Is autofellatio easier to perform than most people think?

Autofellatio is the act in which a man performs oral sex on himself. There is a similar circumstance in women that is called autocunnilingus. Most men have tried this at least once in their lives. Some were successful, while other men were not.

Certainly having a long penis would make such acts easier to perform. Ron Jeremy is an adult movie star who has made hundreds of adult movies over the years. Some of the earlier scenes of him showed him performing auto-fellatio. Being quite endowed, this certainly helped him master auto-fellatio. In fact, he’s kind of famous for doing it.

So is auto-fellatio really that hard to perform? The answer is yes and no.” If one is not in the right physical shape, it will be difficult to perform. If a man is in the right physical condition, it is not difficult to master.

The problem is that as humans have “evolved”, we have become less active and dynamic in our physical activities. Why walk to the store when you can drive? Why wash your clothes, in the sink, by hand, when you can have a machine do it for you? Why mow your own lawn? Isn’t that something you pay the landscaper for?

The truth is that humans are less and less active. This leads not only to weight gain, but also to joint problems and poor postural biomechanics. The remedy for some is to go to the gym to burn those extra calories… But nothing better than being active and dynamic throughout the day.

Joints are especially receptive to activity. None so much as the joints of the spine. There’s a rule on the body that says, “Use it or lose it.” If you stop using something, it will start to atrophy or change its functionality or structure.

For example, do you know what is one of the best things men can do to avoid prostate cancer? To use the prostate. Put it to work. That’s what men have them for. Start using it either through intercourse or masturbation. Again, use it or lose it. (Zinc is also very helpful in preventing prostate cancer.)

Joints are especially prone to the use/lose law. One of the main causes of osteoarthritis in the spine is due to lack of use. People sit all day and do nothing. Most people rarely get a full range of motion into their spine every day. The body then begins to deposit calcified deposits to fuse these joints together. “After all, it seems that they are no longer used, so let’s merge them!” In fact, one of the healthiest things a person can do every day is bend over and touch their toes, reach as far back as possible (from the trunk), rotate the whole body clockwise and counterclockwise with the feet planted and bending as much to the left and to the right as possible. This helps “lubricate” your spine and keeps your spine mobile and healthy.

Stress, force and gravity are also essential. The more joints are used and activated, the stronger they become, just like our muscles. Osteoporosis is the lack of calcium density in the bones. A main factor that causes osteoporosis is lack of activity.

Staying active is extremely important to our health.

What happens when you break your arm and wear a cast for a few months? Arm muscles atrophy because you haven’t used them in two months. That is why physiotherapy exercises are needed after wearing a cast, simply to restore movement in the affected joints and restore muscle and joint strength.

Getting back to autofellatio: one can easily see how humans being less active will impede their flexibility and movement. Poor posture (from sitting at a desk all day, for example) also takes a toll on your muscles and joints, ensuring they don’t work at 100% efficiency; this means that the joints are restricted and the muscles generally have to bear a strain when trying to do their job.

What about our feet? After all, they are the very foundation of our entire body. Does anyone think that high heels can affect a person’s feet, ankles, legs, knees, pelvis or back? What about shoes that are too pointy? Is there a chance that wearing shoes of this nature could have an impact on someone’s feet? How much time each day do you spend walking or standing on a hard surface? Think of the carpet as a hard surface because of the structure under it. Man was not designed to stand or walk on such hard surfaces. These surfaces speed up the process of foot, ankle, knee, pelvic and lower back problems, including arthritis.

One other point while we’re talking about the feet: there are many small bones and joints in the feet. Wearing shoes and walking on hard surfaces just jam these bones. However, walking in sandals on dirt or uneven natural surfaces, what does it do? It helps restore movement in these joints, helps break up knots in fascia and muscles, stimulates ligaments and tendons, “exercises” the feet, and is truly restorative to whole body health.

A good way to test this is to get a foot massage. Now ask yourself, why does a massage like that feel better than sex? Because your feet have been abused your entire life, most likely. Taking care of them and relaxing them is complete happiness for your feet and you are rewarded with pleasure for taking the time to care for them.

The fact is, we don’t even realize how much we’ve abused our bodies until we start to feel pain. However, with our workload, picking up the kids from school and no time to visit the doctor, we continually put off examining our bodies. After a while what happens? In most cases, you will become immune to those aches and pains and eventually block them from your mind. You will no longer “feel” the pain. The problem is that the cause of the pain continues to wreak havoc on your body, you just don’t have time to “feel” it anymore.

