Rottweiler Dogs – What Makes Them So Unique?

A dog is a dog, is it a dog right? Well, the answer to that question depends on whether or not you have fallen in love with a particular breed of dog.

So what makes a Rottweiler so unique that once you’re exposed to them, you can’t live without them? In my humble opinion, having been in love with the breed for almost 20 years, it is because of its character and dual personality :0)

All the stuff you hear on the news, and the stuff that comes out of the mouths of highly ignorant people doesn’t even come close to representing the real rottweiler

What do I mean by split personality? I have a 120 pound dog that sleeps with me all night because his dad works at the cemetery. He loves to snuggle up, hog the sheets and give big kisses.

That same dog, if someone knocks on my door in the middle of the night or worse, breaks into my house, he will not only scare the would-be intruder, but will also protect me with his life if necessary.

Now, toss that coin again and anyone who comes across my well-trained Rottweiler while out for a walk or on a trip to the pet store is in for a fun-loving, tail-wagging class (what’s the matter with that). clown.

When you meet someone new, the first thing you want to do is sit on their foot, lean on their leg, and shove their head under your pet hand.

If there is a ball within 100 yards, his nose will sniff it out. If you’re lucky enough to be the one he takes to throw it away, then you’re his best friend for life. If you ignore his efforts to throw it, you’ll find him pushing the ball between your feet and looking back and forth between your face and the ball until you finally collapse.

Now go ahead and flip that coin one more time and find a Rottweiler guarding the family vehicle while your people are in the shop. You’ll likely get a calm look that simply says “Please move away from the vehicle.”

If you don’t comply with the first request, you will likely get a second warning that sounds more like “get away from the vehicle NOW!”

Rottweiler dogs are fiercely loyal to their family and very protective of the people and property that “belongs” to their pack.

Rottweiler owners are absolutely passionate about the breed. Just go to an online forum dedicated to Rottweilers, such as RottweilersOnline.com and you will find a very passionate group of people who, after owning a Rottweiler, will never have another breed of dog. They at least use a Rottie and they will always be a part of your family.

Contrary to popular belief, Rotties make great family pets and tend to love children. Their natural tendency is to be very calm, cool and collected. The key to bring to light real Rottweiler traits are to breed, train and socialize properly, which unfortunately does not always happen.

If you are thinking of adding a Rottweiler to your family, I recommend that you do as much research as possible and find out what the real Rottie is all about.

Vitamin and mineral supplements for sugar gliders

Of course, sugar gliders (SG) will not be able to go out and supplement their diets with vitamins and minerals, as these animals are kept as pets. So as pet owners, we need to provide additional vitamins and minerals. This can be achieved by giving your sugar gliders supplements.

A peculiar thing about suggies is that these animals have to maintain balanced levels of the following trace

nutrients:

– Calcium

– Match

– Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3)

Unlike humans and other larger mammals, sugar bears cannot tolerate prolonged periods of nutrient imbalance and deficiency.

This being the case, calcium-based supplements should be given in adequate amounts to both young and adult sugar gliders to keep their nutrient ratio at an optimal level.

Otherwise, an SG can suffer from serious nerve-related problems and can even suffer from bone problems. Once these problems occur, it is very difficult to reverse the health conditions. If nothing is done, the sugar glider will die.

There are hundreds of multivitamin supplements on the market today, and some are advertised as suitable for multiple species of animals. Avoid these brands at all costs. There is no such thing as a universal vitamin-mineral ratio that can be used for multiple species.

Each species requires a unique ratio of vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients.

A cat supplement would be a horrible substitute for supplements intended for dogs. In contrast, you cannot give supplements intended for cats or dogs to glider bears. Doing so can cause more problems in the long run.

How are vitamin and mineral supplements introduced? It is really very easy. Remember the ratio we talked about earlier?

Use this food ratio to your advantage. Fresh fruits and vegetables are not prohibited on the sugar glider diet. I’m simply emphasizing that you must strictly control portions to avoid overfeeding your suggie.

A calcium-based supplement can be given to your honey glider at night, just before bedtime. Get a few pieces of fresh vegetables (no dicing or chopping necessary) and simply sprinkle the calcium-based supplement over the fresh vegetables.

Giving fruits or vegetables whole preserves moisture, which is good for glider bears in general. Just make sure to clean the cage in the morning. Remove any leftovers immediately to prevent infection and disease.

Another delicacy that you can safely give to your suggestion is whole wheat bread. A small piece is enough: simply place the bread inside your glider’s cage at night, just before you go to bed.

