The Universe in Motion Parts IV to VI

the whole universe

order of the universe

Woe to the person who would think that the universe should follow his order, desire, design, and woe to his undoubted force on others to think that everything is preserved in the ways of his belief and thought!…
Instead of humbly submitting to the guidance of providence, God, to share his discoveries, leaves aside the epicenter.
If he/she and their kind could foresee all the misfortunes they bring upon themselves and others by failing to recognize the full equation:
if an element is left outside the circle, it is not complete;
if one element is missing, something is missing from all, and it must be filled with something else that is worthy.
Throw a javelin into a crocodile’s eye to keep it at bay, lest his followers slowly learn a truth other than their own;
It has an ebony portal; he will bury the story to save his hypocrisy.
So how can the truth prevail, when the truth is nothing more than what you want it to be, this day or that day, or any given day?
When the truth is not in rebellion, let it fall where it falls, do not harden your heart to fit your own prejudices.
Be true to yourself, and be a truthful scientist who knows what you don’t know is something to be learned, if you can be a listener.
Isn’t it true: one must know what one knows and what one doesn’t know, but one must know how to find or which direction to go, to find the answer to that knowing?
He knows that the universe flows under the windows of God’s eyelids.
And those with closed hearts and minds are thrown into dark waters to become food for sea monsters!
Such a body will never surface, swollen with convulsions of ageing screams, never to find the truth of the lie.

the universe expands

The Universe expands like the belly of a fat man, that is:
the Universe, in the same way: with all its newborn and present stable suns, moons and planets, and orbs and all its destabilizing explosions, and black holes and rebirths, and new galaxies, like the fat man, inflates.
If there is a point where enough is enough, who can say where that point is but God?
There is an end to the universe, but that ends, it extends.
The Universe has expanded during fifteen billion years of growth, from a mass of black matter, for and against: like the automatic nervous system of man: energy vs. energy, one pulling and one receding: a universe that was empty, to a universe now full of everything.

However, man is like a jellyfish, he cannot control it, -as far as theological points of view are concerned-
This type of carefree people, who hide their emptiness, through evasion, their voice rises from the abyss of death, where their last and fatal light resides; not knowing the universe of ‘before the light’ and who gave that spark that lit everything.
They do not understand, or do not want to: the subject of formation, its Universe, its Creator, is not set for one, in one place, but for all, in time and space:
to be picked up like gold nuggets, when God decides within His time and space, He allows man to stop taking small steps and be able to jump;
But we must not forget, it is His, not ours.
It is a journey, and we must follow God’s direction.
First the physical, then the spiritual, the boat will not float, otherwise.
Hence, then, we must derive all its meaning from the whole and from its end.
We are the only civilizations in the past, having difficulty understanding the formation of God, His conception of the universe, because we have allowed the complete absence of God within our thinking: which is equally important, to the universal equation.
In the past this was something incomprehensible.
But it is at this very moment, in the year 2016 AD. C., the search for God, I think opens a new page, a gateway to wonderful discoveries:
let faithless people in, or wander aimlessly into another sphere if they wish-
And for those who have an opening to God consciousness in all of this, he/she holds history in their hands, and the source of all power and understanding of God’s movement, in the Universe He created, and we live in, and it expands.

The intertwined universe

Man must not become stubborn, insufferable or temperamental, nor can he afford to endure contradiction!
Those who look a lot towards the light are often the ones who most quickly suffer from blindness (arrogance and arrogance)
Man, God, Matter, -God wants to fill us with discoveries, but together.
Discovery must be above magnification.
To man, science is a white elephant, to God it is just an ant, man has discovered and is learning, in His long catalog of physics within the cosmos.
Your architects!
We are your masons-
It makes us calculate, as if to say: how many silk threads will it take to cover Angkor Wat!
There is no charm in all this, do it alone!

the living universe

Beneath the Universe feels as if with blood burning, as if drinking the magic of the gods.
She falters and expands: loud it bursts, and penetrating it is.
She undulates with molting heat and coiling verminous translucent light: flowing eyes, beautiful and fertile.
It belongs to a jealous owner, who does not resent any intrusion, so that it does not come with bad intentions!
And being sure of your observations, keep in mind that He is your creator, as well as theirs!

The Universe is elastic, a living thing, always in motion, its substance always in motion: full of orbiting globes, glittering nebulae, drooping like branches and coiled like horseshoes.
He wears a threadbare robe of matter, antimatter, atoms.
It devours suns, which break easily under the teeth, bloated, suffocated by a strange fever, thrown into a black hole, wider than the Earth’s solar system, and then quickly passes them into its belly.
To his bewilderment, he creates new galaxies with new voices, falling from indifferent heights, from that old worn substance.
Their benevolent drums laden with sinister echoes, though without language, looking towards the thick branches of their formation, their Creator, she beholds, the One who inspired their creation!
Man must do the same!

But man has lost himself in a garden kingdom of black fruits: dark fruits of blood, and there he stands in the churning shadows of his mind, and says: ‘There is no God!’
Man has brandished a great sword in the face of God, the light has seared his vision and he will find himself running.
Running off a cliff topless.
To the mouth of a cave to be swallowed.
And all you’ll hear is the laughter of the colossal demons, still burning at the entrance to hell.
And so he plunged incontinently into the dark ebony underworld.

Digital banking: what is it really?

