dangerous chemicals and synthetic ingredients. Your skin absorbs up to 60% of what is applied to it, and chemicals or synthetic ingredients in non-organic cosmetics can pose a health threat.

Third, you should know what are the benefits of using organic cosmetics. There are numerous benefits, but the most important are:
• It is safe to use and beneficial for your health.
• It can be used on all skin types and for all ages (including babies).
• Only natural organic ingredients are used to make these products.
• The products contain minerals and vitamins that nourish and protect your skin.
• Most skin care products contain moisturizers and natural ingredients that protect the skin from the sun.
• Most manufacturers of organic beauty products do not test their products on animals.
• Skin irritations and allergies are minimized due to the absence of chemicals in these products.

Finally, you need to know a little more about how to choose the best organic product. Cosmetic manufacturers can legally use the terms “natural” and “organic” on their product labels, even if the products are not 100% organic. Read a product label carefully and make sure that all listed ingredients are organic in nature. Manufacturers can have their products certified 100% organic by governing bodies, and certified organic products are the best bet.

Now you can hold your own in any conversation about organic beauty products. Go out and surprise your wife or girlfriend with her sensitivity and knowledge of organic cosmetics, organic hair care and organic skin care. Good luck!

Was Sunday’s Wimbledon final bigger than the 2008 US Open at Torrey Pines?

In elementary school science classes, we learned about a simple classification system used to group living things together, and if I remember correctly, a favorite memory device our teachers used was “King Philip Came from Germany.” browsing”.

If we divided sports into classifications, surely golf and tennis would share the same subdivision. So naturally it was inevitable that shortly after Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal wrapped up their epic battle at Wimbledon on Sunday night London time, the comparisons and debate between the historic tennis match at the All England Club and The historic US Open golf tournament at Torrey Pines begin.

For five days and ninety-one holes, Rocco Mediate matched shot for shot the incomparable Tiger Woods. Over five sets, lasting four hours and forty-eight minutes, the 22-year-old Nadal traded booming groundstrokes with the 26-year-old Federer. Both events were equally compelling and historic on their own, but divided into a smaller ranking, the people involved in Wimbledon give tennis a substantial edge over golf.

The big difference between Woods and Jack Nickalus has always been and likely will continue to be the lack of a true rival, a spirited challenger to his throne to push him to the limit and legitimize his greatness. Federer has found that in Nadal, but it could also be argued that the young Spaniard has found it in the consummate Swiss champion.

Let’s take Mediate out of the equation for a second and insert Phil Mickelson at the 2008 US Open at Torrey Pines. Certainly, Mickelson’s presence would have created more of a stir in San Diego and left us with an even more memorable event for history. Without a doubt, golf has a harder time delivering No. 1 vs. No. 2 than tennis and even the BCS, but during the Tiger Woods era, it has happened much less frequently than it did during the Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player era.

Some have called Woods’ win at Torrey Pines the greatest performance in golf history. There are already cries that Nadal-Federer was the best match in tennis history. However, not even a double at the Woods-Mickelson US Open tops the history that the top two talents in tennis have made.

For the comparison to be fair, Woods and Mickelson would have had to have played in the final pairing on Sunday at the last three Masters and US Open. What is fair; Federer and Nadal have combined for six championship matches at the French Open and Wimbledon in the past three years.

Even if Federer, who is three Grand Slams away from eclipsing Pete Sampras’ record of 14 major titles, is Woods, Nadal is far superior to Mickelson. If Woods and Mickelson are No. 1 and No. 2 respectively, then Federer and Nadal are 1A and 1B and now that order is in question. The duo have dominated in an unprecedented way; Federer has led the rankings for a record 231 consecutive weeks, and Nadal has been a solid second with a record 154.

With Woods sidelined, Mickelson may still be out of a career this season. And the winner of this year’s tournament at Riviera Country Club and the event at Colonial, who trails Woods by just over $1.8 million on the money list, may not even top Tiger in 2008 earnings. Sure, if Nadal or Federer left the tennis scene for one year, the other would quickly rise to the top.

While Federer vs. Nadal is the tennis version of Yankees-Red Sox, Duke vs. UNC or even Magic vs. bird, woods vs. Mickelson is like any team that represented the NFC in the Super Bowl in the mid-90s vs. the Buffalo Bills; technically a matchup pitting No. 1 vs. No.2 but with a practically predetermined outcome.

I’m not naive enough to think that golf can consistently give us the two best players in the world in close competition over the stretch of even half of a season’s majors, but it would be nice to see them once in a while.

Maybe it’s just that Tiger is too domineering and an equal just can’t exist. But isn’t that what they said about Federer just a few years ago? Wasn’t Nadal supposed to just win on clay and leave his mark as a single-surface specialist? Well, it turns out that the 22-year-old Nadal is just as mentally tough as Woods and Federer. Sorry Lefty, but this lefty has given tennis something our current age of golf will never be able to appreciate: true rivalry.