The flexibility needed to perform autofellatio, as you can see, will be greatly affected by many of these things just mentioned. Oddly enough, it never occurs to people that such things actually have a huge impact on not only normal, natural flexibility, but also digestion, stress levels, metabolism, and the list goes on forever.

With proper instruction, it is not difficult to help restore normal flexibility to a person’s spine; that is, in most cases. The goal is to learn and perform stretches and techniques that will help return the body to its intended purpose and function. Helping restore a person’s body to its intended capabilities is extremely helpful in increasing flexibility to perform automatic fellatio or automatic cunnilingus.

If we could just return our battered bodies to “normal” it would help show people that performing autofellatio is easier than most realize.

Men and women who are interested in exploring self fellatio and what it takes to be able to self fellatio are recommended a book on the subject. The book is titled YOGAFELLATIO.

Benefits of Facial Skin Rejuvenation Treatment

There are several factors that lead to premature damage to our skin. Some of these factors are unhealthy lifestyle, work stress, continuous sun exposure and many more. The result is dull skin, a dull complexion, and the premature appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Facial rejuvenation is a cosmetic facial treatment that helps restore the skin’s youthful glow and diminish wrinkles and fine lines. In this post we are going to discuss some of the advantages of undergoing a facial rejuvenation treatment.

Increases collagen production

Laser treatments and stretching therapies increase collagen production, which is an essential factor in skin tightening. Collagen stimulation helps address a number of issues like wrinkles, crow’s feet, and fine lines. These treatments would dramatically improve your texture without the need for any costly surgical procedures.

Helps remove spots, pigmentation and acne scars.

Dermabrasion and chemical peeling treatments are especially indicated to eliminate different types of visible imperfections such as spots, pigmentation and acne scars. These treatments involve exfoliating the top layer of the skin to stimulate the production of new cells. Leads to improved skin texture, complexion and a visible reduction of scars and dark spots.

Leads to improved blood circulation

Microneedling is a type of rejuvenation therapy that helps improve blood circulation to the brain and other organs, giving you a more balanced physique. Improved blood circulation not only addresses the problem of premature aging, but also benefits the entire body in different ways. For example, it helps treat conditions such as insomnia, chronic headache, dizziness, among others. However, microneedling is one of those rejuvenation treatments that should always be performed at a reputable clinic by an expert acupuncturist.

Smooth, Radiant Skin

If you want to improve the texture of your skin, botox injections may be a good idea. It would make you look 10 years younger in just ten minutes. Some of the immediate side effects of botox include tightness of the skin and limited facial expression. However, this is not a permanent side effect and the tightness disappears within a few months.

Smooth and toned skin

Ultrasound or ultrasound therapy is an all-natural, non-surgical process for toning and tightening sagging skin. This process would effectively lift sagging facial skin, diminish neck lines, and lessen the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. This state-of-the-art resurfacing treatment will give you the smooth, toned look you desire.

If you are planning to undergo one of these skin rejuvenation treatments, the first thing you should do is speak with a reputable dermatologist or cosmetologist who will explain the process, costs, results, and associated risk factors.

ask for the moon and get it

Tidying up my bookshelf recently I found an old book with loose pages that were turning brown. Evidently a book that I had kept for years although I don’t remember buying it. I decided that if I had kept it that long I would read it again, it had to be worth it!

The book was by Percy Ross, a philanthropist and millionaire, who started his life in an extremely poor family. In fact, at the age of 6, he had to help the family economy by selling eggs to his neighbors. At this young age he built his own round of eggs. His dad told him to give away an extra egg from time to time. This unusual gift kept his clients engaged and he used it as a lesson for years to come.

As a child he was desperate for a bicycle, which his parents couldn’t afford and he envied every sign of luxury he saw and decided that one day he would be a millionaire and help others.

It’s a fascinating book where you find out how he went from rags to riches through hard work and some sexy tactics. Then he put his secrets, his 10 rules to ask, what he had achieved so much for him, in this book so that you too can achieve what you want.

Fascinated by his stories, I googled Percy Ross and found that he died in 2001 at the age of 84, but two years earlier he had closed his newspaper columns where people could write whatever they wanted, he closed them with a note saying it said: her bag was empty now, but how she had enjoyed helping everyone. He gave away 30 million in his lifetime. In the book that he wrote at seventy he swore before he died that he would give every penny.

