2.) Heart Disease – This is the number one deadliest disease in both men and women. A seemingly fit person is still at risk of heart disease. There are men who exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet but still suffer from heart problems.

To avoid complicating heart problems, develop a regular daily exercise of 30 minutes that one must faithfully follow.
Overweight people can reduce their risk of heart disease by losing 10 to 20 pounds.

Also, it would be a good practice to drink 5-8 glasses of water a day to ensure smooth blood circulation. Water prevents clogging of the arteries.

When you find yourself in a stressful situation, learn to stay calm. Inhale and exhale before acting on it. Don’t associate problems with anger. Responding negatively to stress will only increase the chance of heart problems.

3.) Prostate Problems: Men of all ages need to be concerned about their prostate. In American men, prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death. Although prostate cancer is treatable in its early stages, caution should still be exercised. Men who are aging and who eat foods that are high in fat are at higher risk of getting this cancer.

Prostate cancer has no symptoms in its early stages. To make sure a man is cancer-free, he must have a medical exam. His prostate may also be checked privately to make sure there are no abnormal lumps. If there are bumps, you should immediately contact a specialist. An exercise routine focused on the lower body also helps lower the risk of cancer.