Woods’ painful performance at Torrey Pines will certainly go down as one of the greatest individual efforts of all time, but his official dance partner just doesn’t have what it takes to win the argument. As we saw on Sunday at Wimbledon, it takes two to tango and a truly epic battle ensues.

Getting to know the Boston Celtics

NBA franchise since 1946 – Boston (1946-present)

Distinguished by far more than just one or two winning dynasties, the Boston Celtics claim virtually every superlative that can reasonably be applied to a professional sports team. Their dominance has spanned decades at a time and has resulted in more NBA championships than any other organization can claim.

The power of the Celtics first emerged in the 1950s, when legendary competitors like Bill Russell, Bob Cousy and Tommy Heinsohn, under the guidance of Hall of Fame coach Red Auerbach, came together to compile eleven championships in thirteen seasons. (1957-69).

After a lapse of a few years, the trophies of the mid-1970s came to the Boston Garden thanks to the efforts of coach Heinsohn, successor to Auerbach and Russell, and star players including John Havlicek, Dave Cowens and Jo Jo White.

The 1980s saw the formation of a new team for coach KC Jones under Auerbach’s expert guidance as General Manager. Larry Bird’s impact on the NBA was swift and dramatic, and the talents of this exciting athlete were complemented by those of Robert Parish and Nate Archibald.

Inevitably, the team endured something of a drought for several years as the organization regrouped and created another winning formula. Coach Doc Rivers and general manager Danny Ainge, working with a roster featured by Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen, posted a 66-16 record in 2007/08. (This marked an unprecedented improvement from the previous year’s dismal 24-58 tally.) The Celtics won the NBA title in 2008 and made at least the playoffs in each of the next four seasons.

As they carry on their incredible legacy, this proud franchise is always ready to adapt, grow, and excel!

Preseason football: small details, big mouths

It may just be exhibition season, but soccer is the prime time on the sports betting calendar. The NFL preseason begins this weekend with the battle of the Eagles and Raiders. One thing to keep in mind when analyzing pre-season soccer is how to distinguish the important quotes from the players and coaches from the ones that aren’t.

For example, this week Oakland’s Warren Sapp was firing: “Woke up from the nightmare and playing a 4-3 defense again, boss. You want me, come get me.” He also added: “I really like this baseball club. I can’t help but think we have a chance.” Warren Sapp ALWAYS talks about everything, especially himself, as does one of his teammates, Randy Moss. Those are examples of quotes that don’t really mean much to a sports bettor, except for the fact that Oakland is switching from a 3-4 defense to a 4-3 this season.

I come across comments like this every day when I review newspaper accounts and TV interviews of teams and players. Discard most of it as it is mostly trash. Who cares that Warren Sapp thinks the Raiders have a chance to be good? It does not mean anything. It would be more interesting if he said that team chemistry sucks and he wants out!

More important are the details that pertain to the game. For example, for Sunday’s game, new coach Art Shell plans to give his quarterback freedom to call a few plays and during 2-minute drills and no-huddle situations. He’s also been emphasizing discipline in practice, as the Raiders have been a sloppy team in recent years, especially with penalties. Shell expects his players to be sharp, detailed, and disciplined. Shell will be very interested in seeing the Raiders outplay most coaches this time of year.

Another piece of information I came across was at the Rams’ camp. New coach Scott Linehan has instituted a balanced offense for this season, which is a stark contrast to the way the Rams played under Mike Martz, who is pass-happy. “I like the balance, where teams aren’t going to be able to walk into the Edward Jones Dome and say, ‘Okay, they’re going to pass the ball 50 times a game,'” Orlando Pace said this week. “I really enjoy knowing that we can pass and run.” He also added that practice has been, “much more physical. We’re really emphasizing the race, and we’re chasing it pretty well.” The Rams have been a finer team, especially since defensive coordinator Lovie Smith left after the 2002 season. They may be a more physical team, something to keep in mind in the preseason.

Another team planning to run a lot more football is the Chiefs under new coach Herm Edwards. Edwards said the offense will run the ball more in 2006 as he feels it will finally help the Chiefs’ defense. The Texans have a new head coach in Gary Kubiak and he brought in “zone lockout schemes” that helped make the Denver Broncos such a strong team over the last 11 years. Keep an eye out for Houston’s pass protection and running game this August.

Also, keep in mind that the Browns will be very young in the backfield, with quarterbacks Charlie Frye, Ken Dorsey and Derek Anderson. All of these quotes and tidbits are important when it comes to evaluating pre-season football, as opposed to the bland quotes that mean nothing. Learning to distinguish gold from junk will help you become a better punter!