If you’re a banker, techie, broker, or most importantly, a customer in the BFSI segment, I’d assume you must have heard of the new buzzword “Digital Banking.” In my circle, I chatted with a number of people, and oddly enough, no two people seem to perceive this the same way. Well, this is a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea! This made me pause and think about what this could mean for someone like me who is an industry insider, responding if a colleague, friend, or someone in my box asks me about this. As a true CrossFit athlete, I follow at least the first rule: tell everyone you meet about CrossFit.

The reason I mention CrossFit is not just because of my fascination or even obsession. CrossFit is a bit complex and daunting for the uninitiated, but in a nutshell, it is a strength and conditioning program that optimizes fitness. CrossFit defines fitness itself in terms of 10 components: cardiovascular endurance, endurance, flexibility, strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, precision, and balance. But usually, if you ask any of your friends what fitness is, you might get multiple answers. For example, a runner might say ability to run a half marathon, or a weightlifter might say deadlifting at least 1.5 times body weight, or a guy who practices yoga might say doing 108 Suryanamaskaras. Well, each of them may be right in their own way. Your definition of fitness might be doing all of that, or you could just say I’m fit enough if I can do my 9-5 job without taking any sick leave in an evaluation cycle.

In the same way, banks could interpret Digital Banking in their own terms and, similarly, people like you and I will have formed some opinion based on our own exposure.

Over the years, banks of all shapes and sizes have become very streamlined by adapting to IT/ITES (IT-enabled services) and have achieved varying degrees of success. However, due to a lack of a focused and long-term focus, the creation of disjointed systems, rapidly changing business and operational scenarios, etc., the intended goals may not have been fully achieved. Some of those “failed” initiatives might have been driven by the institution’s drive to be one of the first to adapt to a technology or trend (betting on the wrong horse). On the contrary, we could lose a great opportunity if we do not recognize and bet on a winning horse. So the trick is to bet on the right horse, at the right time, i.e. when the odds are low. Typically, industries use what is called the Hype Cycle to evaluate a new technology or trend. If you’re interested in understanding what a “hype cycle” is, check out Gartner’s methodology. I will try to tie together some of the key aspects of Digital Banking as, unlike most buzzwords, it is neither a single service nor a technology.

Just when (2008-10) I spent more than a year in Brussels, three big banks (Fortis, Dexia and KBC), which had always been extremely risk-averse bankers from the BeNeLux region, began to face great pressure and their value eroded. significantly and sparked heated debates in the community, who thought that their money was always safe in the banks (whether as a depositor or as a shareholder). What really happened there is very complex. The key factors are the huge sovereign debt ranging from 84 to 99% of GDP, the lack of government for 533 days, etc. These triggered liquidity problems. Add to this other upheavals in the banking industry globally, and it’s easy to see that “trust” within the system was under threat. How would we build trust? Being transparent. Customers need (don’t want!) transparency throughout the system. The younger the customer base, the more acute that felt need. This, when you look at the changing customer experience and expectations of the retail industry (Amazon, Flipkart), transportation (Uber, Ola), the food industry (Zomato, FoodPanda, ZaptheQ), you know where the banking industry is. Customers have reset expectations in terms of value, experience and options. The key takeaway for the banker: User Experience: Valuable, Consistent, Mobile (Anywhere), Secure, Enhanced.

Many people I’ve recently interacted with on this topic were of the opinion that Internet banking or mobile banking is digital. Yes, this is just the beginning of what Digital Banking could be. They probably cover a previous set of customer expectations. Moving on, could we see a day soon, where there is no paper in any of the banking transactions? When I say paper, I don’t just mean currency! Some things that are already in practice in some banks and gaining momentum are: digitization processes within the bank (such as customer onboarding, loan application), check truncation systems that allow you to take a photo of the check on your mobile phone and send to your bank, etc. – there providing efficiency in decision making, ability to customize processes to specific customer requirements, saving some unnecessary trips to the branch, etc. This could mean, in other words, implementing document/image management systems, business process management and tracking systems, integrating these components within existing IT solutions. The key- digitizing internal processes.

Social media in recent years has had a bigger impact across borders, whether it’s the Tahrir Square revolution, the ice bucket challenge, which mobile to buy, how we order and pay for lunch, or identifying a good restaurant and become Dutch while we share the account. . Social media is already disruptive in terms of which bank to trust, what can they expect from a bank in terms of services, giving voice to their dissatisfaction. Which in turn means banks need to be on the same social media listening to their customers, selling their services, and ultimately attracting new customers, retaining them, and more importantly, becoming “The Goto Bank.” if the customer has multiple accounts. As an example, which could not have been expected a few years ago, in Kenya, one of our renowned client’s Twitter users (@ChaseBankKenya) uses Twitter to connect, launch and share CSR activities and address customer queries and concerns. clients very effectively. Namely, the scope factor.

Another silent thing that happens behind the walls of a bank is called Data analysis or Big Data. These produce unprecedented insights into customer behavior and preferences, driving extremely focused strategies. These also help clients understand their spending analysis, planning their budgets, managing financial goals, etc.

In addition to these key components, there are several others that could make the bank more “digital”: chat and video discussion facilities to bring the bank closer to the customer when needed, or educate customers through online tutorials such as financial education, tax planning, etc., integrating various solutions and systems in the bank to reduce data duplication and redundancy and helping the bank to create more straight-through processing systems by reducing errors, cost of operations and increasing efficiency throughout the system. Banks could significantly increase seamless data sharing with other partners such as regulators, customers, government agencies, making the whole process much more transparent and efficient.

