How do you get your husband back if he pushes you away? Hints and tips that can help

I recently received an email from a wife whose husband had become increasingly distant and cold towards her. She had started to hint that maybe they should try a trial breakup or take some space from each other. Of course, this was the exact opposite of what the wife wanted. In her mind, the best case scenario was that the two of them could come together, work things out, and weather the storm as a team.

But the more the wife makes her position clear to the husband, the further he moves away from her. It was as if his affection for her and longing for her were just detours at this point. The wife was not sure what strategy she should take. More and more, she looked like she was going to take the space with her or without her blessing. But she suspected that once he started pulling away from her, he would never get back together with her. So, she was understandably resistant to this.

In reality, there is a reasonable happy middle ground where both people can at least get some of what they want. And the outcome will usually give you the best chance of getting your husband back with you, back with the marriage, and getting back on board to make things better. I will discuss this more in the next article.

Sometimes the further a husband pushes you away, the more you are tempted to draw him to you: This is just human nature that is most commonly driven by fear. Afraid to let it slip away, you only hold on tighter. But, if he is not receptive to this, then his inclination will be to intensify his efforts to escape and free himself. You run the risk of him seeing you as too limited and something you need to escape from. This is not the position you probably want to put yourself in.

If this is the scenario you find yourself in, it will often be in your best interest to change the dynamic of this as soon as possible. You really can’t let him see you as something that stands between him and his happiness or freedom. Usually you’ll have to set it to suspect or hope that both things might exist at the same time.

Change things when you can feel him moving away from you: Believe me when I tell you that I completely understand your reluctance and your fear. I was in this situation and I remember exactly how scared, insecure and vulnerable it left me feeling. But, I also know firsthand that if you present yourself as the person who is so scared that they have so little to offer that they will leave you and never come back, then you come from a place or a weakness rather than a strength. .

If you present yourself this way, your husband will often find you unattractive. After all, in his mind, why else would you be so afraid to give him some time and space? In fact, he will seem much more attractive and attractive if he can show confidence in himself and his love for you. It’s much better to say something like “listen, I love you and I want you to be happy. Of course you can take as long as you need. I could probably use the same time to fix things myself. Together with this way, we can check in and see where to go from there.

As risky as it sounds, you’ve accomplished a lot here. You’ve presented yourself as someone who wants him to be happy, not someone he sees as getting in the way of his happiness. And he’s set it up so she has access to him during the time they’re apart. (In some situations, he may not even need to leave to accomplish this.) Furthermore, he has hinted that he will take time for you as well. This will make you wonder a bit, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Preparing things so that you can get him to come back to you willingly: Often when women ask me how they can “make” their husband come back to them, I have to explain that you can’t really “make” someone do what they really resist. Even if you are able to do it, they will resent you for you. But, what you can do is set up the environment and circumstances to make it conducive to them wanting to come back.

You can do this by portraying yourself with dignity and positive emotions. Whatever you do, don’t dwell on the negative. Try to show him the vibrant, happy, lucky, laid-back woman he probably fell in love with. You don’t want to show him the fearful, insecure, and feisty person that you might be feeling right now. He wants the atmosphere to be happy when they are together. Don’t put extra pressure on the situation. Don’t clink. Don’t ask for guarantees. It is very important that you show confidence that everything will work out in the end.

Often this attitude will intrigue the husband and he will want to spend more time with you to see what caused this change of heart. And when she does, the best thing she can do is continue to move slowly and not let her guard down until you’re both equally committed and ready to start over.

Email Terms You Should Know

A little guide if you are confused by the email marketing terms you find on different websites, I hope it helps.

Automatic Response (AR)

is an email service that sends pre-written emails to anyone who fills out a subscription form.

Opt In (Subscribe) (OI)

it’s what a subscriber does when they want your information. Then fill out a subscription form on their website. When they complete this and click “Subscribe” or whatever you choose to call your button, they have given you permission to contact them by email or phone, whichever is requested.

Double opt-in (DOI)

This is the recommended setting for anyone who is gathering leads through an autoresponder. When your website visitor completes a subscription form, they will receive an email asking them to acknowledge that they want to subscribe to receive her message and that they want to receive more messages from you. When you choose the double opt-in option, your emails will have a higher deliverability rate than if you choose not to have the double opt-in option.

Top of cap (ATF)

this is all you see at the top of the computer screen (here email) where you don’t have to use the scroll bar to see the rest. This is prime real estate for email, so make sure if you write long emails you grab their attention before they have to scroll or you may lose their interest before they get to your call to action.