He must have been a wonderful man to have known. This is a book worth reading if you can get your hands on a copy.

His advice could help you get a business loan, like you did through thick and thin, or help you through any situation. So if you want to improve your life, this is a book that could help you.

At the end of the book he explains how to decide exactly what you want, how to be specific in your requests and decide exactly what you want in all areas of your life, how to prioritize, and how to ask exactly to achieve your dreams. His thoughts were that if you ask the right way you can achieve almost anything.

Can the bicycle save the world?

We were 45, all brave. Under an optimistic blue sky, we stand with our bikes on the banks of the Bosphorus on the Asian side of Istanbul, posing for the camera, wearing our helmets. The date, August 4, 2007. In 15 minutes, we would embark on what some considered an impossible, even silly expedition: a 10,700 km journey that followed the legendary Silk Road. A three and a half month journey through Asia, ending in front of the Forbidden City in Beijing.

Difficult? Certainly. Foolish? Maybe. Impossible? Unlucky.

In fact, it wasn’t the first epic bike ride he’d ever taken. On January 15, 2003, I and 32 other adventurous spirits embarked on the inaugural Tour d’Afrique race, from Cairo, Egypt to Cape Town, South Africa, in 120 grueling days.

That first day, in the shadow of the pyramids, the question I asked myself was: can this really be done? Can we walk every meter, later acronym and defined as EFI or (Every F…ing Inch)? After all, when we announced the trip in the media eight months earlier, I was accused of being a charlatan, a crazy adventurer who risked people’s lives, and a naive fool who obviously “hadn’t spent a day in Africa.”

The group reached the outskirts of Cape Town an hour ahead of schedule.

Two years later, I stood in front of the Eiffel Tower, posing with another group. We were about to start a 4,000 km eight-country tour from Paris to Istanbul, which we ironically called The Orient Express Bicycle Tour. Ironic in that it offered anything but the luxury amenities found on the famous continental train ride. The question I asked myself on that occasion was: can I earn an honest living doing transcontinental bike tours? The evidence seemed to suggest that I could.

Now, on this beautiful morning in Istanbul, posing for another camera, I was wondering what question he might ask me while crossing the Asian continent. There were many options. The route is rich in architecture, majestic mountains and endless deserts, all suitable for contemplation. You are deep in history, having witnessed the rapacious violence of the armies of Genghis Khan and Tamerlane, the Great Game, the precursor to the Cold War, the great designs of the former Soviet Empire, all rich material to analyze the search incessant man by power and violence. Or I could face more difficult topics, including personal problems and how to make sense of my life.

In the end, it was the humble bike I sat on that was worth thinking about. Having conquered two continents, he knew that long-distance cycling was closer to the ancient hunter-gatherer state of mind. The cyclist, like the hunter-gatherer, must constantly worry about his safety, his food, a place to sleep and how to enjoy the satisfaction of getting through a hard day (knowing that the next one will be no less). challenging).

The bicycle: cheap, non-polluting, small and silent. Wikipedia, among others, calls it the most efficient machine ever built by humans, because a person on a bicycle expends less energy than any other creature or machine traveling the same distance. Appropriately, I pointed in the direction of China, a country where a billion people (give or take a few hundred million) still used bicycles as their primary mode of transportation. And all its potential was still untapped. Somewhere, he had read that enterprising students were designing a small grinding device that could be attached to a bicycle: grinding your own grain, on the go. Or maybe it was a water filter. I had certainly seen generator-equipped bikes in museums where a visitor pedaling at 50 (or less) watts could power an incandescent lamp. The only fuel needed for all of this: a peanut butter sandwich.

Armed with these stories and memories, my question was easily asked: can the bicycle save the world? That it needs to be saved seems indisputable. We all know that we are going down a path that is destructive to nature and therefore to life as we know it.

It turned out that I did not have enough time to plunge into the depths of such serious contemplation. I was too busy living, having fun, engaging with drunken Georgians (the ex-Soviet kind) selling roadside watermelons at 10am, savoring the beauty of a provincial Chinese town, or choosing a meal by pointing to a number on a menu and waiting. Praying– that it wasn’t derived from an ancient member of an alien species she’d never heard of.