Finally, the big question is what must be accomplished from the great list of tasks to call a bank “Digital Bank”? Just like in fitness, there is no single solution or the right solution. Each bank has to define its own strategy, execution plan to achieve the goal of customer delight, operational efficiency and greater value for shareholders in general.

Do I need an operating agreement for My Florida LLC?

Most businesses in Florida are closely held limited liability companies (LLCs), so the question often arises as to whether these entities really need an operating agreement. This article is not intended to provide legal advice or form an attorney-client relationship; it is intended only to provide general information on this important and far-reaching topic.

By way of background, an LLC is something of a hybrid between a partnership and a corporation and was specifically authorized by Florida law a little over twenty years ago. Previously, Chapter 608, Florida Statutes, controlled LLCs and provided a limited amount of guidance to Florida business owners and courts. Unfortunately, the many default provisions found in the Florida Corporation Code did not appear in the old LLC Chapter. All of this changed with the enactment of the revised LLC Law in Chapter 605, which became effective January 1, 2014. After January 1, 2015, it applies to all Florida LLCs. Therefore, without specific provisions in an operating agreement governing the operation and dissolution of an LLC, LLC owners will unintentionally find themselves in situations they did not originally intend. A proper operating agreement may also encompass the benefits of the Revised LLC Law.

That said, the expense of an operating agreement prepared by an experienced business attorney is not necessarily necessary in all cases. LLCs can be divided into two categories; single-person and multi-person. While a well-crafted operating agreement can never be detrimental to an LLC, it may be one that a single-member LLC can salvage, depending on its circumstances.

An operating agreement can be thought of as the contract between the members of an LLC that governs such issues as how members can leave the entity and what rules apply to the addition of new members, if any are allowed. So, in the case of a single member LLC, it may not be a necessity, but in the case of a multi-member LLC, it can be a very wise business decision. Without identifying responses to specific situations that may arise, such as the departure or death of a member, a dispute may arise between members that a Florida court cannot quickly or easily resolve. Even for specific events such as the valuation of members’ interests, members of a multi-member LLC may not want to accept the legal breach and are better off applying their own method of dealing with that situation.

A secondary consideration is whether to pursue a pre-formatted, fill-in-the-blank operating agreement or hire a competent and experienced business attorney to prepare that document. Naturally, such a choice is a business or management decision, however, an operating agreement that is not tailored to the unique needs of an LLC by someone who understands the issues that arise and are typically the subject of lawsuits will not address those needs. unique. good. The savings realized by purchasing a pre-formatted operating agreement may result in substantially increased expenses later if a dispute develops, which may not be adequately anticipated or covered by the stock operating agreement.

In the summer of 2010, the Florida Supreme Court addressed LLC ownership in its Olmstead decision. The Florida Supreme Court confirmed that an individual’s membership interest in an LLC is a property right that is subject to judgment, even if said judgment has nothing to do with the LLC. In response, the Florida Legislature amended the old LLC Statutes to clarify that a member’s interest in a multi-member LLC could not be seized by judgment and only the member’s right could be attached to a distribution of the LLC. . The revised LLC Law expanded that, particularly for a multi-member LLC, failure to address the ownership interest in a well-crafted operating agreement can have unintended consequences for the business.

While it is not practically possible to provide comprehensive advice to members of an LLC, it is always a smart and prudent business decision for owners of any Florida LLC to take the time and incur little cost to consult with a qualified business attorney. and with experience. to determine if an operating agreement is appropriate for the business. By doing so, they can have an agreement that matches their intent, they can assess whether any existing agreement fully addresses their intent, they can determine if their existing agreement meets the requirements of the revised Act, or identify provisions that can be included to ensure fluidity. . Operation of the company. A proper and strong operating agreement for an LLC can go a long way in limiting the costs of any future disputes where, for example, an owner wants to leave the LLC, dies, or gets divorced.

· Marble

Marble bathroom countertops are the epitome of elegance. Today, marble is not as expensive as it was a couple of years ago. It means that you can easily buy a marble countertop for the master bathroom. It is durable and does not dent easily. But, the material is porous in nature, which makes it susceptible to staining. Also, it requires frequent sealing like granite.

· manufactured quartz

When you want to replicate the look of granite or marble, manufactured quartz is the best choice. It is resistant to moisture and bacteria, making it ideal for bathroom countertops. It does not require sealing every two months and has better stain resistance than granite.

· solid surface materials

With solid surface materials, you can get the look of natural stone. Plus, you’ll be able to select from a wide range of colors and beautiful patterns to suit your bathroom theme. · Concrete

When you want an inexpensive yet durable bathroom countertop material, concrete is the way to go! It can mimic the look of natural stone and you can customize it with the patterns you prefer. And, if you want an ideal option for your luxurious villa, granite and marble may be your best options. Therefore, consider several things and seek the help of an expert bathroom renovation contractor. He will help you make a practical decision.

RV Spring Prep Checklist

Your RV has been sitting idle for the winter. Now the first signs of spring are here and it’s time to get it out of storage and prepare the coach and chassis for this year’s camping season. If you’re like me, you’ll want to have some sort of logical sequence to follow rather than going through the drive at random. I made a simple checklist to use so nothing gets overlooked. I prefer to do most of the spring prep myself. If you feel more comfortable with someone else doing it, you can make an appointment with a reputable RV service center to do it for you.