Be sure to add a calcium-based supplement on top of the bread before placing it in the honey glider’s cage. Don’t give your sugar bear bread every day. Remember, whole wheat bread is a treat, not the glider’s staple diet.

Sexual Harassment Prevention in California

“Sleep with me if you want to keep your job.”

Sound good to you? What if your superiors have offered you as such?

In these modern times, it is hard to believe that sexual harassment in the workplace still exists. Unfortunately, it is still happening. Whether you are in a small or large organization, there is always a tendency to get mugged at work without even realizing it. Some would even use their power in the office to get what they want in exchange for job security. But what is sexual harassment? How do you know if it is sexual harassment?

According to Wikipedia, sexual harassment is intimidation or coercion of a sexual nature or the unwanted or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. In the state of California, sexual harassment prevention in California stalking cases tends to increase each year. According to statistics from the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CCASA), California rape crisis centers served 31,790 survivors of sexual violence in the state during the 2011-2012 fiscal year. In fiscal year 2011-2012, 134,322 people received community sexual assault education in fiscal year 2011-2012. There are an estimated 8.6 million survivors of sexual violence other than rape in California. There are an estimated 2 million female victims of rape in California, 5.6 million women in the state have been victims of sexual violence other than rape. There are an estimated 3 million male survivors of sexual violence other than rape in California. Studies suggest that 40-70% of women and 10-20% of men have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace.

With the rise in sexual assault cases in California, especially by supervisors, California sexual harassment training, as required by law, is vital for superiors. Also known as California State Law AB 1825, which is part of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, first went into effect on August 17, 2007. The legislation requires statewide sexual harassment training for any employee who perform supervisory functions within a company of 50 or more employees. Under AB 1825, supervisors must be trained within six months of being hired and must be retrained every two years. The new training, effective January 1, 2018, stipulates that the training must include specific examples of such harassment on the basis of gender identity or expression or sexual orientation and that at least some of the training must be delivered by trainers with knowledge and experience in these areas. To make it easier for everyone, web-based training has been established in the form of webinar and e-learning. These training solutions are consistent, compliant, and don’t take up valuable employee time. California bullying online training courses are also easily tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization under AB1825. Failure to comply will result in laws amounting to thousands of violations and fines.

For the victims who failed to stand up for their rights, there is still HOPE! The sexual harassment law offers strong protection in California. There are numerous consulting companies that offer free workplace bullying consultations.

Just speak up and don’t be afraid sexual harassment is never pretty!

Alzheimer’s Whisperer – 5 Keys

The Alzheimer’s Whisperer has the unique ability to communicate with, care for, and comfort a person with Alzheimer’s while preserving their own well-being.

First it was The Horse Whisperer, then The Dog Whisperer and The Ghost Whisperer. I wonder when we’ll see The Cat Whisperer. While waiting, I met a unique individual in the world of dementia: the Alzheimer’s Whisperer. He provides quality care without guilt and without losing himself.

The Alzheimer’s Whisperer demonstrates five keys to care:

1. know how

Learn as much as you can about Alzheimer’s from organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, Caring.com Steps & Stages, and the National Association of Family Caregivers. He draws the wisdom of others through support groups, educational offerings, and online chats. If you’re employed and don’t have time for the above, read books and informational materials to find out what to expect.

2. Compassion

With knowledge, you can better accept the reality of your loved one’s condition. Exhibits increased compassion by coping with disruptive behaviors and anticipating needs.

5 KEYS to becoming the Alzheimer’s whisperer

1. KNOW HOW

2. COMPASSION

3.COMMITTED

4. EMPATHY

5. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

The Alzheimer’s Whisperer recognizes that caregiving is a temporary but life-changing journey made by very special people.

3. Committed

She is committed to providing quality care, despite her intermittent tears and joy. She takes advantage of the continuum of care (adult day care, home care, respite care, assisted living, or skilled nursing care) and turns to others to help make her job easier. In the tradition of the great animal whisperers, she weighs the value of a pet in bringing joy to her loved one.

4. Empathy

Every day, and sometimes every hour, visualize how you would want to be cared for if the roles were reversed. This allows him to enter fully into the world of his loved one without losing himself.

5. Unconditional love

By developing the first four keys, you experience an open heart that elevates your own life’s purpose and meaning in ways you could never anticipate. Despite the challenges, he feels strength.

What better gift can a caregiver share with someone with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia than practicing the five keys from The Alzheimer’s Whisperer?

The best pets for depression

While pocket pets can provide comfort, if you have the space and time for it, a dog or cat will most likely make a better pet. These are pets that can really learn and will get more used to you. Since they live longer, they probably make better pets too; you won’t find them needing replacement as often.