Of course, it was not an uninterrupted panorama of pleasure. In Turkey, we cycled through one of the worst heatwaves in its modern history, with temperatures in excess of 45°C for several consecutive days. Hot asphalt stuck to my tires. It didn’t get any better when, in Tbilisi, Georgia, two miles from the hotel where we were supposed to take a well-deserved rest, a crazed taxi driver ran over one of my bicycle companions. He flew like a missile, landing in front of me. The driver shamelessly quickly backed the car away from him before he had time to dismount. No doubt he was descended from Genghis Khan. Fortunately, the cyclist was not seriously injured.

At the border with Azerbaijan we were met not only by a delegation from the Ministry of Tourism, but also by an eight-piece orchestra, traditional dancers and the entire Azerbaijan youth cycling team. Azerbaijan, of course, is a Muslim country, but in each restaurant we received three glasses of water, wine and vodka respectively. And this was for breakfast.

Turkmenistan spoke to my heart. I grew up under the shadow of a totalitarian regime (communist Czechoslovakia), so traveling in the desert with a continuous police escort made me feel like old times. It didn’t take long for me to re-adopt the behavior necessary to live and thrive in such societies, to stretch the boundaries of the forbidden while avoiding trouble.

At one point, a police officer ordered me into his car. I smiled and politely declined his order, offering to buy him and his colleagues cokes and ice cream. That sealed our new friendship.

Through the Turkmeni desert to the next Stan: Uzbekistan. No deserts, no mountains, and luckily no sweltering heat. A day’s drive from the border we arrive at the legendary city of Bukhara (the name means monastery in Sanskrit), a glorious sight. We toured the earthen Ark Fortress, home to the rulers of Bukhara for over a millennium; the Registan, a green square at its feet; and the Kalon Minaret, the tower of death, named after the numerous victims thrown from its heights. A traditional proverb says that Samarkand is the beauty of the Earth, but Bukhara is the beauty of the spirit. But part of that spirit was also pure evil. On the eve of the 20th century, the emir of Bukhara enjoyed gouging out the eyes of his dissident subjects.

We arrive in Tajikistan to find a country still trying to recover from a recent civil war. About 60% of Tajiks live in absolute poverty and the minimum wage is $1 a month. Nowhere is the spirit of Stalin more visible than in the zigzag borders of Tajikistan, drawn by the young Georgian commissar in 1924 on the well-known principle of divide and rule. The country is 65% Tajik, a different ethnolinguistic group than the Turkish people around them. And there are more Tajiks living in exile in neighboring countries than in Tajikistan. Still, it’s an impressive place, where the altitude rarely drops below 3,000 meters.

In Kyrgyzstan, after a rest day in Osh, we embarked on a serious climb to the Taldyk Pass, at 3,700 metres. Let me tell you, on that oxygen-deprived elevation, you’re not thinking about saving the world. You are thinking of saving yourself, if you are capable of thinking. But the ride downhill, through the mountain pass into China, was exhilarating.

The old ‘bike kingdom’, of course, is no more. Now, China is El Dorado for all the automakers in the world. Here, at last, was time for sober contemplation. You may ask yourself: how can you think with 1.3 billion people around you? But in fact, the vast majority of Chinese live in the east. Large portions of the west are almost, like northern Canada, virtually uninhabited.

Still-modern China and the frenetic pace of change hit you on all sides. The construction of a new highway cuts through the Taklamakan desert, an uiger word meaning “to go in but not out.” Huge apartment buildings sprout up like mushrooms after a good rain. Small Chinese cities are home to millions. China is on the move. And so are the Chinese. His entrepreneurial energy, pent up in the decades following the 1948 communist revolution, has now been released and is flowing faster than a newly opened dam.

So can bikes save the world? Of course he can. Imagine every city with boulevards full of bicycles, pedestrians, trams and parks where children can be children again. Is it so hard to imagine? After all, in Copenhagen 36% of all trips are made by bicycle (only 27% by car). By 2015, within five years, they aim to be at 50%. It is in our urban centers that transformation must occur; half of the world’s population now lives in cities. That’s over three billion plus breathing, or should it be wheezing? — soul.

What if we persuade Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, or George Soros to chip in $10 million for the best new human-powered vehicle? Think of the benefits to human health, reduced demand for our rapidly depleting fossil fuels. Just as the X Prize created space tourism, this prize would spawn all sorts of new human-powered inventions.

But we have to act. And as I cycled mile after mile in today’s China, I was reminded of something I had learned in spite of myself as an aid worker in Africa. Human beings tend not to respond until disaster strikes.