* Depending on how your unit was winterized, it will need to be winterized. If you used non-toxic RV antifreeze, you should run fresh water through the entire system until all traces of antifreeze are gone. To remove it from the 12 volt water pump, add water to the fresh water holding tank, turn on the pump and turn on all water faucets. When the coolant is out of the system, turn off the pump and take the water heater out of bypass mode (if applicable). Reinstall any water filter cartridges you removed for storage.

* At this point I like to sanitize the water system. Make sure all drains are closed and drain plugs are installed. Take a quarter cup of household bleach for every fifteen gallons of water in your freshwater tank. Mix the bleach with water in a gallon container and pour it into the freshwater tank. Completely fill the fresh water tank with water. Turn on the water pump and open all the faucets, let the water run until you smell the bleach. Close the taps and let it sit for at least twelve hours. Drain all the water and refill the tank with fresh water. Turn on the pump and turn on all the faucets until you no longer smell the bleach. It may be necessary to repeat this process to remove all signs of the bleach.

* With the water system under pressure, check for water leaks. Check the operation of the toilet.

* Wash the unit well. This is a good time to inspect roof and body seams and window sealants for cracks that allow water ingress. Consult a dealer for sealants compatible with these materials.

* Inspect canopy operation and clean canopy fabric as needed.

* Inspect tires for signs of dry rot. Inflate all tires to the recommended COLD tire pressure.

* Lubricate all hinges and locks with spray lubricant.

* Remove any protective tape or covering you have put over the LP gas vent lines to keep out insects and rodents. Check any mouse traps you have set. Open all doors and compartments and check for rodent intrusion and water damage.

* Inspect and clean the interior.

* Plug in all unplugged appliances for storage and replace any dry cell batteries you have removed. This is a good time to put fresh batteries in items like smoke detectors.

* Test the operation of the carbon monoxide alarm, LP gas leak detector and smoke alarm.

* Check the fire extinguisher. Make sure it is fully charged.

* Reset any circuit breakers you have turned off. If you removed any fuses for storage, reinstall them.

* Clean or replace air conditioner filters if not done before storage and remove covers that were placed over air conditioners.

* Open the vents and windows and air out the unit.

* If you removed the batteries from the coach and chassis for storage, install them. Whether they have been removed or not, check electrolyte levels, clean terminals and clamps, and check charge level on all batteries. Recharge the batteries as needed.

* Check the operation of the electrical steps if applicable. Lubricate the pitch mechanism.

* Test the operation of the hydraulic jacks if applicable. Check hydraulic fluid level.

* Test the operation of the rear camera and monitor, if applicable.

* If you did not change the generator oil and filters before storage, this is a good time to do so. Inspect generator exhaust system for damage before starting. Start and run the generator for two hours with at least half rated load. See generator owner’s manual for load capacities.

* Turn off the generator and connect the unit to the ground. Turn on the refrigerator in electric mode. Allow enough time for it to cool down and check for proper operation.

* Check all interior lights and accessories for 12 volts.

* Test the monitor panel to see if it works properly.

* Check the operation of the sliders if applicable.

* Check that the remaining 120 volt appliances are working properly.

* Test the ground fault interrupter (GFI) to see if it works properly.

* Turn off the refrigerator, leave the doors open, and allow enough time for it to come to room temperature so it can be checked in gas mode.

* Before using the LP gas system, perform a leak test and gas operating pressure test. A qualified technician with the proper equipment should perform these tests.

* After this is accomplished, open the LP gas valve and check the operation of all LP gas appliances. Make sure the water heater is full of water before testing the water heater. If a gas appliance is not working properly, have it inspected by a qualified technician. Insects are attracted to the odorant added to LP gas and build nests that can prevent the appliance from working properly.

* If your unit was in long term storage and you did not change the engine oil and filter prior to storage, this would be a good time to do so.

* Check all fluid levels in the transmission, power steering, engine coolant, engine oil, windshield washer, and brakes. Consult the vehicle owner’s manual.

* Start the engine and verify that the readings are correct on all gauges. Verify that the dash air conditioner is working properly.

* Perform full chassis lubrication if not done prior to storage.

* Check the condition of the wiper blades and replace them if necessary.

* Check the operation of all the lights on the chassis.

* Make sure the vehicle’s inspection/emissions label is up to date.

* In addition to this, if you have a pop-up or travel trailer, the wheel bearings and brakes (if equipped) should be inspected at least once a year. Inspect any canvas for dry rot and tears; Inspect all hitch and coupler work for damage. Inspect the safety switch and pigtail for proper operation.

happy Camp,

Marketing Communications Definitions

Marketing communication (MC) is the only way for companies to move products, services and ideas from manufacturers to end users. Makes and maintains interaction with customers, prospects, retailers, and stakeholders. Marketing communication has a mixed bag in which advertising and sales promotion play vital roles.

Types of MC include advertising, public relations, and sales promotions. Of these, advertising broadens the marketing footprint and always aims for a high message delivery rate.

The 4 P’s of marketing: product, place, price and promotion are the main objectives of marketing communication. Reached a different target audience to change behavior through information, persuasion, and reminders. Without marketing communication, it is impossible to generate awareness and encourage product trials. Maintains customer base by reinforcing buying behavior by providing constant details on brand benefits.

The importance of QI within and between organizations as well as for various stakeholders with a primary focus on customers.

Marketing is the most important department in any organization. If personal marketing is successful in its efforts, the business becomes profitable and expands. Without effective marketing, there are no profits and therefore no new hires. Increases depend on the performance of the marketing communication. When an effective strategy is devised, there can be fruitful results.