Major League Baseball Rookies: Top 10 Baseball Rookies of 2005

10. Felix Hernandez (Seattle Mariners) –

While Félix Hernández has only made 4 major league starts this year, he has made enough in those 4 starts for him to be recognized as one of the best rookies in the majors. He currently has a 1.24 ERA and has been dominating his opponents with the ease of a savvy veteran. Felix Hernandez is just 19 years old and probably the best pitching prospect since Mark Prior. While it’s still very early in Felix’s career, he appears to have a very bright future as a dominant No. 1 starter ahead of him.

9. Joey Gathright (Tampa Bay Devil Rays) –

Joey Gathright is one of the fastest players in Major League Baseball. Given that he only has 100 at-bats to his name, he may not be ranked higher, but he has proven to be an excellent starting center fielder in the majors. He’s hitting .286 and has already stolen 10 bases. Expect Gathright to fight for the stolen base title for years to come.

8. Robinson Cano (New York Yankees)-

Robinson Cano has done an excellent job at second base for the Yankees this year. He has hit .277, but he also played very well defensively at second base. Playing for the New York Yankees is also a tough proposition for any player, let alone a rookie. With the Yankees struggling to make the playoffs, the team has been under more scrutiny than ever, and Canó has handled it with all the class one could hope for.

7. Zach Duke (Pittsburgh Pirates) –

Zach Duke has shown that he has an incredibly nasty overhead curve, along with a 90-mph heater. At this point, he has a 1.87 ERA, while he’s 6-0 to start his major league career. Duke also pitched a lot of innings in the minors this year, so the Pirates might try to shut him down so he doesn’t burn out. Duke has shown that he’s the real deal and that he could be a force on the Pirates’ staff for years to come.

6. Tadahito Iguchi (Chicago White Sox)-

Tadahito has hit .280 for the White Sox this year, but his value has been moving runners on the second hole for the White Sox. One of the big reasons the White Sox have been successful this year has been because the team has played solid fundamental baseball. A big part of his team has been Tadahito, who has consistently sacrificed his own at-bats for the good of the team. While Tadahito’s stats may not catch your eye, he has joined Major League Baseball and played an integral role in a playoff-caliber baseball club.

5. Ervin Santana (Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim)-

Ervin Santana has been 7-5 with a 4.41 ERA for the Angels this year. As the year has progressed, Ervin has become an increasingly better pitcher. With the Angels fighting for a playoff spot, Ervin has become a key part of the Angels’ rotation. Santana hasn’t allowed more than 3 runs in his last 7 outings, and with that kind of production, you can expect Santana to be in the Angels’ rotation for years to come.

4. Joe Blanton (Oakland Athletics) –

Blanton has done an excellent job in his first full season in the majors. Blanton was highly touted in the minor leagues, and he has come in and done the job for the A’s this year. Blanton has a 3.75 ERA this year, but he’s shown flashes of brilliance and looks to become the No. 1 starter the A’s have been looking for.

3. Willy Taveras (Houston Astros)-

Willy Taveras has had an incredible rookie season for the Astros. He is currently hitting .301 with 31 stolen bases. He, too, has played terrific CF and has been a huge boost to the Astros’ lineup all season. When he gets on base, it’s very hard to stop him from stealing second. With Taveras in center field, the Astros have found his leadoff hitter for now and the future.

2. Gustavo Chacin (Toronto Blue Jays)-

Gustavo has had an excellent season this year for the hapless Blue Jays. His 3.40 ERA ranks ninth in the American League. Lefties are currently only hitting .198 against him, while he went 11-6 for a losing Blue Jays team. Chacín has shown that he could become a frontline starter in the Major Leagues in the very near future.

1. Houston Street (Oakland Athletics)-

Houston Street has been absolutely phenomenal for the Oakland A’s this year. When Octavio Dotel came down for the Athletics there was a big gap in the closer’s role. Mr. Street came in and not only performed well, but helped propel the A’s into the playoffs. Street has a 1.31 ERA, 16 saves and a .92 WHIP. Street should win AL Rookie of the Year this year, and with the kind of arm he possesses, he could be a dominant closer for years to come.

Honorable Mentions: Nick Swisher, Andrew Sisco, Bobby Jenks, Scott Kazmir, Chien-Ming Wang, Matt Murton, Lance Niekro, Garrett Atkins, Jeff Francoeur, Chris Duffy, Prince Fielder, Delmon Young

What should a 10-year-old boy practice to play catcher in the minor leagues?

This is my second article on what a Little League catcher needs to practice. If you haven’t read the first article, read “What Does an 8-Year-Old Need to Practice to Play Catcher in the Little League?” Before continuing. Once they’ve mastered those concepts, they’re ready to move on. At this age it is important to work on footwork, as this will help them in everything else they will learn. Then they should work to block more shots, including the ones to their left and right. Another new element for them in this age division is the fact that runners can run, either stealing bases or advancing when a catcher can’t handle a pitch. This gives the catcher a chance to put out more runners. Finally, receivers will need to work on making plays when the ball is hit.