How to seduce a girl through text messages: three principles

Texting (or SMSing) a girl sounds like an easy thing to do, but being good at this game is hard… unless you know these tips and tricks! Read on to find out how to use PSYCHOLOGY tactics to text a girl and make her eat out of your hands, fast!

Principle #1: ‘First Impression’ SMS Counts Well, if you know this girl and have successfully gotten her number, then it’s critical that the first SMS counts.

It should appear in the SMS as full character – You must give the impression of being a person who is interesting to be with. The biggest cardinal sin is being boring: you have to sound exciting!

In your text, relate what happened when you met her and associate it with an interesting story. Just sound happy and positive and you’ll do fine. If you can make her laugh, that’s even better!

Principle #2: Flirt! Flirt! Flirt! SMS is designed to do one thing well, which is flirt! Be suggestive in your texts and make him guess your intentions.

Once you’ve hooked her up, you can even go hard on her and tell her you’re going to ‘dump’ her over SMS. Give her drama, she’ll crave it.

Principle #3: Go for the kill. Once you’ve developed the report using the two principles above, ask her out on a casual basis.

do not tell, “Do you want to hang out?Instead, assume that she will date you, and most of the time she will automatically, as long as you have developed a good relationship with her. Say: “This Saturday we are going to see the fish and then to the mall.”

The above three principles should be enough for you to get a date with her. Now if you want 100% success then you need to improve your hypnosis techniques.

Business

Home based business made easy

Everyone wants to start their own business and become their own boss, but many don’t know how to do it. There are various types of home based businesses. Service businesses, product sales, and web-based home businesses to name a few.

In this article, I’ll walk you through the process of starting your own online business from home. I’ll try to take some of the mystery out of the process. By following this guide, you will be up and running in no time without making a huge investment.

First, you need to know what your business is going to do. Will you provide a service? Do you intend to sell products? These are the two general types of online home based businesses that I will discuss in this article.

If you plan to provide a service, what type of service will you provide? Will it be provided to people who own websites? Will it be a service that everyone can use, or will it be limited to your area?

Ask similar questions if you plan to sell a product. Will it be a product that you sell and deliver locally, nationally or internationally? If you choose worldwide, do you know anything about shipping your product abroad? The same applies to domestic delivery. Are you aware of the costs associated with having your product delivered anywhere in the country where you live?

Once you’ve answered these questions, you’ll have a better idea of how your home web business will eventually take shape.

Then you will need a domain name. Most people think that your business name is the best way to get a domain name, however, a generic domain name with keywords associated with your product or service will serve you much better. You can also register your company name as a domain name and direct it to your website, but it’s not required.

The generic domain name can help you with search engine traffic and may be easier to remember. This is just one of many factors that will help you with search engine optimization, but it’s a step you should take early on. Example: Cars.com is a better domain name than Ford.com, even though Ford has spent millions on advertising and branding. Even cheapusedcars.com is better because people will search for it.

You need to find a good domain name registrar, not a cheap domain registrar. Cheap means cheap in the field of domain names. Your domain name is important. Spending $25 a year on a registrar that offers more services and quality VS spending $10 or less on a cheap registrar is what we are talking about here. If this extra $15 a year will make or break your home business, then maybe you shouldn’t start one.

Then you will need a web hosting service. Once again, cheaper is not better. There are good hosting services for $100 a year or even a little less. Anyone offering you accommodation for less than that should raise a red flag. Choose and pay for at least one year, just as you have registered your domain name. If you’re going with a monthly plan, you probably aren’t fully committed to your new home business.

You now have your domain name and hosting for your new website, but where is the website and how can I get it? You have several options. You can learn HTML and create your own. You can use a WYSIWYG editor like FrontPage to create your own website. You can hire someone to build your website for you.

First, let’s talk about learning HTML to create your own home business website. There is a learning curve here. This is the best option of the three I mentioned above, but it takes time to learn. It probably won’t be operational for a few days with this option. It will save you a lot of money in the long run to learn HTML and build your own websites. The more websites you have in your wallet, the more you will have at least one that will be a big winner. Writing your own code means you can create a new site as often as you like.

Next, create your own home business website with a WYSIWYG editor. (What you see is what you get). These editors are similar to creating a document. Everything is visual and it is not necessary

Part code.