Not only the marketing department but also other departments can work with marketing communication such as events, sponsorship, public relations, direct marketing and interactive marketing. These communication tools are often part of the marketing communication mix.

In advertising, you need graphic designers, for sales calls you need the company vehicles of the administration department. For personal selling, you can use the sales staff. To approve a marketing event, you must have good relations with the account manager. So, in a way, marketing communications involves various departments within an organization. This increases operational efficiency. The integrated approach ensures that all channels are well aligned and follow the same tactics, in line with business goals and company values.

Throughout the organization, it gives an impression about the company that can be negative or positive. Prospects and retailers compare your brand to your competitors and when your communications are good, you can outperform other brands and vice versa.

Many brands contract with a third party for advertising, sales promotion and word of mouth marketing, and the success or failure of the brand communication directly affects them. In terms of how it affects customers, they approach the brand’s products with the knowledge and information they can retain about the brand. Customers like to know how beneficial a product is to them, and marketing communication tells them exactly that. IMC’s entire strategy is focused on how customers want to experience the brand.

Health Fitness

You are what you eat: today’s diet compared to healthier times

Get this: Our digestive systems have undergone very little change in the last few thousand years, yet our diet has changed so rapidly that some think our stomachs can’t keep up. And therein lies the root of many problems related to nutrition and diet today.

Just think about it: did our grandparents’ daily diet include a double cheeseburger with a large soda and fries thrown in for good measure? Did they drink cup after cup of coffee to de-stress? Were they inundated with canned and processed food options at local supermarkets? Did you go days without having fruits and vegetables in your meal? We, on the other hand, routinely indulge in these grossly unhealthy eating habits.

It’s obvious that we compare poorly to our grandparents’ generation when it comes to food choices. But there is a school of thought that goes one step further and believes that we should go even further back in time and compare our modern diet with the eating habits that prevailed in the Paleolithic era some 20,000 years ago to assess its quality. The reason given behind such a comparison is that genetically, human bodies have changed little since then, while eating habits have been altered beyond recognition.

Hunter Gatherer Diet

Our ancestors during the paleolithic era hunted and gathered food instead of relying on massive agricultural products. This type of diet, also known as the Stone Age diet or caveman diet, consisted mainly of wild plants and animals that could be hunted and gathered such as game meats, shellfish, fruits, nuts, vegetables, etc.

Hunters and gatherers are cited as the healthiest of all civilizations. However, there was a decline in human health with the arrival of agricultural settlements during the Neolithic. This was also accompanied by the lack of physical labor involved in hunting and gathering food. Since then, human health continues to deteriorate due to modern eating habits and lifestyles.

In contrast to the hunter-gatherer diet, modern diets are devoid of fiber as we hardly consume fruits and vegetables. In fact, Americans get nearly 70 percent of their total daily energy from foods such as dairy products, grains, refined sugars, processed vegetable oils, and alcohol. In fact, such are the limitations of a modern diet that the average American consumes mostly fat and starch in their food. Add to this foods loaded with additives, preservatives, antibiotics, hormones, etc. that arrive at our tables and lo and behold, you have a recipe for disaster.

This is why proponents of the hunter-gatherer diet advocate replicating the dietary habits of our ancestors during the Paleolithic era. The basic assumption behind this defense is that our genetic makeup is adapted to the Paleolithic diet and our system tends to discard all foods that were not or were scarcely available at the time.

The modern Paleolithic diet consists primarily of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, roots, and nuts, and excludes foods that were never or rarely eaten before the Neolithic and industrial ages, such as grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.

This type of diet has both supporters and opponents, but truth be told, many people may find it unfeasible, affordable or attractive to follow a strictly paleolithic diet.

personal health plan

The key here is finding your own nutritional balance and creating a personal healthy eating plan without depriving yourself of the foods you love. The importance of eating a balanced, fiber-rich diet cannot be stressed enough.

The mantra for good health is to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes which are a rich source of complex carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. In addition to this, limit your intake of refined sugar, salt, and processed foods. Include a wide variety of foods in your diet instead of just animal products, and eat in moderation. Last but not least, drink plenty of water and get 30 minutes of exercise every day.

colon cleansing

A healthy diet plan should lead to a healthy digestive system and a healthy person. However, it is still possible to experience gastrointestinal and intestinal discomfort from time to time. In such a scenario, it can help remove waste and toxins from the body through colon cleansing.

Colon cleansing therapies include colon hydrotherapy, enema, and laxatives. But these days, natural and herbal colon cleansers are increasing in popularity as they are gentle on the system and help cleanse the colon quickly and effectively. These herbal colon cleansers can be purchased at any health store or even online.

Complete herbal colon cleansing programs like BeneCleanse are a safe, easy-to-use, and effective way to promote bowel hygiene. The doctor-formulated colon cleansing program is based on 25 years of scientific research and each ingredient is scientifically backed for its purity, potency, and effectiveness.

Clearly, when it comes to healthy living, going back to basics may not be a bad idea. And complementing it with a comprehensive colon cleansing program is even better!

Andrew Mason: real estate developer with an ethical approach

Who or what was the spirit that captivated Andrew Mason one dark and gloomy night when he broke through the barrier that surrounded three semi-abandoned mills? It may sound like something of an Edgar Allen Poe mystery, but the idea that perhaps Henry Mason, who built Victoria Mills near Shipley in West Yorkshire in the mid-19th century, somehow had an influence on the restoration project is attractive.