A receiver’s footwork is essential to his success. A catcher who has good feet can hit more wild pitches, get more runners out, and get to more balls in time to get the out. This footwork begins with the squat. Feet should be shoulder-width apart. The catcher must be alert and balanced both left to right and front to back. Now the receiver is in a good solid starting position for whatever moves he needs to make.

The first footwork drill to master is a small hop to the left and to the right. They should try to move the width of the whole body without standing up. The goal is to move quickly to one side or the other and stay low enough to block a ball on the ground. It is important to be able to do this without crossing one leg behind the other, which would cause the catcher to stumble or stumble.

Then the next footwork drill is to move from a squat to a throwing position. This involves going from a squatting position where the feet are to the left and right to standing with the right foot behind and the left foot in front. Most of the catcher’s weight should be on their right foot, ready to step forward with their left to complete the throw. It is very important to be able to do this quickly. The faster the catcher is in a pitching position, the more runners he can throw out.

Now that the receiver’s footwork is improving, they’re ready for some harder-to-block pitches. The balls must be thrown just off the plate where they will bounce before reaching the catcher. The catcher should jump to the side and then block the pitch. They will need to focus on staying low and keeping the glove down and between their legs. When done right, the catcher will end up in the same position as when the pitch is in the dirt on the plate.

The next step for catchers is to be able to throw to the bases. We won’t worry about first base right now, since it’s not a throw many catchers throw. The most common base for a catcher to throw from is second base. Throwing to second involves the footwork we’ve already worked on. The catcher should jump up, feet in throwing position. From this position, the catcher should be able to throw a hard throw. They must work on strong and accurate throws. The pitch must go to second base and not the fielder, since the fielder is usually moving when the pitch is thrown.

The other common throw for a catcher is to third base. If there is a left-handed hitter, the pitch is relatively easy, as the catcher can stand up and walk to third base. However, if there is a right-handed batter, the batter is in the middle. In this case, the catcher must move to the left to punt the batter. Once this is done, the catcher should be able to throw to third. Again, it’s important to throw to the base and not the fielder.

So far, catchers have been working on what happens when a pitch comes their way. Now let’s see what happens when the batter makes contact. There are three main plays that a receiver needs to practice. The first is a missing popup. They should then practice covering touches. And finally, they need to learn how to cover home plate during a close play at the plate.

Foul popups are very tricky, especially the ones directly behind home plate. They tend to move back towards the field. The best way for a receiver to field them is to turn around and try to keep the ball in front of them. If the receiver passes the ball, he will be forced to step back to catch the ball. It will take some getting used to how far the ball will travel. On top of that, it’s hard to replicate the movement during exercises. The drift comes from how the bat hits the ball when it is thrown.

Touch coverage is another important aspect of reception. Catchers need to be able to jump on the ball and throw a hard throw to first base. The best way to do this is not to run straight for the ball, but rather to take a route where the catcher goes toward first base when he gets to the ball. That way, when the catcher picks up the ball, all of his momentum goes to where he’s shooting.

One of the most dangerous plays for a catcher is a close play at the plate. It is very important to be in the proper position during this play. The catcher must be in front of the plate while he waits for the throw. This gives the runner the entire plate to aim for and will not have to make contact to score. Once the catcher has caught the ball, he should start moving to block the plate so he can apply the bunt before the runner scores. It is very important that the receiver has his feet on the ground when he does so, in case the running back bumps into him. That way, the receiver would fall backwards, but his feet wouldn’t get caught under them. Although you’re not allowed to run into receivers at this level, it will happen. If the catcher blocks the plate correctly, the runner will see nothing of the plate. And if the catcher blocks the plate late, the running back may not have time to change what he was going to do.

So, to summarize, 10-year-old catchers should work through three sets of exercises. The first is footwork, on which the other two are based. The second is to throw to second base and third base. The last group is making plays when the ball is hit, including pinch fouls, bunts, and close plays at the plate. A 10-year-old receiver who can do all of these things will be a standout receiver for years to come.

Austin Jay Jay Okocha – Best Midfielder in Africa

Born on August 14, 1973 (08/17/1973), he weighs between 70 and 74 kg and measures between 1.7 and 1.75 m.

Okocha began his professional career with CCB Lions, from where he was transferred to Enugu Rangers. De Enugu got a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt in the 1992/1993 season. Okocha made his first international debut for Nigeria in May 1993 against the Ivory Coast in a qualifying match decided in Abidjan and distinguished himself by scoring Nigeria’s only goal in a game that Nigeria lost 2-1 (2-1). . In another world cup qualifier against Algeria in Lagos, Okocha scored a textbook free kick to level Algeria, who were one goal up. The great performance from him secured a four one win (4-1) over the Algerians. The way he was carried on their shoulders by ecstatic fans showed that he was, indeed, the hero of the day.

