The Ferrari 348 Challenge

CAR

Ferrari’s 348 Challenge sports car was a one-make racing series, first created in 1993 and aimed at amateur drivers. It was initially established in Europe and within a year it had spread to the US.

Originally the series focused on 348 Converted Series Speciale cars, but was later expanded to 348 starting in 1989 that reached the 348 SS specification.

In 1994, Ferrari introduced a limited edition of only 45 cars, consisting of 32×348 TB and 13×348 TS, destined for the American market, which were designated as 348 Factory Challenge.

Sports cars in the Speciale Series featured thresholds painted the same color as the rest of the car, and this feature was carried over to the Challenge Series.

These Challenge cars had road trims and each received an individually numbered plaque that was affixed to the right door frame.

They were equipped with improved engine control units, a large heat shield, and a less restrictive exhaust system, although there was a racing version that used straight pipes. Also included were:

  • Points to attach the harness

  • Mounting points for roll cage

  • aluminum pedals

  • Brake ducts under the car

  • Tow hooks on both ends of the car

  • Stiffer springs

  • Fiberglass front and rear bumpers.

  • Leather-wrapped steering wheel with “348” insignia

The cost of the optional Ferrari Challenge kit was $ 14,000, and they indicated that, with this kit, it would take around 60 man hours to convert the original car into race equipment.

The 3.4 liter double overhead cam V8 engine used in the Challenge Series would develop an increase of 320 hp.

The resulting racer would use slick tires and have an improved braking system and improved aerodynamics.

The 1995 season was the last in which the 348 Challenge car was entered in the races as, at the time, it had been superseded by the Ferrari 355 Challenge model.

The Ferrari 348 Serie Speciale

CAR

Ferrari’s Serie Speciale sports car referred to a limited edition of 100 modified versions of the 348 TB and TS that was built between 1992 and 1993, and was aimed solely at the US market.

Since the rear wheels used wider tires, the rear track was increased by two inches. It was also equipped with:

  • Free flow exhaust system

  • Upper final drive

  • Front divider

  • New front and rear grill

  • Alternative taillight assembly

  • Bumpers and rocker covers marching the color of the car.

  • Sports seats and door panels, both trimmed in leather.

Each sports car was individually numbered with a special plate affixed to the passenger door post.

Finally, in 1994, another 15 units were built as a result of favorable demand.

THE MOTOR

The 348 Series Speciale was powered by the same 3.4-liter dual-overhead cam V8 engine that was installed on the original variants.

However, this unit was slightly modified and developed 312 bhp at 7200 rpm, while still producing the same top speed, but with a marginal reduction in 0-60 mph time of 5.3 seconds.

COMPETENCE

History of Mercedes Benz: The 230SL Pagoda

The Mercedes Benz 230SL and its successors 250SL and 280SL (1963-1971)

For the first time in the history of Mercedes Benz, the car was shown to the press two weeks before its official presentation on March 14, 1963 at the Geneva Motor Show. In this way, it was ensured that their reports were published on or before the car’s official launch date. This Benz was eagerly awaited and no one knew whether it would follow the mighty 300SL or the popular 190SL. He did not follow any of them. When Prof. Fritz Nallinger, chief engineer and member of the executive board, introduced the new Mercedes Benz 230SL, internally called W 113, it created something of a stir. As Erich Waxenberger, Rudolf Uhlenhaut’s talented engineer once remarked, the car looked as if a tree had fallen on top of it. The ceiling was, well … unusual. But it wasn’t just the roof that created some buzz, it was also the car’s performance. Everyone expected a successor to the legendary 300SL.

Daimler-Benz, of course, was firm in its approach to the role of the new SL. It was neither a 300SL nor a 190SL. It was a high-performance touring sports car with superior handling characteristics that could carry two passengers plus their luggage in style, comfort, and most of all, safety. It was a very Mercedes Benz on its own. To demonstrate the sporty aspect, Rudolf Uhlenhaut, always available for a quick blast on a race track, pushed the 230SL down a 1.5km circular circuit near Montreux in the presence of the press. Most impressive was that British Grand Prix driver Mike Parkes was not able to drive much faster. However, his car was not the SL, his car was a Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta!