The fact that Andrew Mason, managing director of Newmason Properties, took his wife’s last name when he married in 1993 only adds to that sense of positive doom. Henry Mason, Andrew Mason, Newmason and perhaps one or two masons seem to have conspired on a unique project worth an investment of £80m.

Henry Mason built his textile mills during the Victorian era when the industry was booming. Model employer Sir Titus Salt had already established his unique town of Saltire nearby with his innovative approach to providing a safe, caring and positive environment for plant workers. Titus Salt built houses and streets named after his eleven sons. He provided a library, restrooms, reading rooms, schools, a church, and a mechanics institute for his workers on the grounds that a good work environment was not only good for individuals but also good business practice.

His influence on the textile industry was enormous and lives on in the Newmason approach to the project that Andrew Mason started just four years ago. “I’m flattered by the comparison. I’m purring like a Cheshire cat here because this construction business is wonderful. It’s incredibly rewarding to start with a plan and an idea and really make it happen. Titus Salt clearly had a mission at Saltire and our mission now it is similar in many respects.

“My Aunt Mary worked at Victoria Mills and my father remembers it all very well. He worked as a carpenter and he remembers swimming in the canal here, walking 14 miles to earn three and sixpence, for example. Yes, fashions change and his memory of Being tasked with converting all of Saltire’s six-panel doors to flush doors that have now been restored to their original condition is a good example of how fashions change and come full circle.”

But the property lives on and these wonderful, sturdy mills with their huge windows and high vaulted ceilings are being restored and preserved for future generations. They will not be spinning alpaca or cotton, but they will be the places of residence of the new generations in the peaceful environment of living history.

“People’s needs and demands change over time. We’ve gone from providing bathrooms and reading rooms to offering a tennis court, a sauna and a gym, a panini bar and I think a wonderful atmosphere, but we’re doing it with awareness of what we want. have here”.

The site, which was a working mill until the 1990s, is five and a half acres within the buffer zone of a World Heritage site. The buildings themselves are listed and the old interiors have not been ripped out. Instead, the demands of modern planning for fire safety and health and safety have been integrated without compromising tradition. The interior stone stairs remain; the steel support pillars still support the building and the new roofs come with a 150-year guarantee that puts the entire project into perspective.

“I have two sons, ages 9 and 11, and I want them to be able to stand in this spot and be able to say, ‘Daddy did this.’ We love what we do. We are absolutely committed to delivering the best quality in every way here, and that means using the right materials, like oak and stone, and craftsmen who take pride in their work.”

In fact, Andrew Mason’s relationships with his staff reflect a set of values that Titus Salt would have been completely comfortable with. “Environment is everything. If people are happy at work, like I am, then they will take pride in using their skills and improve the game to the best of their ability. It’s about creating the right environment for people to thrive.” We want people to feel happy to come to work.”

That’s all very well, say the cynics, you talk the talk, but what about delivery? When it comes to the bottom line, when it comes to profit, all this ideology just goes flying out the window, doesn’t it? Not for Andrew Mason, who stocks the office refrigerator every Monday with a wide variety of snacks and drinks that his staff helps themselves to; that he make sure construction workers aren’t forced to use nasty, basic toilets on site, but instead have decent facilities.

“If you treat people with respect, they will respond to that. It shows very clearly in the bottom line because we have very, very few sick days and no one has left the company in the last four years since we started this project.” .”

However, it would be a mistake to suggest that respect and an egalitarian structure are a kind of escape. Andrew Mason does not shy away from difficult decisions nor is he afraid of conflict. What is clear is that he does not need personal arrogance or pomposity to prove his worth. He is a shining example of the adage that he is the humblest of men who are the greatest real contributors.

In Andrew Mason’s opinion, that enviable record is not due specifically to his own personal skills, but to the entire peer group that exists around his workforce. People talk and chat with him; they meet him on the site every day and share football results as well as new ideas on development. Andrew was extremely pleased when the Investors in People assessment team revealed that management, staff, subcontractors and suppliers shared the same positive view of the company.

Andrew Mason is living his dream on two levels: he is restoring and renovating the mills that surrounded his childhood, and he is implementing an ideological framework that, while fashionable in the 1850s, he has managed to reshape to fit today’s business environment.

“It’s about positive reinforcement. When we worked at Byron Halls in Bradford, we were very sensitive to diversity issues, so we went and knocked on people’s doors. We explained what we were doing and why, we visited the mosque and we worked to reach agreements that we would not accept any deliveries on Fridays so that there would be no parking issues for Friday prayers.

“We all saw enough antagonism and confrontation in the days of the mid-1960s when people were promoted to incompetence and labor relations broke down into the winter of discontent due to the ‘them and us’ approach. I can’ Honestly, I remember telling someone on the site to do something. I’ve asked them. I’ve never taken the “I’m the CEO” kind of approach. You will do what I say” because it makes people angry. It is much better to try to attract them and show them that you love and respect them.

“There’s a man here right now whose wife, I know, is about to be fired and that’s going to be tough for them. We have to be a little more flexible there. Another man is studying for an MBA. He gets permission to study but he doesn’t affect his vacation. If he only had permission to study, his wife would never see him and he also has the right to spend time with her.”

In the Newmason lexicon, the values of a bygone age are preserved not only in the fabric of the buildings, but also in the immense goodwill and loyalty apparent in the workforce. Tellingly, Andrew Mason adds, “It’s not just about altruism, either. Goodwill pays tenfold on the site.”