The 1994 nation’s cup was another excellent performance for Okocha’s career, as his performance allowed Nigeria to lift the trophy for a second time. He was selected as the member of the best eleven of the tournament (11).

Three months later, Okocha was with the Nigerian team after inspiring Nigeria to their first ever world cup appearance. Although his performance was held back by a foot injury, as he was only able to play ninety (90) minutes against Italy and was voted man of the match in the match that dismissed Nigeria from the world cup that year. However, these feats were enough to earn him a place in the African football of the year in 1994.

Despite Okocha’s achievement in 1994, in December 1994 he was sacked along with two of his clubmates; Ghanaian Tony Yeboah and former German international Maurizio Gaudino, for an accusation that coach Jupp Heynckes described as serious indiscipline and insubordination. The trio went their separate ways Tony Yeboah and Maurizio Gaudino departed for England’s Leeds United and Manchester City respectively. Okocha switched bases to Turkey with Turkish champion fernerbache in a lucrative two-year deal worth $4 million.

It should be noted that the highlight of his stay in Frankfurt was the 1993/1994 season when one of his goals was adjusting the goal of the season. The goal was classic, Okocha, as he dislodged four opponents, including the goalie (don’t ask the goalie’s name) over and over again, before lobbing the ball into the net.

Okocha chose Fernerbache over other offers from Spain, France and even Germany due to his desire to play alongside his national team colleague Uche Okechukwu, who had teamed up with Fernerbache to finish second in the Turkish championship.

Okocha tasted international glory again when he came on as a substitute for Nigeria in a 1-0 win over Uzbekistan in the second leg of the Afro Asia Cup, ahead of the Afro Asia Cup. He played for Nigeria in the United States Cup and scored in all three of their two defeats (3-2) loss to the United States. Okocha’s great feat earned him Turkish citizenship and much publicity in 1997 for his contribution to the progress of Turkish football. Okocha won the Turkish championship in the 1996/1997 season scoring 16 goals in 33 games and earning a place in the UEFA Champions League, he finished as one of the top scorers in 1995/1996 and 1996/1997 with 14 and 16 goals respectively.

Okocha enriched his international career by winning Africa’s first Olympic gold medal in soccer with the Nigeria Under-23 team in Atlanta in 1996, scoring a penalty twice against Mexico in the quarterfinals.

Okocha’s feat in the World Cup in France 98 where he swept and dazzled Spain, Bulgaria and Denmark. Jay Jay was marked as the player of true class every time he received the ball, he had thousands of spectators moving in his seat contemplating what magic he would cast next. It was not a surprise that he was nominated for the team of the tournament, albeit as an alternate.

The coordinating president of France 98 and current president of UEFA, Michel Platini, describes Okocha as one of the few remaining 10 pures in world football.

PSG manager Alain Giresse had an affair with Jay Jay when he started the move that resulted in Nigeria’s only goal against Bulgaria at Parc De Princes in Paris, which incidentally is PSG’s home ground. The match ended 1-0 in favor of Nigeria. Okocha became the French transfer record and became the most expensive African player in the last millennium with an $18 million transfer from Fernerbache to PSG.

Okocha married Nkechi in 1997, and their first child was born when the World Cup took place in 1998. The child’s name was named Daniella. He also has a son.

He was the best player on the continent in the World Cup in France 98, he became the second best player in Africa in 1998 when the African footballer of the year award was given to Hadji Mustapha of Morocco.

Okocha featured in the 2000 Nigeria/Ghana nations cup, a superb player who scored twice in Nigeria’s 4-2 win over Algeria. Okocha received the red card in the quarterfinal tie against Senegal. He missed the semi-final match against South Africa and scored for Nigeria in the final against Cameroon, scoring Nigeria’s equalizing goal with a rocket shot, the match ending 5-3 on penalties which the Cameroonians won.

In the 2002 nations cup, Okocha’s passing and skills should not be discounted as they pose a threat to the opponent, although he was denied goal, his passing and skills were felt in the matches.

With the departure and firing of key Super Eagles players, another team was formed and Jay Jay Okocha was entrusted with the role of captain. Okocha captained Nigeria to the 2002 Korea Japan World Cup, although it became Nigeria’s worst World Cup when Nigeria was grouped together with Argentina, England and Sweden. Nigeria finished bottom of the table in the group, but Jay Jay Okocha’s experience and skills earned him a move to England’s Bolton Wanderers.

Okocha has mentored the likes of Ronaldinho, and Everton Play creator Mikel Arteta at PSG helped Bolton go from relegation contender to UEFA Cup contender. He was given captaincy responsibilities after his excellent first season at Bolton.