Although many of the car’s technical features weren’t new at all, it was the combination and its enhancements that made this Benz special. The undercarriage had a recirculating ball steering and a dual-circuit braking system. Girling disc brakes were installed on the front axle, while Alfin vacuum-assisted drums were installed on the rear. For the first time in the history of Mercedes Benz, such a car could be ordered with power steering and the most shocking thing for most European journalists – automatic transmission. A sports car and automatic transmission? Absolutely impossible! Not only did the press think that way, it was the same with most of the European public. Not surprisingly, very few cars of this type were sold in Europe. The Americans were already one step ahead, for them the combination of sports car and automatic transmission made perfect sense. And since Daimler-Benz thought of selling about 80 percent of the car abroad, this extra was certainly beneficial. The Benz came standard with a four-speed manual transmission with a 3.75: 1 gear ratio. It was similar to the one used in the 220SE but with a shorter first gear ratio of 4.42: 1 instead of 3.64: 1. It should. guaranteeing faster acceleration, but it was not universally appreciated, so in 1965 the manual transmission of the new 250S / SE was adopted.

In 1967, two years after the launch of the 250 series sedan, the 230SL was replaced by the 250SL. Its larger engine reduced somewhat mediocre performance at low revs. Unfortunately, it suffered from reliability issues at high speeds, something that didn’t amuse a sports car driver much. Although this problem was quickly resolved, the car was also famous for its relatively high fuel consumption. After just one year, it was replaced by the bigger, more stuffy 2.8L engine. It offered 170 hp at 5,750 rpm compared to the previous 150 hp at 5,500 rpm, it also had a bit more torque and improved fuel economy.

While the 250SL Benz cost 22,800.- DM ($ 5,700.-) about the same as the 230SL, the 280SL cost 1,500.- DM ($ 375.-) more expensive. In the United States the 280SL costs around $ 7,500.-, depending on the extras. However, the customers didn’t care, they loved the package and came running. In its five years the Mercedes Benz 280SL managed to sell 23,885 units, more than half of them went to North America. The 230SL sold 19,813 units during the same period.

Two Chevy Concepts at the New York Auto Show

General Motors’ best-selling brand will make another appearance at the New York International Auto Show. Chevrolet will launch two concept vehicles at the next Auto Show. These vehicles will feature what could be the future of Chevy vehicles.

Concept vehicles are known to be loaded with features that are in the development stage and will eventually be integrated into series-produced vehicles. The two Chevrolet concepts are going to do just that.

As well as showing the automotive world where the brand is heading in terms of vehicle design, Chevrolet will also give consumers a glimpse of what the future of automobiles could look like.

The first of the pair is the Chevy Volt concept electric vehicle. The concept vehicle is a plug-in electric vehicle, which means it comes with an on-board battery pack that can be recharged using a common household electrical outlet. The vehicle is designed to take full advantage of its battery pack designed to provide power for 40 miles of travel. That figure covers the average mileage of an American motorist in one day.

Aside from its connectability, the vehicle also has a “range extender”. It is essentially a small internal combustion engine coupled to a generator that charges the car’s lithium-ion battery. With this “range extender,” the vehicle’s 40-mile range is significantly increased to 640 miles.

This new version of the Volt features General Motors’ radical E-Flex powertrain. The feature allows the vehicle to run on a variety of fuels including electricity, conventional gasoline, E85, and biodiesel. The characteristics of the Volt are sure to improve if they are supplemented with EBC Redstuff brake pads.

The second Chevy concept vehicle is the Chevy Camaro Concept. This concept version of Chevy’s pony car is a convertible that gives the Camaro high aesthetic value. The convertible concept to appear in the Big Apple is daubed in Hugger Orange pearl three-coat paint.

The iconic sporty stripes are also present, including the long hood configuration common to all pony cars as it began with the Ford Mustang. The Camaro’s wheels are almost pushed into the corners, giving the Camaro the impression of being ready to burn asphalt in a second. In fact, this Camaro can get you up to speed along with the best car in its class. Its V8 engine provides adequate power to its rear wheels through a sporty manual transmission. This is a car that would definitely get a lot of adoration from Camaro fans and will likely win new ones along the way.

These concept vehicles will be on display at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan, where the 2007 New York International Auto Show will take place. The event will open to the public on April 6 and will run through April 15. month.

Ford pride and success story

Ford’s headquarters are in Dearborn, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. This is the place where the former chief engineer of the Edison Illuminating Company, named Henry Ford, founded the “Ford Motor Company” on June 16, 1903 with a capital of $ 28,000 along with twelve other investors. The famous scientist Thomas Alva Edison was a great friend of Henry Ford and encouraged him to pursue his idea and dream of establishing an automobile company that would make simple and affordable cars for Americans.