Then, hiring a web designer to create your home business website is another option. A professional website designer knows how to give his website the look he needs. However, be careful when choosing a web designer. I’ll add a few things to keep in mind here;

1. If they say they will register the domain name for you, say no. Registering a domain name is not technically difficult. Do it yourself. Many web designers register the domain name at the cheapest place they can find and then charge you $100 or more per year for the domain name. So many of them register it in their own name! This will cause you big problems if you decide to stop using their services. The domain name should always be in your name.

2. Ask them what program they use to build their website. If you are going to use FrontPage or Dreamweaver or another WYSIWYG editor, you can also create your own business website from home. If they don’t write HTML from scratch, then they shouldn’t be in the web design business.

3. If they want to bill you monthly to run their website, be careful. Do not sign annual contracts. Your job is to build a home business website. Let them stick to it. Most designers are just designers. They are not search engine gurus, business leaders or anything else. Hire a designer to design and others to do what they’re good at.

4. Don’t let them talk about features you don’t need. Just like used car dealers, they will try to get you to add a lot of bells and whistles that you don’t need.

5. A brochure website is one that is basically designed to let people know what products or services you are providing and to contact you for more information. This is usually a home page, an about page, and a contact page. It shouldn’t cost you more than $500.

6. If you are going to add the ability to purchase your product or service by paying for it through your home business website, then it becomes an eCommerce website. Again, pay attention to the bells and whistles the used website seller is trying to sell you. PayPal is a good option when you are starting out. You can easily get a PayPal account. You can create your own purchase buttons and insert them into your website with the code they provide you without being an HTML guru. You can even set shipping costs and everything else through PayPal for free. They charge small percentages per sale, but the services they provide are worth it. Plus, they don’t have setup fees or monthly fees like other ecommerce solutions. When your sales volume reaches thousands of dollars a month, you can look for a better solution, but until then, use PayPal.

7. An old adage among those who make money on the web is “You build first for show and the rest for dough.” What does this mean? You’ll probably be very concerned about the appearance of your website at first, but design is the least important aspect of your home web business. Many will disagree, but who cares? Let me repeat, design is the least important aspect of your home business. A beautiful website with no traffic gets uglier every day. An ugly website with money generating traffic becomes more beautiful per dollar. Create a total budget for your home web business. Do not spend more than 30% of this budget on design. Dedicate the rest of your website to promotion, advertising and other actions that attract customers. Don’t let a designer tell you that your design is more important than the success of your home-based business.

Now that your domain name, hosting, and website are up and running, now you need clients. Where do you find them? I have my website, now they won’t find me? No they will not.

There are many things you can do to get traffic. You can buy AdWords from Google, MSN (coming soon), or Yahoo. This sends you traffic from people searching for specific keywords. Keep an eye on the bids and set your spending limits until you see which keywords will earn you.

How to paint kitchen cabinets

You may have some kitchen cabinets in your house whose frames and doors are structurally sound but need to be refinished. One of the best ways to bring them to life is to paint them in their original colors. The process of painting your kitchen cabinet is very easy and cheap and you can have attractive colors if you do it yourself. Here are some tips on how to paint kitchen cabinets that you should keep in mind.

1) The most important step in undertaking this project is preparing the cabinet for painting. Use a heavy-duty cleaner with a little warm, soapy water to remove any grease and cooking oils that have spilled down the sides of the cabinet.

2) Remove handles, knobs, handles and hinges from the cabinet with the help of a manual screwdriver. Remove the drawers and also the knobs and handles on them. It is advisable to remove the doors of the furniture, since it will make your work much easier.

3) You will need a brush, a roller and a spray gun to paint your furniture. If you use spray guns, you will find that they are better although more expensive. A roller is the best and fastest option for you and it is also less expensive. Before beginning the painting process, cover countertops with a piece of used newspaper or a cotton cloth to prevent paint streaks.

4) This is how kitchen furniture is painted; Use a medium-grit sandpaper to roughen the cabinet so that the paint will adhere to the surface. Remove any remaining sandpaper with a tack cloth. Apply a coat of primer with a spray gun, then allow it to dry. Apply cabinet and vanity paint to the cabinet front and panels, making sure the paint spreads evenly. Replace the pulls, hinges, knobs, and drawer.

I have taken you through the process of how to paint kitchen cabinets. It should take you a day or so to complete these tasks on your own.