Okocha was among the top five in the Premier League in his second season at Bolton. Players like Aston Villa’s Sorensen Ray Palour and Arsenal’s Dennis Bergkamp will not be forgotten for his free kick and great skill. He helps Bolton to their first Carling Cup final and sixth position for the first time in decades.

His performance was superb when he led Nigeria to Tunisia 2004, scoring the 1,000th CAF Nations Cup goal in a 4-0 win over South Africa. He sent home spectacular free kicks that ensure Nigeria’s qualification ahead of Cameroon in the quarterfinals. He was nominated for the African Footballer of the Year in 2004. He was the second best player in Africa on two consecutive occasions: 2004 and 2005 respectively. He was the BBC Africa Footballer of the Year in 2004 and 2005 respectively.

Okocha was released from Bolton along with Fadiga, N’Gotty and Matt Jensen. He decided to move to Qatar on a lucrative one-year contract, half of what Tranbzonspor had offered him. He decided to move to Qatar ahead of Wigan, Reading and Everton.

Okocha returned to England as he was signed by a lower division who are now doing well in the top league (Hull City). Although the injury has been a major setback for Jay Jay, he was with the Hull City side defeated by Chelsea in the Carling Cup. Hull City remained the only club that Okocha did not score. Hull City were promoted to the Premier League last season. He inspired Hull City to promote them back to the top division and he left the club after their promotion. With Okocha’s departure from the national team, it will be difficult to find a replacement to fill Okocha’s big shoe. Though young players like Lukman Haruna and Rabiu Ibrahim are showing great class, showing and potential to be the next Super Eagles playmaker. It took eight years to find a replacement for Green Eagles Mudashiru Lawal. Osaro Obaifo, John ENE Okon, Friday Ekpo were unable to replace Lawal until the arrival of Austin Okocha. How long will it take to find a replacement for this great player named Okocha who retired from football as a player on June 27, 2008, said Waidi Akanmu?

Why do men always want to get their wife back after an affair? I’ll tell you

I get this question a lot and I get it from women on both sides of this fence. Wives often ask this because they want to know if they can really believe her husband when he swears that he is done with the other woman. And, sometimes I hear this question from mistresses (some of whom are repeat offenders) who ask me why every time they get involved in this type of relationship and even fully invested in it, men eventually end up going back to their wife. .

From wives I often hear comments like “he says he wants to come back to me and he knows he made a big mistake for which he will make amends, but it’s hard for me to believe that he suddenly saw the light and changed.” his mind. Why do men do this? Is there an answer I’m missing?

From the mistress, I often hear comments like “why do you tell me that your marriage is unsatisfactory and that you really care about me and then end up going back to what you seemed to not want? Was you lying to me the whole time?”, or just Was he confused or what?

The answer to all these questions is as varied as the man himself, but very often, he finally realizes that he was hopelessly wrong in his assumptions and in his actions. And at the end of the day, all he really wants is to go back to his normal life (which he now realizes he took so much for granted). I will discuss this more in the next article.

Men often eventually return to their wives because they realize the affair was a mistake based on deceit and unhealthy assumptions: Before I continue, I must say that not all men who cheat will return to their wife. But many do. And those who do often do so because they realize the adventure was a silly mistake that will have far-reaching consequences.

At the beginning of the affair, a man often searches for a way to fix what is broken or missing within himself. At first, it may appear that the matter is achieving this. But the shiny novelty wears off relatively soon, and eventually most men wake up and wonder what kind of logic they were using. Eventually, they realize that making even more mistakes and using questionable judgment will in no way solve their problems.

In fact, they often find that they are actually worse off and more confused and frustrated than when they started. Most of them will realize that they have done nothing more than create a much bigger mess for themselves, and once they do, they will want to put an abrupt end to it.

I often have lovers email me confused and angry that the husband abruptly broke up when they, the lover, did nothing wrong. Often it is not necessarily the lover that is wrong, it is the relationship that is wrong. The husband comes to realize that there really isn’t anywhere this can go and that only negative things will come out. He therefore wants to escape and start fixing things as soon as possible.

Men often realize that the lover is not who they thought she was and that she has nothing to do with his wife: Let’s be honest. People who have affairs very often live in a fantasy land. The mistress appears seductive and carefree because she is not the one doing the laundry, watching her preen herself, or picking up the dirty socks. In the beginning, the mistress is usually quite good at keeping the heart light, and she is often very careful about asking too many questions or making too many demands.

But no one can keep this forever. Soon enough, these two people have to exist in real life and this is usually when the rose-colored glasses start coming out. And the view without them does not look so good. He comes to see that he and his mistress have the same problems as he and his wife. And that ultimately this woman is really a stranger to him and that the situation she has put herself in is very foolish and she has nowhere to go but down.