At first, only two to three workers worked on each car. On July 23, 1903, the company sold its first produced car, Ford Model A, and Dr. Ernst Pfennig, a Chicago dentist, became the first owner. Other automakers made cars for wealthy people, but Ford developed a design and manufacturing method that lowered the price of the Model T, which debuted in 1908 to a price tag of $ 825. In its first year it achieved a record sale of more than 10,000 cars. Four years later, the price dropped to $ 575. In 1914, Ford claimed a 48% share of the automobile market. The car sold like hotcakes. With increased demand, Ford was able to reduce the build time of the Model T from 12.5 hours to less than 6 hours. Ford created history and became the change maker of the automobile market.

World War I became a turning point as it changed the course of automobile history. Henry Ford was able to make a huge profit at that time. Ford Model T cars were used by various armies for military purposes. They not only served as ambulances but also as delivery trucks, personnel carts, and artillery carriers. As soon as the United States joined the war, Ford began producing ambulances, trucks, vans, tanks, and submarine hunters. The Ford factory at Trafford Park in Manchester supplied the British Army with 30,000 Model T’s as ambulances and troop carriers, water and ammunition.

When World War II started, there was a boost in Ford’s economy as they were serving both sides. They produced approximately around 2.82.352 War Jeeps in the years 1941-1945. Ford’s Willow Run bomber plant, located in the Detroit suburbs, built cars for war and not for public transportation. Ford V3000 ambulances were used in WWII by the Germans. Ford of Germany built a total of 80,000 trucks for the German army during the war.

Ford didn’t just make cars. They also made trucks, vans, and tractors. In 1925 they also made airplanes. They also produced some important automobiles in automobile history, in addition to the Ford Model T. The Ford 150 pickup continued to be a best-seller for nearly six decades. Ford Mustang is the first American “muscle car”. Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, Lincoln Continental, Ford Thunderbird, Ford Transit, Ford Capri, Ford Escort are some of the most popular Ford cars.

Engines play a vital role in the success of the car. Ford produced 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 cylinder engines to date. Some of the important engines manufactured by Ford are Ford Model T engine, Flathead V-8 engine, Cobra Jet engine, Boss engine, Ecoboost engine, etc. The 1.0 Ecoboost is a UK designed 3 cylinder engine that has won awards from judges and industry experts. The Ecoboost engine is developed to save more fuel, be more environmentally friendly and less expensive. Ford is not only famous for producing beautiful cars, but also for producing one of the best engines and creating history in the competitive automobile market.

The Ford family has been a proud owner of the business for more than 100 years. It is one of the few notable brands in the world whose ownership remained in the founder’s family for more than a century. They pride themselves on producing the first car for the common man by breaking the idea that a car is owned by a rich man. Ford always created examples in the automotive industry. “$ 5 a day” is an important day in the history of mankind because around 10,000 people gave up wanting to get a job at Ford when there was a $ 5 a day wage increase. It created an impact within the society as well as the automobile industry as the production rate and quality of Ford cars increased after the increase.

Today, Ford factories are located in the United States, Great Britain, Germany, India, Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Russia, Spain and many more. Henry Ford is considered to be not only an automobile manufacturer, but also a shift maker that changed the fate of the automobile industry.

Executive Protection – Caravan Features

MOTORCADE FEATURES:
On some international corporate executive protection (CXP) assignments, you may travel alone with your director, but there is nothing like a team of well-trained safety drivers to help you achieve your safety and security goals and strengthen your movement capabilities. on the road. In most EP (executive protection) assignments, two cars are a minimum, as individual vehicles are easy prey and more vulnerable to criminal attack. Your manager’s safe ground transportation is one of the most important technical skills that an EPS (Executive Protection Specialist) should have for optimal protection and safety requirements.

LEADING SAFETY VEHICLE:
The lead security vehicle conducts a continuous reconnaissance to provide the caravan with route information. This includes obtaining clearance passes at checkpoints and restricted entries so that the caravan can move forward unhindered. The leading safety vehicle also provides accurate warnings of unexpected transportation hazards, such as accidents, breakdowns, obstacles, and other potential safety hazards that could influence movement along the route. The main security vehicle must have continuous lines of communication. The main safety driver must be aware of the situation at all times, and the EPS passenger must remain alert and maintain a 360-degree surveillance.

TAIL SAFETY VEHICLE:
The tail safety vehicle, providing close protection for the executive vehicle, is a primary proactive tool to help repel potential transport hazards from the side and rear of the executive vehicle.

