Many printing services use these keyword marketing terms to try to convince the uninformed researcher to think that their impression is better. Do not be fooled. The best way to find out is to contact them and ask them what is the number of dot line screens per inch they use for offset printing. Whatever they tell you is not high resolution unless they tell you they use high resolution stochastic display technology.