“At 18, I worked on North Sea rigs and learned from the tough, tough people of Glasgow, then concrete factories and later in places like Costa Rica, Chile, Nicaragua and South Africa about social housing schemes where I saw the terrible situation of much of humanity, I am very grateful for what I have and have achieved here.

“We’re creating something in Victoria Mills; a community that people want to live in and are enjoying. Like the redskins who don’t have a word for ‘ownership,’ I see myself as a steward. My name can be on the title deeds, but they don’t really own these properties. We’re protecting industrial heritage for our children and our children’s children. Whatever we do today, it’s going to affect several more generations and we’re going to leave it in a much better state than when we found it.”

The property, bricks and mortar, has a satisfying solidity that is lacking in other investment portfolios. Money invested in something so fundamentally durable and essential should be as safe as houses, or mills, in the hands of Andrew Mason.

Does Celery Cure Taste? It can reduce pain, lower blood pressure and be a remedy for gout

Both celery stalks and seeds are promoted as gout remedies to lower uric acid levels, reduce pain, and as a diuretic to lower blood pressure. How can the humble celery stalk or extracts from its seeds be so helpful?

Cures for gout require lowering uric acid levels. The usual clinical goal is a serum (blood) level of 6 mg/dl. Lowering uric acid levels often dissolves MSU crystals that form primarily from uric acid. The immune system’s reaction to these crystals is the immediate cause of pain and inflammation. Medications such as allopurinol are xanthine oxidase inhibitors: they inhibit the enzyme that is responsible for an important step in the conversion of purines to uric acid in the liver, so less uric acid is produced.

Celery is one of the natural substances that can inhibit xanthine oxidase, according to a study in rats, where the rats lowered their uric acid from 3-n-butylphthalide, or 3nB for short. This is the substance in celery that gives it its characteristic smell and taste.

But the benefits of 3nB for taste sufferers go further. 3nB also has diuretic properties. Therefore, it promotes urine excretion and can lower uric acid levels by improving its excretion in the urine. Also, as a diuretic, it acts to lower blood pressure, which is important for gout sufferers because high blood pressure often accompanies gout.

Two small studies reached interesting and hopeful conclusions about celery as a pain reliever. An extract of celery, standardized to contain 85% 3nB, was administered to 15 patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and gout. They took 34 mg twice a day for three weeks. After three weeks, patients reported lower pain levels, with some reporting complete pain relief.

Evidently encouraged by the results, the study was repeated with a larger group, this time of 70 patients, who took a higher dose (75 mg) twice a day for three weeks. The results were better than in the first study. The probability that this beneficial outcome was NOT a dose consequence was calculated to be 1 in 1000 chances.

Two small studies “do not make a summer.” And more research is required to learn more about celery’s positive effect on uric acid levels.

Leading experts have also endorsed celery as a flavor remedy. A well-known naturopathic doctor, Michael Murray ND, author of Dr. Murray’s Total Body Tune Up, has recommended celery, with the usual caveat that more needs to be learned about how it works.

Another celery fanatic, Dr. James Duke PhD, author of “The Green Pharmacy,” developed the taste and tested allopurinol. He then switched from allopurinol to celery seed extract. He reported that celery seed extract kept his uric acid level below what can often cure gout, and that he had not had a gout attack since he started taking celery seed extract. The interesting thing is that he was able to stop allopurinol and that he said that a human being, like rats, can at least maintain lower uric acid levels with celery.

So there it is. Two experts endorsed celery, and two small studies showed promising results. Celery may be beneficial for taste, lowering blood pressure, and relieving pain. No unwanted side effects were found in the studies. And the research found that the pain often returned when the celery seed extract was discontinued. So if it works for you, you may need to take it for a long time, maybe for life.

How much and in what form? Four to eight fresh celery stalks a day. They are fresher if they are not limp. The 3nB is in the stems, not the leaves. Celery pairs well with cheddar cheese, which is a low-purine food that doesn’t add much uric acid; all foods contain purines to some extent. Juices made from four to eight stems will also give you 3nB. Celery can be put into stews which are a good tasting meal as they increase the daily intake of water as the components of the stew are low to medium purine foods; note that clam chowder is high in purine content.

Dietary supplements Buy celery seed extract standardized to contain 85% 3nB. Tablets or capsules. Twice daily for a total of 150-300 mg daily. These are especially useful if you are bored with eating celery every day and when you travel. Extracts may work better than stems.

Bail! Celery should not be taken if you are pregnant or nursing. And if you have kidney disease. If you’re eating a lot of celery or taking celery dietary supplements, don’t spend too much time in the sun.

Beach Dogs, Dogs on the Beach

Zapata, Dog of the Beach

Zapata, Dog of the Beach
Oh, my name is Zapata. I’m not named after a shoe or because I love to chew on shoes, which I do, but because of the famous Mexican revolutionary and freedom fighter, Emiliano Zapata. He said, “It’s better to die on your feet than live on your knees,” which I agree with, especially since I have four of the two. I’ll tell you how I got my name, but first let me tell you what my life is like now. The present is so sweet, and we dogs appreciate it much more than humans who like to live in the future or the past. The past is like a tail that follows you and only serves to scare away flies, and the future, what will be will be.