Dogs and cats can often become members of the family and that’s a very good thing in this case. Having an animal that eagerly awaits your return home, like a dog will, can be very rewarding. Cats, unless they’re particularly grumpy, will also be happy to see you when you get home (unless they’re asleep). Kittens, along with most dogs, are especially playful. They will be happy to respond if you offer them a game to play together, and sometimes they will even approach you and offer to play a game.

However, it’s important to remember that while you can talk to your pets, they can’t replace human companionship. They don’t answer. You can tell your dog or cat about your day or how you’re feeling, but you won’t be able to offer any advice. He won’t be able to tell you everything will be better, but he could lick your face. Sometimes that’s all you need.

Instant messaging using Facetime

Facetime is an application developed by Apple to be used on its various products like iPhone, iPad, and also MacBook. It allows users of Apple mobile devices to seamlessly connect and communicate with other users. It allows you to make video calls through your contact email or also your mobile phone number. Basically, it is a video telephony as well as Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Before iOS 6, Facetime requires a Wi-Fi connection to work, but after the release of iOS 7 onwards, people can also use Facetime over cellular networks like 3G or LTE. Unfortunately, however, Apple does not support any installation of Facetime on a PC. Like any other Apple product, most of its software is proprietary and only allows the product to be used within the Apple product and ecosystem. This is one of the ways that Apple controls and maintains its products in a close environment. It does not allow much freedom for integration with another external system. And if you are also wondering if you can use an emulator like other Android Emulator on the market like Youwave or Bluestack to emulate Facetime on your PC, it can’t be done at the moment.

In terms of purchase cost, it costs nothing as the app is already pre-installed on your Apple devices and can use Wi-Fi and cellular network. The only cost of money that you have to bear is your cellular network subscription for your devices which normally also covers data coverage and also your internet bills. However, Facetime can also work only on Wi-Fi devices. If you’re wondering about standard Facetime data usage, Facetime uses three megabytes of data per minute of conversation. So if you subscribe to an unlimited data connection, there should be no problem as you are paying a fixed amount of cost regardless of how long you use Facetime. However, if you have an Internet or data subscription that bills you by the minute or hour, the cost of your Internet or mobile data bill will largely depend on how long you use Facetime. If you have a data plan less than 1 GB per month, you should keep an eye on your Facetime usage as it is a video app and therefore will consume and transfer a lot of data. The best way if you subscribe to a less than 1 GB plan is to simply use Wi-Fi. Until now, Facetime is supported by most of the cellular network providers in the world. And if you really want Facetime to cost you nothing, just find any free Wi-Fi connection and log in to your Facetime to connect with someone. However, the smooth connection of Facetime communication highly depends on the speed of Wi-Fi and Internet connection. So don’t expect much from that connection.

Facetime does not use minutes like a normal mobile phone minute coverage plan. The video communication is carried out through the cellular data network via 3G or LTE. This data plan is typically covered by the cellular data network by measuring how much data usage you used per month. You can check with your mobile operator about data subscription. Normally there will be the unlimited data plan where you can upload and download as much data over the internet as you can and you only pay a fixed amount per month. There is also the fixed data plan such as 1GB, 5GB etc where you will also pay a fixed amount per month. However, with this plan, once your data usage exceeds your allowance, you’ll begin charging for the data usage that was used. So keep in mind that every time you use Facetime for video calls, 3-5 MB per minute will be used. So if you don’t have the unlimited plan, check with your network operator how much they charge per MB of data usage. Although Facetime uses phone numbers to connect with others, it does not affect your mobile phone minutes, as Facetime only uses phone numbers as a contact address on the network. Facetime also identifies the email address as the contact address. So you don’t have to worry about any minute usage charges on your cell phone bill as it will only affect the data plan you signed up for. As Apple devices and products become much faster and also much cheaper in the future, Facetime is definitely here to stay and change the way we communicate with others.

Braiding the Eyefall of Lhasa Apso

One of my favorite methods to keep long hair out of my Lhasa’s eyes is to braid the eye drop. Braids not only keep hair out of the eyes, but also frame the head well, help train the part, retard tangling and tangling, and require less maintenance than other methods. Braids are quite attractive, especially when they are long. People are always “ooh and aahh” about Lhasas (men and women) sporting braids.

If you want to try braiding, follow these steps:

1. Part the hair exactly in the middle of your Lhasa’s head.

2. Section the hair to be braided. The thickness of the section will depend on the thickness of your Lhasa’s eye drop, but generally the section will start somewhere between the middle and outer corner of the eye and go back about two inches or so. You just have to experiment until you find an amount of hair that is comfortable to work with and looks good for the shape of your dog’s head and eyes.