The tail safety vehicle can also be used as an auxiliary executive vehicle in the event of a breakdown or breakdown. The tail safety vehicle must have continuous lines of communication and its driver must be aware of the situation at all times.

EXECUTIVE VEHICLE:
The executive vehicle is the primary vehicle used for the transportation of the principal. The executive vehicle must be driven with the highest standards of comfort and safety.

He or she must be aware of the situation at all times. The DL, (detail leader) seated in the front passenger seat, must maintain a well-organized communication link with the head and tail safety vehicles and must maintain positive control, leadership, focus and coordination. The DL ensures that the caravan stays on course, maintains communication with other drivers, and ensures that the director arrives on site in a controlled and managed manner.

ALL VEHICLES:
All vehicles used in the caravan must be discreet in color and discreet make and model. All vehicles must be able to blend into the local road terrain and must be kept in perfect condition inside and out in terms of appearance, maintenance and availability. Good luck and God Speed.

How do you choose the right RV?

The biggest benefit of buying an RV is that you can take your home with you wherever you go. You can enjoy the same comforts that you enjoy from home in this type of vehicle, making your road trip more enjoyable. They also make camping fun even for the whole family. But whatever your needs, you will still need to make the right decision when purchasing the RV. There are so many things to consider, but some of them just can’t be ignored if you don’t want to regret the decision you make.

Towing capacity – If your current car cannot handle the trailer, you should reconsider this decision. You need to have a large SUV or truck that can tow the trailer without any problem. However, there is a small trailer that you can choose from because they are lightweight or you can just choose one to leave the matter alone. Check the maximum towing capacities of your vehicle

Budget – The size of the RV and the amenities included in it largely determine the prices you get. So, start by knowing the exact amount you can afford or the exact amount you’re willing to spend on the RV before you start shopping around. It is much easier for you to narrow your search when working with a price range. Recreational vehicles tend to be more expensive because they are not a combination. Even on budget, the amount you can afford will help you decide whether to buy new or used vehicles.

Travel goals – Where are you planning to go? This is an important question because you want to get a recreational vehicle that will not cause you any problems, especially with parking and unserved grounds. Consider what limits the camps you’re targeting, your tank space, and even battery life pose. They are all important points depending on where you plan to go and the length of your trips. Choose a vehicle that is good enough for any condition and has a large enough tank and long-lasting battery to minimize inconvenience while traveling.

Size – How many people can the Recreational Vehicle accommodate especially to sleep? If you have a large family, choose an RV that has a good capacity for beds. One with sliding outlets can be a very good selection. When looking at beds, consider not only the number, but also your comfort and convenience levels. If you have young children, consider one that has bunk beds. The secret is to make sure you are comfortable with the size of the vehicle, but make sure that everyone traveling with you is comfortable even when sleeping.

These are some of the most important considerations you can make when purchasing a Recreational Vehicle in addition to checking the condition of the vehicle and matching it to your preferences.

Are alternative energy hybrid vehicles the vehicle of the future?

Alternative energy cars have become a hot topic as the price of gasoline continues to rise. The most common type of alternative fuel car is the hybrid car, but there are others, such as cars that run on ethanol, that are gaining traction. Another type of vehicle can run on the same oil that is used to cook French fries at McDonald’s, and this is a biodiesel vehicle.

Hybrid cars are considered alternative fuel cars as they combine electricity with gasoline to produce better gas mileage. Although initiatives to build cars that run on alternative fuels have worked in the past, gasoline cars were successful because of power and speed. In earlier times, a hybrid car probably only went 25 miles per hour, and that pace could only be reached after about 10 minutes. As a result of pollution and the ever-increasing cost of fuel, the automotive industry has been investing a lot of money in alternative fuel vehicles.

Although the technology could be assumed to be the same, there are many different types of hybrid cars. The electrically powered portion of some alternative fuel hybrid cars is used to give an extra boost to the car’s engine when starting or running. Many other hybrid cars use electrical energy to operate the car in stop-start traffic. Hybrid cars are becoming more and more powerful compared to what they were when they first appeared. Along with advances in technology, power should continue to improve, as well as fuel economy.

The auto industry would like to make better alternative fuel hybrid cars, so they are heavily focused on being able to maintain power while at the same time working to increase gas mileage. Truck owners need hybrids too, so the hybrid line is moving in that direction too. There is certainly a lot of power in these hybrid trucks, plus the gas mileage is better and they can power power tools. It can be difficult to say at this point what will happen to the hybrid car in the future. Perhaps supply and demand will win, and higher-priced energy will be phased out by lower-cost fuels that are more available and cleaner combustion. As hybrid cars constantly improve, they will continue to be widely used.