Deliverability Rate (DR)

measures how many emails have been sent and how many ended up in an INBOX

Hard Rebound (HB)

is when an email permanently doesn’t arrive in an email inbox because someone mistyped the email or someone provided a fake email address when filling out a form.

Soft bounce, (SB)

on the other hand, it is due to a technical problem, such as a full email inbox or an unavailable server.

A subject line (SL)

it is what will entice your subscriber to open your email. Choose catchy topics to get your subscriber to open your emails.

Open rate % (OR)

is the number of emails sent in an email marketing campaign divided by the total number of emails opened.

Click Through Rate (CTR)

is the number of unique clicks on a link in your email, divided by the number of people who opened the email.

conversion rate (CR)

This is the measure of how successful you have been with your email campaign. If you link to a sales page for an affiliate offer, it calculates how many the email was sent to and how many sales you made from that email.

HTML-email

it is an email that is formatted like a web page and allows for images, background colors, unique fonts, etc.

HTML emails can have a high click-through rate if used correctly.

plain text email

because not all browsers allow HTML emails, so you must write what is called plain text, which does not allow images or text formatting.

Email Signature (ES)

the best practice is to add your signature at the end of each email. In a signature, you can add your social media accounts, link to your company, services, products, or website. This is a great marketing opportunity that is often overlooked.

spam or garbage

is when you haven’t given permission to receive the email, they often don’t include an unsubscribe link either, so it’s very hard to stop the emails. However, now email providers can also send permission-based emails to your spam/junk folder because they contain words that your email provider considers spam. So if you’ve opted into something but can’t find it in your inbox, I advise you to check your spam/junk folder.

Unsubscribe (opt-out)

If you choose to no longer receive an email and wish to stop communication from the sender, there should always be an unsubscribe link/button at the bottom of each email. It can be hard to find sometimes, but it’s there!

I hope this clears up any misunderstandings you may have had.

the color effect

Does color affect your mood?

Does our environment really have the ability to change our moods, or even cause depression?

If you’re not sure, think about how you feel when your office is messy, your bathroom is dirty, or your living room is messy. Do you feel scattered when your desk is littered with papers, 3 days of cups of coffee and a half-eaten sandwich? (Maybe that’s just my desk)

But you feel disorganized, don’t you? I feel MENTALLY more organized when my office is organized.

I don’t think there is any doubt that our environment (interior or exterior) affects our emotions. And we can be affected by different things; general clutter or chaos (this can be a dirty/messy space or it can be a cluttered space with accessories!), general feeling of warm versus cold, and one of the most important factors: Color!

Color is light, and light is energy. Scientists have discovered that real physiological changes occur in humans when exposed to certain colors. Colors can stimulate, excite, depress, calm, increase appetite, and create a feeling of warmth or coolness. This is called chromodynamics.

The human eye can see up to 7 million colors.

Some colors and/or color relationships can be irritating to the eyes, cause headaches, and wreak havoc on your vision.

Other colors and/or color combinations are calming and make us feel better.

The proper use of color can maximize productivity, minimize eye strain, and relax the entire body.

For example:

RED

Red stimulates energy, it means strong emotions like love, hate, anger (“seeing red”). Infamous symbols associated with the color red are stop signs, fire hydrants, and hearts.

The color red has been found to raise blood pressure and cause people to take risks they wouldn’t normally take. That’s why Las Vegas casinos use red neon lights (take note next time you’re there).

But it also has a positive effect, think “pink glasses”. You’ve heard the saying, but did you know it really works? A company that markets red contact lenses for animals found that chickens they tested ate less, produced more eggs and didn’t fight as much.

PINK

The color pink is associated with love and romance. It has a calming effect and as such was often used in some prisons to calm inmates in the 1950s, and in opposing team locker rooms to keep players passive. However, the researchers found that this effect only occurred during the initial exposure and that the inmates actually became more agitated as they got used to the pink. So now you know why you would get so mad after many long visits with Grandma!

ORANGE

The color orange is associated with energy, warmth, enthusiasm, and autumn, as well as caution and, of course, Halloween.

Orange stimulates the appetite and is often used in restaurants and dining rooms.

Orange has been found to increase oxygen supply to the brain and stimulate mental activity, making it a good color choice for creative businesses.

It is the most divided of all colors: people love it or hate it. It is more accepted among the younger generations.