Men will often tell me that once they realize this, they realize what a jerk they’ve been. Suddenly they see her wife with a new look and realize how much they took her for granted and projected her own problems onto her.

Men often end an affair and return home when they realize they can’t run away from their problems: As I mentioned earlier, spouses often realize that they won’t be able to resolve their problems, stressors, and insecurities through someone else or in another relationship. Usually they will realize that they need to work on themselves or this problem will just follow them from relationship to relationship and continue to make them unhappy.

Once they realize this, they finally understand that they need to get to work with the one person they really care about, the one person they’ve been so unfair to and taken for granted: their wife. It’s so unfortunate that it takes a mistake of this magnitude to force men to wake up and realize that it’s often the woman who has been there for them all along and knows them better than anyone and is more equipped to help them navigate their lives. right now.

Sometimes the wife does not believe these claims and is not willing to pick up the pieces. And no one can really blame her. But, he is often sincere when she says that she can now look back and see that cheating was one of the biggest mistakes of her life and that she wants to make it right if she gets the chance. Many lovers will take it personally, but they really shouldn’t. The relationship didn’t have much of a chance early on, as it was built on dishonesty, deceit, and a fantasy world that never really existed.

You Can Burn Calories With Nintendo Wii Active Life – Outdoor Challenge

Active Life: Outdoor Challenge rivals Nintendo Wii Fit in burning calories and will definitely help you lose weight. It’s actually a lot more fun than Wii Fit. I have incorporated this into my Nintendo Wii exercise regimen. I exercise three days in a row. I use Wii Fit the first day. The second day I will use Wii Sports Boxing. The third day I will use Active Life: Outdoor Challenge. On the fourth day I’ll either take a break, or play another one of the Nintendo Wii sports games.

While Wii Fit is still the formidable seller of the Nintendo Wii, the Outdoor Challenge comes in second. Not only is it fun, but it also gives you a good aerobic workout. Especially the Timber Trail game, which I use the most with Active Life: Outdoor Challenge. It can keep you running and jumping.

Always consult with a physician before undertaking any exercise regimen and if you have never exercised before. You should also do some stretching exercises before you start playing. One of the problems that the participants have is not stopping when they should stop playing the games. It’s like a real physical exercise. You need to relax before you start playing, or you could succumb to what The New England Journal of Medicine calls acute Wiitis. This injury is generally isolated to the Nintendo Wii due to its realistic simulation with sports.

You’ll be using a Namco Bandai controller mat, which comes with the Outdoor Challenge game and plugs into one of the GameCube ports on the top of the Wii. The mat is a bit more sophisticated than traditional dance mats. The Active Life: Outdoor Challenge mat has six directional arrows and buttons so two players can use it at the same time. The mat is divided into two sets of four button inputs: a blue side and an amber two-person side. For two player events, both players would be on the same mat. One person would take the blue side and the other player would take the amber side. If you want to play single player mode, you need to put your feet on the center point and touch the corresponding buttons by stepping on them. The game only uses one mat. You will not be able to bring your own personal mat for the two person competition.

A good aerobic exercise is the Timber Trail game. In its training setup, the route is straight with few obstacles, so getting to the finish line is simply a matter of running into place as fast as possible. As you progress through the higher levels of the game, chasms and other obstacles are presented that you must jump over, literally jumping into the air, or dodge from one side to another, dodging a set of direction arrows on the mat for the next one. set of arrows. The mat is incredibly more durable than the Wii Fit board – you can step on it and it will stay put. Many people find that if they put a yoga mat under their Outdoor Challenge mat, the mat won’t move. You can literally abuse this mat, something you can’t do with the Wii Fit Balance Board. This game will test your aerobic rhythms. This is my favorite aerobic exercise. You can try as hard as you want.

In addition to the 12 or more mini-games like mine cart, river rafting, etc., there is also a training program that gives you challenges depending on the type of fitness you want to achieve. Most of these are cardio exercises, but because you can really beat the mat up, instead of worrying about breaking it, there’s a good chance you’ll break a sweat.

Capiz, Philippines, Asia cut foliage and cut flowers

Background

Following the collapse of the shrimp industry in the mid-1980s, an interesting industry slowly emerged in the early 1990s as dynamic and aggressive women entrepreneurs turned their expensive hobby into a profitable and enjoyable multi-million dollar “lonely” industry. This paved the way for the birth of the Flower Industry in the Province of Capiz. From a little-known industry, it grew to become one of the rapidly expanding agro-industrial sectors in the province, which currently involves more than 5,000 stakeholders, florists, landscapers, contractors, technologists, input suppliers, agricultural technicians, and gardeners.

Capiz is a major producer of potted and cut orchids, garden materials, fresh foliage and potted ornamentals throughout Visayas. It is also recognized as one of the sources of the best and rarest ferns in the country today. Today, it is slowly building a name as the country’s leading source of exportable cut foliage.

