2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped

¼ pound coriander leaves, chopped

2 teaspoons chili paste

4 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

1. Boil salted water in a pot. Place the spaghetti in the pot and cook until the noodles are firm but not hard. Drain the water and set the noodles aside to cool.

2. Heat olive or vegetable oil in a skillet. And then add the garlic and onion and saute until the onion is clear.

3. Add the chicken, tomato, cilantro, and chili paste to the skillet and stir occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and place the contents on top of the noodles. Mix and toss the noodles with the mixture.