YELLOW

Yellow is associated with optimism, happiness, energy, and restlessness. It is the most tiring color, especially the brightest tints because it reflects more light and causes excessive stimulation of the eyes.

If you’re planning a baby’s room, don’t use bright yellow; babies tend to cry more in yellow rooms.

It has been shown in a color study that husbands and wives tend to fight more in a yellow kitchen.

Yellow does have some good uses though, it’s the first color the eye recognizes so it’s great for signage. Yellow is also known to increase metabolism, making it a good choice for plates or tablecloths.

GREEN

These days, green is associated with sustainability. But it is also linked to tranquility, peace, good luck, jealousy and money.

Green has a calming effect, which is why the “green room” came about. Green also relieves stress and is a good color choice for an office.

Research has shown that the color green can improve reading ability. Placing a clear sheet of green film over reading material can increase speed and comprehension.

BLUE

Blue is associated with calm and serenity, as well as sadness. It can also create feelings of distance.

It is one of the most popular colors, but it is also considered the least desirable. Weight loss programs suggest that you eat blue plates to lose weight. The reason is that there are not many blue foods in nature, and our minds associate blue in food with poison or spoiled food.

Blue can lower your heart rate and body temperature – it’s a “cool” color in more ways than one.

The preferred color for men is blue.

PURPLE

Purple has long been associated with royalty and wealth. It is also associated with wisdom and spirituality.

It’s an uplifting color that encourages creativity, making it a great choice for design businesses and schools. It has been shown to stimulate the part of the brain that is used for problem solving.

Purple is very popular with creative or eccentric types and is the favorite of many teenage girls.

WHITE

Is white a color? Scientifically speaking, no, it’s a lack of color. But if you ask a designer, he will tell you that it is one of the most important colors, or rather, the shades. White is a very symbolic color. In many cultures it means virginity, which is why brides often wear it. It is also associated with purity, innocence and serenity.

Used by doctors, white is a color of cleanliness and sterility.

White reflects light and is a bright color that can create a sense of space to create contrast and highlight.

It’s often considered cool or soft, but consider what happens if you add tints of other shades to make very subtle whites.

GRAY

Gray is another one of those non-colors. But it is by far my favorite color. However, it does not have a very good reputation. It has been associated with loss, depression and sadness.

Gray weather is a regular thing where I live, and many people complain about how depressing it is, but I find it cosy, warm and comforting.

On the plus side, gray is also considered timeless and considered classic. Some know it as the color of intellect, knowledge, and wisdom, and I’ll agree!

Gray blends well with other colors and is a great neutral. It has long been a go-to for suits and is a favorite of many designers.

BLACK

Again, many people will argue that black is not a color. But in this context, I will argue that it is. Black is associated with formality, sophistication, as well as mystery, evil, death, and mourning.

Black is one of the favorites for clothing and accessories. What woman does not have a little black dress? It also makes you look slimmer and more sophisticated.

Black is also associated with power and luxury; limousines, tuxedos, judge and priest dresses, etc.

Black implies weight and can be an overwhelming color if used incorrectly in a home.

So how does all of this relate to your PHYSICAL well-being?

Believe it or not, our feelings or emotions affect our health and well-being. Emotions produce chemicals in the body called peptides. I won’t go into too much detail as I’m NOT a doctor, but basically those chemicals are released into the bloodstream and every cell in our body is ready to receive them. In fact, we can become addicted to emotions due to the reactions they cause in our body, similar in many ways to drugs. It may be because they become familiar and comfortable to us (whether through good or bad emotions). Consider those people who are “adrenaline junkies.” It is a physical change in our body caused by emotions (fear and excitement). Different emotions, and combinations of emotions, have different effects on us, but they ultimately affect us physically.

How do you apply color in your home?

Color is seen by the way light reflects off a surface or off colored light sources. Color, and particularly contrasting color, is also used to draw attention to a particular part of the space. There are primary colors, secondary colors, and tertiary colors. Tertiary colors are usually the most pleasing to the eye. Complementary colors are colors opposite each other on the color wheel. Complementary colors are used to create contrast.

Analogous colors are colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. These can be used to create color harmony.

Monochromatic colors are tints and shades of a single color.

Warm colors are a group of colors consisting of reds, yellows, and oranges. Cool colors are a group of colors consisting of purples, greens, and blues.