These types of cars will continue to increase in power and gas mileage even while reducing the amount of pollutants in the air. We have a requirement for cars that use alternative fuels, but its creation has not caught up with common vehicles, and that is why prices have not come down. The purchase price for these alternative fuel vehicles starts at around $ 20,000, but the US government offers a tax incentive to buyers, and they are also pouring money into alternative fuel cars.

The future of Ford hybrids

With all the attention that Nissan, Toyota and General Motors have attracted in the recent hybrid industry, Ford remains a constant, slowly moving towards a leading position in the competition for the most popular and reliable electric cars on the market. With the success of the Honda Insight and Toyota Prius, Ford took notice and saw a profitable trend in the guise of an industry wave just beginning to grow.

Today, Ford continues to push the media and Congress to offer better and more tax incentives to produce hybrid vehicles. Bill Ford has designs and expectations to make Ford the most innovative leader in the competitive high-tech hybrid market. Ford is not as keen on continuing the tradition as it now intends to renew and reclaim its groundbreaking and innovative future.

Some recent figures

As of July 16, 2013, Ford has quadrupled its share of the US electric vehicle market. The company has expanded its growth by hiring new engineers, spending more on research and development, including new plants and facilities, and focusing on fuel economy improvements. Ford’s share of the US market has risen to 16 percent, an increase of 12 share points. Meanwhile, Toyota’s share has dropped to 8 points, and largely due to the switch to Ford’s new C-MAX hybrid. Ford’s vehicle sales have shown a 400 percent increase in one year, totaling 46,197 units sold through June of this year. The Ford C-MAX Energi plug-in hybrid and Ford C-MAX hybrid have driven most of the sales growth. The coastal markets, Texas and Florida have strong sales and trade-in appeal for the C-MAX, while Toyota’s sales are down 5 percent. According to Polk’s log data, the first five months of 2013 have seen Ford dominate the California market.

In the past month alone, the C-MAX accounted for 64 percent of non-Ford brand owners who swapped their Toyota Prius for the Ford C-MAX. Ford has achieved the fastest retail growth of all other brands in the coastal market, at 2.5 percentage points since 2008. The company has gained nearly a full percentage point since the beginning of the year.

Demand for the Lincoln MKZ has forced Lincoln to increase production by 40 percent, an increase of 20 percent. Lincoln has noticed an influx of new buyers who have shown up in its showrooms in increasing numbers.

The success of going electric

Ford’s fuel-efficient and versatile vehicles, trucks and utilities have shown gains this year. Its share of passenger cars in coastal regions has grown roughly three times faster than the rest of the industry. Ford’s biggest profits come from small cars, small utilities and midsize sedans, which have contributed 42 percent of its growth in the past five years. Compacts have led the way, like the Focus, Fiesta and C-MAX, achieving more than 35,851 sales in the last month alone, almost a 40 percent increase from the previous year. America’s best-selling utility is the Escape, while the Fusion has topped the sales record for the first six months of 2013. Overall, the utility line has garnered top honors for the past three years, and the Ford F-Series has outsold all others. branded trucks for 36 years in a row.

Mileage improvements for hybrids

Ford has placed an emphasis on its highway fuel economy for all of its 2013 hybrid models in Canada and the US Performance calibration updates will begin in August 2013 for Lincoln MKZ, Fusion and C-MAX hybrids. Areas that will receive updates include increasing the electric speed phase to 85 mph, instead of 62 mph, the introduction of active louver louvers to reduce drag during all driving conditions, decreasing the fan speed to reduce the power consumption and reduce warm-up time by 50 percent to allow electric-only operation when the engine is turned off. Air conditioning systems will be refined, reducing compressor use during cold weather operation. Calibration upgrade and upgrade areas will cover city and highway driving, prolonged cold weather conditions, and air conditioning run times.

Stars of the future

Ford aims to capitalize on its most successful pickup truck of all time, the F-150. It seems that they will be forging this new ground for themselves. Ford spun off a joint venture with Toyota to produce a rear-wheel drive hybrid pickup and now intends to develop its own version in-house. Starting in 2014, Ford will slash the F-150’s weight by as much as 700 pounds, just in time for its 2014 debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Longer-term projections for full-size trucks and SUVs are proposals and plans to meet or exceed the projected 54.5 mpg standard by 2025. However, Ford expects to have fully hybrid versions of its trucks and SUVs before the end of the season. decade.

