Detox systems that increase your energy level

Using detoxification systems and increasing energy levels can change our lives. Most of us are working hard, usually 9-5, then fighting traffic to get home just in time for dinner and a little TV, and then going to bed to do it all over again tomorrow. This tends to prevent us in many ways from spending time doing more of what we want to do and life can feel like a struggle and we don’t have any extra emotional gas left in the tank.

Something that can make a big difference in our well-being is breathing. You could say “this guy is crazy, I’m already breathing or I was last time I checked.” No, I don’t mean sitting at your desk or behind the wheel of your car just inhaling and exhaling very shallowly. To change your life keep reading.

Your entire body is only as healthy as the cells that make it up, so it makes a lot of sense to use easy-to-do detox systems on a regular basis. The health of our bloodstream is vital to the health of our body, as this is the environment in which all of our cells live and grow. A healthy bloodstream is the key to a long and happy existence. If we have sick cells, we have little energy and can get sick and die.

Did you know that our breath is the key to internal cleansing and detoxifying our circulatory system? Breathing not only gives our cells oxygen to live well, but also controls the lymphatic system. Lymphatic fluid carries white blood cells that cleanse and protect our system. Our lymphatic system is also known as our waste management system. Every cell in our body is surrounded by lymph and we have four times more lymphatic fluid in our system than blood. How the system works, blood is pumped through your system to thin the porous capillaries. The blood carries oxygen and nutrients to these capillaries where it is converted into lymph. Then our cells, through their own intelligence, remove oxygen and nutrients from the lymph and these cells excrete toxins, some of which return to the capillaries. The lymphatic system must remove dead cells, blood proteins, and other toxins.

The lymphatic system is only activated by deep breathing. The body relies entirely on the lymphatic system to drain these large toxins and excess fluids from your body which, if not removed, restrict the amount of oxygen available to the body. The fluid passes through the lymph nodes removing dead cells and other poisons but not blood proteins and neutralizes and destroys them. To give you an idea of the importance of the lymphatic system, if it were to shut down for 24 hours it would die from blood proteins and excess fluids in our system as our system cannot detoxify.

Our circulatory system relies on the heart to pump blood throughout our body, however our lymphatic system does not have a pump. The only way lymph can move in our body is through deep breathing and muscle movement. If we want to have a healthy blood, lymphatic and immune system, we have to learn to breathe deeply and create movement and activity for our body to stimulate our lymphatic system.

The biggest problem with many health programs today is that many give information on healthy eating; however, if we don’t cleanse or learn how to cleanse our bodies internally, we can never be truly healthy.

Scientific research now shows that deep diaphragmatic breathing is the most efficient way to cleanse the lymphatic systems. Research has been done at various universities around the world and doctors have been able to install miniature cameras on people’s bodies. It was discovered that deep breathing can literally suck toxins out of the lymphatic system and eliminate them up to 15 times more efficiently than normal shallow breathing. If you did nothing else to improve your health and fitness besides engaging in deep breathing, you will dramatically improve your well-being right away.

The most efficient breathing exercise that research has revealed has been to inhale for one count, hold for four counts, and exhale for two counts. For example, if you were to inhale for 4 seconds, you would hold for 16 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. We need to exhale twice as long as we inhale because that is when we are removing the toxin from our lymphatic system. We hold our breath for 16 seconds to oxygenate our bloodstream and activate our aliphatic system. When you do this breathing exercise, you need to breathe from deep within your abdomen to maximize this cleansing effect.

If you want to drastically improve your health with the simplest of detox systems and start your internal cleansing with this simple exercise, you must and I cannot enforce the term MUST stop 3 times a day, stand up, shake your body and relax, then inhale, hold, and then exhale to the above ration. You should do this exercise for ten cycles three times a day. You should do this when you get up in the morning, at lunchtime, and again at night before going to bed. If the ratio is too strenuous for you, shorten it to fit, then as your lung capacity improves you can extend it. Make sure it’s comfortable for you, but make sure you do it.