Do’s and Don’ts of Color

Now, some tips for applying what you’ve learned

DO:

Use contrast Build your color scheme around a signature or favorite piece Apply unity within each room and throughout the house using complementary colors Consider the style or period of the home Consider the use of the room Have fun

WHOSE:

Choose your paint colors before anything else Make your favorite or boldest color the main color – it will stand out more as an accent Ignore color casts Get caught up in trends Be quick – take your time choosing colors and look at them carefully different lights Be scared, it’s just paint!

Essential Factors to Consider When Choosing a Floor Scale

So you’re looking for a new industrial floor scale. Here are some tips, do not stay with the first one you just see. There are many things to consider when shopping for a scale, be it a platform scale or otherwise. Who knows, what you might need is a pallet truck scale. There are a series of elements that it is important to take into account so that you can select the ideal one for your needs.

First of all, what is weight? The size and style, the weight and even the shape of the load are important elements when deciding. Industrial floor scales, platform scales and even pallet trucks have different models. The differences go beyond aesthetics! It’s about needs! For example, industrial scales can handle loads between 800 lbs. and 20,000 lbs. Similarly, platforms can range from a three foot by three foot platform to a 10 foot platform. So carefully think about the type of load you have.

This could save you unnecessary costs. Now think about the material used to build it. Of course you want something that lasts forever, but unfortunately nothing lasts that long. Some of the most common materials used are stainless steel, aluminum and others are powder coated metals. Each provides its strong and weak functions. So ask yourself questions like: Is the factory/warehouse humid and does it require anti-rust features? Do you have enough space? Do I need scratch-proof surfaces?

Selecting an industrial floor scale could be a bit more complicated simply because there are competitors among the manufacturers. What features are accessible and what features do you really need? Is it digital, can it be connected to a computer or printer, can it be changed to various units of measurement? You may also want to know about warranties and services available should your scale require repair.

Finally, one of the most important factors to consider is the price. When you’ve written down everything to think about, it all comes down to price. But this is an investment. Don’t be afraid to dole out cash for things you’ll need. With the perfect floor scale, price really doesn’t matter.

3 Marketing Strategies Every Artist Should Implement

social networks

Social media marketing is a strategy that is just that, social. It is usually done on an internet platform that engages the audience in your content via their computer, smartphone, or tablet. Social media allows your target consumers to interact with you and your brand. Some of the most common social media platforms used in marketing today are Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Managing your Social Media Marketing can be time consuming. Therefore, I recommend concentrating your time and content on a few sites. Here are some recommendations:

Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are visual platforms that will connect your art with customers. With Facebook you can create a business page, this is separate from your personal page. The business page will allow you to create a community of followers who will like, comment and share your images and content. Instagram has the same basic framework as Facebook in that you can create multiple profiles and navigate between them within the app on your phone. This similarity is good if you have a personal profile and a business profile. Instagram is a social network that focuses on images that are perfect for visual artists. Again, you can create a community of followers. For Instagram, the use of the hashtag is vital to generate traffic to your profile, unlike Facebook, which is better based on sending requests and calling people to share your page.

YouTube allows the public to enter your studio to see you working on your most current pieces. It may seem that YouTube is not a form of social network, but in fact, by definition it is. Social media is any networking platform that allows users to communicate and connect in a social way. Due to the ability to like, share and comment on videos on YouTube, it is truly a social network. YouTube is actually a social media platform before it is a video marketing technique. In the next section, I’ll share a little insight on how you can turn this social media platform into a video marketing tool.

video marketing

Video marketing is meant to call your consumer or viewer to action. For a video to be considered video marketing, it must generate interest on your website or something that they will have to pay for additional access to. Videos are a great way to share your talent with the public and generate interest in your art. Videos also allow your followers and subscribers to get to know you. Viewers enjoy the feeling of developing a relationship with you. When you can create a sense of loyalty, your viewers can become some of your best marketing partners because they can share your videos with their friends.

Since YouTube is free, this is a great way to share videos that focus on your artistic technique or provide free short tutorials for a specific art medium. Don’t forget that for it to be a marketing technique, it must generate something that the viewer needs to act or buy. By running a link at the end of your video to send it to your website or offering more detailed how-to videos for a price at the end, you’ll qualify as a video marketing tool. With YouTube, you can create a channel that focuses on the techniques of your particular art style, or you can post instructional videos with step-by-step information on completing a unique piece of art. Free and low-cost video editing software such as Apple’s iMovie or Windows Movie Maker are available to allow you to truly customize your videos before uploading to YouTube.