Finding a cure for cancer would put the cancer care industry out of a job!

Legally, I cannot tell you that monatomic gold cures cancer, although scientific studies have shown that cancer patients taking monatomic gold have seen an improvement in their condition. For now, I will relate my point of view based on what I have read and what I have experienced.

I never had cancer, but my mom did. He died from the TREATMENT! His father had cancer and died. My dad’s mom had cancer and died. There is a lot of speculation in the medical community about the causes of cancer. Before the industrial revolution, cancer cases were rare. Many effective cancer treatment protocols were developed before the 1950s, but these treatments were phased out by the mainstream medical establishment at the urging of pharmaceutical corporations. One natural cancer therapy that I can’t legally tell you really works is cottage cheese and flax oil. That is pretty simple and totally non-toxic. It won’t kill you like chemotherapy would, like radiation probably will.

A mineral supplement derived from gold, called monatomic gold, has been used by ancient cultures throughout earth’s history as an aid in spiritual ascension. Modern scientific research has shown that subjects taking monatomic gold show an immediate increase in brain timing, leading to stress relief. Legally, I can’t tell you that stress causes cancer. Nor will I tell you that de-stressing will cure your cancer.

Monatomic gold has also been shown to repair DNA. It is DNA that tells cells what to do, when and how to divide, whether to be healthy or sick. Exposure to environmental toxins like petrochemicals can damage DNA and lead to cancer. Certain supplements have been shown to aid in the detoxification of these unnatural chemicals. Would you be surprised to discover that many drugs are synthesized from petroleum? What connection do you think could exist between the oil industry and the pharmaceutical industry?

Before the Prohibition era, Henry Ford produced cars designed to run on pure ethanol. John D. Rockefeller of Standard Oil fame used his influence to push for a ban on the sale of alcohol, not to stop people from drinking, but to end fuel competition from Ford’s ethanol production. Ford had dedicated ethanol service stations, getting about 25% of fuel sales in the United States. Then came the ban. Ethanol is a clean burning fuel that does not produce toxic emissions. Petroleum-based fuels and the refining of petroleum to produce gasoline and diesel fuel cause cancer that causes toxic by-products. Some of these waste by-products are used in the manufacture of anticancer drugs and other pharmaceutical drugs. Read the side effect lists! Jeesh!

It is time for us to grow up and start thinking for ourselves. Television gets most of its advertising revenue from drug ads! Television also uses subliminal messages to program the subconscious mind into action. The brain waves of television viewers have also been found to be identical to the brain waves of subjects in a hypnotic trance!

My experience taking monatomic gold is that my mind is sharper. My dreams are more vivid and I experience a greater synchronicity of experience. You know those “Aha!” moments? So how could having access to increased mental capacity affect your ability to handle health challenges? Do you think you could figure it out better on your own, rather than blindly following the advice of some oncologist who has to pay for a yacht?

To the life!

Famous cars from the 80s

Many people say that the 80s had the most striking cars of all time. They weren’t just in movies, they were on television, in video games, and in our dreams. From gull wing doors to racing vents, Targa covers to huge spoilers, everyone has their favorite. Was it the Ferrari Testarossa or perhaps the Delorean from Back to the Future? It’s good to look back on an exciting decade …

Ferrari Testarossa – Going into production in 1984, the Testarossa was the successor to the Berlinetta Boxer. A Pininfarina-designed car, the Testarossa was originally produced between 1984 and 1991. A two-door coupe, the Testarossa had a fixed roof and a 12-cylinder engine. After the production of the Testarossa, the 512 TR and the F512 M followed, which were produced between 1992 and 1996.

Lamborghini Countach – a mid-engined sports car, the Countach was produced by Lamborghini between 1974 and 1990. Its design not only pioneered the sharp-angled, wedge-shaped look of the time, but also popularized it. In 2004, Sports Car International, the American automobile magazine, named the Countach number ten on their list of the best sports cars of the 1980s. Top Gear became number one on their list of the sexiest supercars. of all times. Available in 4.0L, 5.0L, and 5.2L, all engines were a powerful V12.

DeLorean DMC-12 – Originally manufactured in Northern Ireland, the DMC-12 was made available to the US market in 1981. More commonly known as the DeLorean, it was the only model produced by the company and featured gull-wing doors. The car became iconic for its appearance as a time machine in the Back to the Future movies.