3. Divide the large section of hair into three smaller equal sections. Mist lightly with water or coat conditioner to make hair easier to work with. The coat conditioner helps prevent matting and matting.

4. Start braiding by crossing the section closest to the eye over the middle section. Keep the braid close to Lhasa’s head and continue braiding until you run out of hair. Braid “down” and not “out”. Flatten hair while braiding.

5. Fasten the bottom of the braid with a small latex band. The braids should be close to the head. If they stick out, it’s because you braided it too tight, tried to put too much hair in the braid, or started at a right angle to the dog’s head. In either case, you’ll have to start over.

That’s basically it! Braids should be brushed and re-braided every few days. Hair can still get tangled when braided.

Oh, a word of warning for those of you who want to show off your Lhasas. Braiding causes wrinkles! If you bathe your Lhasa and plan to show him the next day, do not braid his hair after his bath or he will have a wrinkled eyelid for the morning ring and you will need to wet the eyelid, blow dry and iron it to get it right before showing. . Braids are for home or after the show. Eye drooping wrinkles are definitely NOT stylish for the ring!

The Communist Chronicles – Episode 7

In any communist country, one of the first things that always happens is ‘re-education’. The new ruling party must re-educate the masses. The population must support the new order or else. In the old days, ‘or else’ was a choice between living and dying. In our more civilized world of 2021, the dying part now is finding yourself “cancelled” from participating in society. Only in mission critical cases like Phil Haney or Seth Rich do they physically cancel people.

Since much of the coup was fueled by Marxist social division, we see signs of ‘re-education’ everywhere. In tiny Northfield, Minnesota, we find the small and private Carlton College. A school not for the poor, tuition is $59,000 a year, faculty have jumped the coup train abroad. A black student asked for change. The Board quickly responded by requiring all university employees to attend segregated anti-racism “fight” sessions even though there has never been a history of even one racial incident at the university.

The University of Florida requires students to take diversity and inclusion training. Students are taught that ‘fairness’ is fair while ‘equality’ is unfair. Many other lessons suggest that whites are the problem. The program contains multiple choice questions, infographics and videos. The questions and videos focus on specific examples of insensitive language and interactions between white and minority students. One of the many mind-boggling questions is, “Is it cultural appropriation for a white man to throw a ‘Salsa and Hats’ themed party? The answer is yes.

At Illinois Roosevelt University, professors bragged in a recent Zoom call about how they indoctrinate Department of Education students in the ways of social justice. One said: “I mean, it’s all social justice; all day, every day, I get to talk about the things I love. I’m really living life here.” Prof also teaches primary school and is a liaison officer for the National Education Association. Communist indoctrination has a life of its own.

The state of California announced a new ethnic studies curriculum required in all state high schools. The new class manual is a whopping 900 pages. Teaches the historical American oppression of Black, Hispanic, and Asian Americans. It teaches that people are divided into oppressors or oppressed, based solely on the color of their skin, and that white people have all the power, while non-white people have none of the power; States ‘educating’ our children.

Columbia University, one of the oldest and most prestigious centers of higher education in the United States, delayed graduation in the style of the future. Although the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits racial discrimination, it does not appear to apply to the extraordinary communist school. They kicked off the graduation with Native American-only ceremonies, followed by the Lavender graduation for the LBGTQ alphabet soup crowd. These were followed by the Latinx graduation for Hispanic students and finally the black graduation, not to mention when do whites and Asians graduate. You see, there is more than one way to reeducate our young people. Drive the wedge deep with a return to segregation and without a word of protest.

From another point of view on re-education, Disney, the original American children’s icon, announced changes to some of their old hits. His iconic children’s film Dumbo is no more. You see, the music has racial undertones from the days of Jim Crow. Next up on the trading block, my all-time favorite Peter Pan. It seems that Peter is disrespectful to Native Americans and the film shows cultural appropriation. Lastly, Disney focused on The Aristocats. A surprise? Hardly in 2021. Disney says, “The Siamese cat Shun Gon is depicted as a racist caricature of East Asian people with exaggerated stereotypical features like slanted eyes and protruding teeth.” They’re also taking a look at Swiss Family Robinson and Lady and the Tramp. Don’t you wish this was just a bad dream?

Unfortunately, the rehabilitation of our youth began in earnest 50 years ago. It was subtle but effective. Now his efforts after the coup are for all to see. And the long march continues as most Americans walk together, looking at their phones.