I live in Samara, a beautiful little town on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. I meet many tourists there, from Canada, Switzerland and the United States, among other countries, who come to study at our Spanish School. They have lessons in the morning and have free time in the afternoon to lounge on the beach, eat at one of our delicious restaurants, shop at our quaint shops, paint, ride horses, or travel to other wonderful places in Costa Rica. I haven’t been out of Samara myself, but I hear wonderful stories of trips to Monte Verde and the cloud forests, and to the Arano Volcano, where there are zip lines, hot tubs for bathing, and rafting. One day I hope to travel to my beautiful country with my owner, who is the proud manager of a Spanish restaurant in Samara. It is one of many charming restaurants, but more exotic than others. People usually come to our establishment if it’s raining and they want to get off the beach. We have a great wine that I heard, and I can recommend the Paella and the bones

I met my friend from the United States when he was lying on the sidewalk outside the restaurant taking a nap in the afternoon heat. The gringos do not seem to notice the heat and walk under the midday sun like rabid dogs or English dogs, of which there are some of the latter in Samara. There is little water to fill their plates in England or so I hear so they come here where our water plates are full and our rivers cascade into the sea. They often complain that they can’t drive their four-wheeled monsters through the fast-flowing rivers along the coast. They should be happy to lap up the clean, fresh water, but back to my story. The gringa lady saw me and immediately fell in love with me, which is not unusual for the great Zapata. He was lying on the sidewalk, very relaxed, and she thought he was sick. He tried to get me some tacos and water, which I gratefully accepted. I didn’t tell him the truth, the truth. I think she wanted to take me home, but she was afraid to move. I’m good at playing possum.

The next day I saw her again while she was taking one of her paintings to an art gallery. It was a painting of the beach and it wasn’t bad, except that it contained a cat, a despicable creature. How could she prefer the cat (cat) to the dog? But she kept prodding me by asking her husband, in her strange language that I have learned a little about thanks to the touriststo look at me He didn’t seem very impressed, but I loved the attention from him, especially the treats. That afternoon I saw her and her husband drinking an Imperial on the beach and admiring the horses that came from the fields in the afternoon to enjoy the Pacific. She seemed very surprised to see free animals on the beach. She wondered why, but she hoped she had never found out. I would have to fight for my freedom, if I were ever in danger, just like my namesake, Emiliano. They didn’t see me, but I followed them down the beach where I saw them feeding my friend, Migo. He’s a lanky black hound who lives in a beach restaurant and is even better fed than I am. Tourists on the beach love it. They miss their dogs at home, I’m sure.

Another morning I saw her waving wildly at a friend she knew from home. This was very surprising to her as she did not know that her friend would be in Samara. I guess she doesn’t have many friends, or the world is much bigger than Samara. I see my friends from the city all the time. Another day, her husband took a surfing lesson. He wasn’t very good, but he tried very hard. Many tourists do not know that it takes him a long time to learn to ride the waves. I would like to try it too, but my owner won’t let me, a little freedom that is denied me. But I like to swim in the waves, and tourists do too However, the ocean has many moods and one should swim when not angry.

The couple befriended the family at the beach who had given them surfing lessons and bought them a large fish. They took him back up the hill to his house on top of the mountain to cook. I would have eaten it raw, but humans like to grill fish. I was hoping to get some. Later the family offered them a puppy from a litter that had just been born. I tried to meet her dog with the beautiful black hair, but she would have nothing to do with me, saying that he was a beach bum. That may be true, but how could he resist my thick white fur and brown lion’s mane? Many people say that I look like a chow dog, and I certainly like chow. Like Emiliano, I am very attracted to ladies, and they to me. But, “Comrades, you can’t win them all”, or as the gringos would say, “You can’t win them all”.

After several weeks, I saw my gringo friend on the beach one night drinking an Imperial and looking very sad. I heard her say that it was his last night in Samara. He said that he would miss the beautiful beach and the friendly people. He also said that people here care about the environment and have resisted the efforts of large companies that pollute the landscape to build in Costa Rica. We also use renewable energy, which I think means we bury our bones to use later. This made me happy, but a little scared. I expected our beach to always be the same. We are often called the greenest and happiest country. We have plenty to eat and we still have plenty of trees to lie down under.

As my story is coming to an end, I will tell you how I got my name. Once, when I was a younger dog and living in the city, I freed several of my friends who had been rounded up by the dogcatcher and thrown into a truck with a cage in the back. There was also a beautiful baby dressed in all white fur with a diamond necklace in the cage. When I saw her I fell madly in love, but how was I to know that she belonged to a Great Dane that belonged to the mayor. I just knew I had to rescue her from her, which I did by jumping up and pulling on the ends of the rope that bound the cage doors. The dogs burst out of captivity barking: “Zapata, Zapata to the rescue.”

I followed her to her house where she gave me a sniff but said it belonged to someone else. Still, my reputation was built and she stays with me to this day. I have made many conquests based on that lucky day that I also earned my name. Now I decided that I should use my powers to cheer up my gringo friend. I rounded up my friends, a bunch of strays, with a few haughty chihuahuas in the group, and led them down the beach to their bench. He jumped to his feet, crying, “There he is, my sick curbside dog leading a pack of dogs. I’m glad he’s feeling better, but I hope they don’t attack us!”

I was very surprised to hear her say this, but proudly led my friends down the beach in full parade formation for her enjoyment, stopping only to bow in front of her and wag my tail. She exclaimed with delight, “He is the leader of the pack and he has come to say goodbye.” Yes, she had recognized my greatness and my appreciation for the gringos had grown by leaps and bounds. While the red sun sank below the white-capped waves, and the coconut palms swayed gently in the breeze, I, the great Zapata, said goodbye to the nice gringa lady. Even though she called me Sam, I’m sure she’ll never forget me.