Roxas City leads the number of growers in the province with ten (10) commercial farms located here. It is also considered as the commercialization center with the presence of 4 points of sale such as Paseo de Catedral, Balay Kapisnon, Trade Center Teodoro Arcenas and Talon Garden Center. It is followed by the municipalities of Sigma, Dao, Panay and Ivisan. As of December 2005, it is estimated that the total area dedicated to floriculture exceeds one hundred hectares.

Behind the strength of the industry is the Cooperativa de Propósitos Múltiples de Capiz (CMPC), which serves as the main coordinating body for cut flower and ornamental plant producers throughout the province. It works closely with National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs) and industry associations to provide a conducive business climate for the industry to develop and grow. All the major producers in the province are members of the Capiz MPC. It is an organization duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority and the Department of Trade and Industry.

The local ornamental industry group is made up of the core industries, supply industries, and other industries that provide related and other services. The group is made up of interrelated and interdependent supporting industries and institutions.

Vision

A unified, self-sufficient, environmentally friendly and globally competitive floriculture industry to improve the quality of life of its members and the community and to be known as the “Cut Foliage Capital of the Philippines”

Service and input providers: this category includes the following:

Landscapers: Those who provide landscaping services to homes, public and commercial buildings, subdivisions, memorial parks, others. There are about 9 known professional landscapers in the province at present.

Floral Artists – Those who provide flower arranging services for occasions such as weddings, funerals, debut, graduation, product launch, grand openings, etc. Most of the floral artists are concentrated in the Cathedral Walk located near the Roxas City Metropolitan Cathedral, as they are also cut flower dealers.

Cut flower/ornamental plant dealers – are those who are solely engaged in the sale of cut flowers and ornamental plants. Either they sell at a permanent stall/place (such as Balay Kapisnon, Paseo de Catedral) or they are street vendors (like most traders during municipal/city market days).

Input suppliers: include those that sell garden supplies and accessories, such as organic fertilizers (Hacienda Olive), terracotta/plastic pots, and substrates for soilless plants.

Industry status and performance

Production

Cut flowers

The province produces only a few varieties of cut flowers on a commercial scale. These are orchids (white dendrobiums), roses and asters (white and lilac). Other low-quality varieties produced on a limited scale include dahlias, lilies, African daisies, variegated ferns, and gladioli (orange). Cut orchids and ferns peaked in production between 1995 and 2000 with 4 commercial farms producing a total output of 1500 dozen per week. The volume of production has slowly decreased in the last 5 years as more and more flowers from outside the province flooded the local market. Currently, only 1 farm grows orchids.

Fresh Foliage and Live Plants

Foliage plants comprise 80% of the ornamental plant industry in Capiz and has become an important source of livelihood for many families. Most foliage plants are grown in commercial farms and backyard gardens in Sigma, Dao, Panay, Ivisan, and Roxas City.

Foliage plants are sold as cut, potted, or live plants. Potted plants serve as houseplants and landscaping, while cut foliage is for flower arrangements.

The demand for foliage plants is increasing. During the last 10 years, foliage plants, whether cut or live, have the largest share of the export market. At present, Capiz is the only province that exports cut sheets to Japan in all of Luzon and Visayas.

VIII. industry potentials

The industry has great development potential due to the following factors:

Technology and support available

§ Availability of suitable production technologies from external sources.

§ Government and research institutions such as DTI, DA/BPI, DOST, PCARRD could very well provide the necessary technical and logistical support for the development of the industry.

§ Production technologies are available for the extraction of essential oils, which is in high demand in the domestic and export markets.

Strong workforce and grower association

§ Affiliation to industry associations at the national level

§ Existence of the Capiz Multipurpose Cooperative, which serves as the umbrella organization for all cut flower and ornamental plant growers in the province.

§ The province has a supply of trainable labor.

favorable environment

The province does not have a pronounced dry or wet season that is suitable for growing ornamental plants. Also, the province is rarely visited by strong typhoons.

Vast tracts of land are still available for development.

growing demand

Growing international and national demand due to the growing appreciation of the aesthetic value and environmental importance of ornamental crops.

Proximity to other Asian markets places Capiz in a good position to serve emerging markets.

The opening of the Iloilo International Airport improves the capacity for international trade.

VIII. projections

Imports (intranational and international)

Fresh cut flowers will dominate the province’s imports of ornamental plant products. These imported flowers are those that are not produced locally due to climatic conditions, such as chrysanthemums, lilies, roses, anthuriums, striae, gerberas, carnations, and some varieties of gladioli. Coming closer, there will be other live plants, cuttings and cuttings that will also be used as planting materials or mother plants. Far in third place are orchid seedlings. Flowers have seasonal demands.