Until next time… watch your back and be wary of ‘cancel’ birds. You could be next.

Private Aircraft Cleaning and Detailing Contractors Have Good News for 2017

The general aviation sector has been stagnant for quite some time. Some blame this on increased FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations, many of which occurred after 9/11 to protect airports from would-be terrorists; Unfortunately, these increased safety requirements and increased regulations have stifled the general aviation (GA) sector. The economic crashes of 2000 and 2008 didn’t help, although by 2003 the economy was flying high thanks to the Bush tax cuts and stimulus, then it hit a wall again and didn’t really do well until the run-up to the 2008 crash. .

The GA sector has only recovered slightly since then, but has not returned to its 2003 highs. When Obama was elected, he lashed out at corporate jets and corporate fat cats, which hurt aircraft sales and new aircraft sales . Remember when Congress went after automakers for flying their corporate jets into Washington DC to beg for bailouts? Public sentiment against GA was at an all time low.

All of this hurt aircraft cleaners and aircraft retailers: it made it harder to make money, but things seem to be changing and the number of GA aircraft is increasing. This new Trump Administration is pro-aviation unlike the Obama Administration. Cutting corporate taxes will also help aircraft and GA sales. It looks like clear skies are ahead for those in the general aviation service business.

There was a great article in AIN – Aircraft International News – December Edition titled; “UBS Bizjet Index Sees Post-Election Surge,” by Chad Trautvetter published on December 12, 2016, which noted the following facts; The new Trump administration in the US is seen as positive, with 61% of respondents expecting the outcome of the US presidential election to be ultimately positive for the business jet market, while 11% do not see a positive impact and 28% are uncertain.

In fact, the article went on to note that there was a 44% to 49% increase in private jet orders over the past year. Many of those planes will be delivered in 2018, and the backlog will boost current used plane sales and new inventory. More aircraft certainly means more aircraft to clean and more new aircraft also means more corporate clients. Meanwhile, along with the fractional jet market, we see air taxi services on the rise, as well as Uber-style plane-sharing plans that smaller businesses can purchase. All of this means that the GA sector is ready to take off again and that’s good for business.

Kennel flooring: what is the best option for your dog park?

I have a golden retriever. She is a 3 year old house dog who is fully potty trained. My backyard is fenced in and I let her out all the time. The problem is that I am starting a full time JOB that will keep me away for hours. I can’t keep her in the house for that long and I don’t want to put her in a cage. Letting her wander around the backyard is my only option, but she worries me that she’ll get lonely and try to find a way out (happened once before).

After exploring my options, I decided to purchase a dog park. I plan to put it in a nice shady spot in the corner of the patio. But here’s my problem: the outdoor kennel needs some kind of flooring. You could just drop it on the grass, but that will turn into a muddy mess in no time. So I set out to see what kennel flooring options are available.

My first thought was to throw out some indoor/outdoor rugs. Maybe get it in a funky color to spice up your space? A dog diva has a reputation to uphold, you know. So I ran to the garden department at Lowe’s. While searching, I found another option: outdoor patio flooring. There are not as many color options or as stylish as outdoor rugs. When the guy who worked there asked me what I was looking for and I told him, he pointed out that the dog will be pottying somewhere on the floor of his dog park, and the outside rug would be toasty in no time.

My next stop was the local farm supply store. They suggested that I use mats, like the ones they put in horse stables. The mats are about an inch thick and made of heavy rubber. Cut them to the size you need. Cleaning them is not a big deal as you just sweep them or hose them off. You can even use a cleaner on them. They are a bit squooshy, which would make it comfortable for my dog when he is lying down, relaxing. I might even throw in some wood chips which I’m told keeps my cage smelling fresh and certain types of wood even keep fleas away.

As I pondered barn mats, I began to think of other types of mats. Bar mats? They have lots of holes, which would be great for drainage in case you spill your drink. But their legs could get stuck in the holes and they could sink into the ground. Children’s rugs? Available in primary colors and you could learn your ABC’s and 123’s at the same time! They actually make interlocking tiles for dog parks. You put them together like puzzle pieces.

Another thought is to install a concrete pad. After all, that’s what the professionals use for their kennels. I pointed out to my husband that it’s a simple DIY-type weekend project. All you need is some 2x4s, a wheel cylinder, and some concrete. I could get it out in a morning and it would only take two to three days to heal, depending on the weather. Once you’re ready, you could put up a rug or blanket, maybe a stylish dog house to give him a place to go in bad weather, and hang up some party lights to make him feel at home.

Your answer?

Dog gate.