Let’s use a watercolor artist who focuses on floral still life, as an example. The artist posts a 5-minute painting tutorial on the theme of roses on YouTube. The video was created through the iMovie software that comes standard on most Apple computers today. At the end of the free 5-minute video, the artist announces a 30-minute paid video from his website that will guide the viewer through the painting of a floral still life with roses from start to finish. Webcam and software come standard with Apple products. The cost of creating this video marketing example was free.

Social media and video marketing are virtual ways to reach your target audience. A low cost type of marketing that is more tactile and leaves a lasting impression on your audience is through guerrilla marketing.

Guerrilla marketing

Guerrilla marketing is a low-cost, fun, and direct grassroots marketing strategy. Guerrilla marketing often takes the form of visual art, such as spray paint labels or one-of-a-kind posters and decals, allowing it to seem like a natural fit for visual artists. This marketing strategy is meant to create interest and make the viewer curious to investigate the ad. It takes more imagination and creativity than money to make guerrilla marketing work for you.

Implementing guerrilla marketing can be fun and exciting. Some ideas for guerrilla marketing can be using vinyl stickers or paper banners; this is called wild posting. Walking billboards or pop-up galleries of work in public places are another trendy approach. It should also be noted that legal issues may arise regarding how or where wild posts and pop-up galleries appear. Posting stickers or banners can cause problems, especially if they are placed in paid advertising or on local, state, or federal fixtures. In most municipalities, there are permits that are required to settle in public places. Don’t let the risk of legal infringement stop you from using this strategy. With the right research and planning, guerrilla marketing can be a quick and fun way to build buzz around your art.

Social media, video marketing, and guerilla marketing are ways to increase awareness and build loyalty from community artists near and far. Successful marketing will help you increase brand awareness and loyalty among art consumers.

Exploding with Joy – A Great Sunday School Lesson to Memorize Galatians 5:22 from the Bible

There was a time in my life when I felt like I had lost my joy. I felt miserable. He didn’t want to do anything or be around anyone. But slowly and surely, my joy returned as I began to rest more in the Lord. My strength came back too. Nehemiah 8:10 says this: “…for the joy of the Lord is your/(my) strength.” This is a great verse for any Christian to know, whether young or old. Try this fun Sunday school Bible lesson to help your children learn this great Scripture by heart. It’s called “Popping for Joy!”

This is what you do:

This game will require some preparation, but your children will appreciate your efforts. First, you’ll want to make an index card for each word in Nehemiah 8:10. You must have a total of 11 cards. Place these cards in the correct order of the Bible verses on a pocket chart or table for easy viewing by all your children. Now prepare 11 balloons. Inside each balloon you will insert a piece of paper with the following number of points and list of words:

1. 10 points: for, joy, Lord, strength

2. 10 points: the, of, is, Nehemiah

3. 20 points: joy, la, mi, 8:10

4. 20 points: from, Lord, strength, for

5. 30 points: he, is, Nehemiah, joy

6. 30 points: joy, my, 8:10, of

7. 40 points: of, strength, for, the

8. 40 points: the, Nehemiah, is, 8:10

9. 50 points: joy, 8:10, my, Lord

10. 50 points: of, by force, it is

11. 50 points: he, he, is, my

Blow up the balloons and place them in a garbage bag. Now you are ready to play this Bible Sunday school lesson.

How to play:

Divide your class into 2 teams. Ask a child from the first team to choose a balloon. Let him pop it by sitting on it. You will put the paper inside and find out how many points you can earn for your team. You will also flip the 4 words, listed on your paper, on the Nehemiah 8:10 screen. Now you must say the verse including the missing words. If you are successful, your team will earn the points found on your balloon. If you are unsuccessful, the other team wins the points. The game goes to the next team.

Before playing this activity, you can introduce it as follows:

Everybody get up and show me your best “muscle man” or “muscle woman” pose. (Wait for children to respond.) Awesome! Look at all those big muscles. You know, there are a lot of things in this world that can make you feel really strong, like watching your muscles grow as you age. Or having a lot of money in your piggy bank or wallet can make you feel a little strong. But do you know what the Bible says is our strength? It says that “the joy of the Lord is our strength.” Today we are going to memorize this verse by playing “Popping for Joy!” But before we play, let’s say Nehemiah 8:10 several times together to get it into our hearts and minds.

At this point, you will recite the verse with the children until you feel they are ready to play the game. Have fun!