Digital Marketing

modern hairstyles

Good modern hairstyles abound, and choosing a good style is the way to define yourself. A pretty hairstyle complements clothes, jewelry and accessories to show how fashionable you are. A decent hairdresser can give you a trendy hairstyle that matches your face shape, skin tone, and body shape. They can even match celebrity hairstyles, or give you an edgy emo or punk look that is sure to turn heads. Whether you have curly, straight, or long hair, you can find a modern hairstyle that works for you.

One of the most interesting modern hairstyles that has become popular recently is the layered hairstyle. With this style, the hair is cut in a way that brings out different layers and gives it a jagged look, or with just a few layers, it can have a softer look. Having dreadlocks is another modern style option that stands out and makes a statement, but it’s not the simplest style to create or maintain. You should ask your stylist about all the maintenance issues associated with having dreadlocks before you take the plunge.

If you have long hair, there are many options available to you. You can tie it, cut it or microbraid it. Microbraiding results in a modern and attractive look and consists of very thin overlapping braids that are much smaller than regular braids. Another modern hairstyle for women with long hair is the French roll hairstyle. This is a simple yet sophisticated style that involves twisting your hair, pulling it back, and pinning it around the back of your head in a roll. Wear this style for job interviews or just to keep your hair out of your face.

Regarding the face shape, if you have a round face, never go for a medium length hairstyle. Choose short or long, and skip all the bob hairstyles. The key to choosing any of the trendy hairstyles for people with round faces is to select a hairstyle that will lessen the overall round appearance of the face. If you have long straight hair with a round face, keep it tapered to one side. This will make your face look longer. If you have short hair, go for a cute wavy style.

Body shape is another factor to consider when choosing any of the available modern hairstyles. If you are petite, you should consider cutting your hair short and curly. A short curly hairstyle is also a good choice for a wedding, and many of the popular updos work just as well for weddings.

Whatever the choice you make among modern hairstyles, an expert hairstylist will be able to help you create one that is fit and fashionable.

outdoor barbecue

There is no doubt that spring is known for its beautiful flowers and outdoor weather. That’s why everyone should take advantage of this and invite some friends over for a cookout that no one will ever forget. So fire up your grill and follow these easy tips and fabulous recipes to help make your cookout a breeze.

! ! ! Things to think about before your guests arrive:

1. First things first, be sure to scrub down your patio furniture. Nobody wants to sit on dirty furniture. Make sure you also have enough patio furniture for everyone so that once the food is ready to eat, everyone has a seat. If you don’t have enough, simple folding chairs are a quick fix.

2. If you decide to have a party during the afternoon instead of the night, have umbrellas covering your tables or at least make sure you have a shaded area for your guests. Also add some pretty potted plants and flowers on the tables to make it feel more like spring.

3. Evening parties don’t need umbrellas (obviously), but they do need additional lighting. Candles are always a great addition and set the mood for a party. If you are considering candles, you should buy citronella candles to keep those pesky bugs away. You can also put up white Christmas lights or fun, bright patio lights.

4. For silverware and plating ideas, use plastic or paper plates. Find some festive and spring themed paper or plastic plates along with mugs. If you’re going to have margaritas, buy plastic margarita cups in fun colors.

5. Most importantly, remember that timing is everything for this party. Make sure whoever the “grill” is knows what he’s doing and knows exactly how to time all the meats, seafood and vegetables at the right time.

When it comes to food options for a barbecue, people have different tastes and preferences. You can choose to serve the simpler, more predictable foods like burgers, sausages, and hot dogs, or you can get creative and make some fancier grill dishes. Below is a full menu/meal planner for a fancier type of barbecue.

For starters, you need a couple of appetizers for your guests to eat, as grilling can take a while. Here are some recipes that I think would work fantastically:

**Avocado dip with chilies**
Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 ripe tomato, diced
1 small sweet onion, diced
15-ounce can green chiles, drained and diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Addresses

Mash the avocados in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.

** Spinach Dip **

Ingredients

1 frozen package. chopped spinach

1 loaf of shepherd’s bread

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix

3 green onions, chopped (optional)

1 small can water chestnuts, chopped (optional)

Addresses

Place the frozen spinach in a colander and run water over it until thawed (or put it in the fridge ahead of time to thaw). While you’re doing this, cut off the top of the bread to make a bowl. Chop the top of the bread and save it to use in the sauce. Scoop out the bottom of the bread to make a place for the sauce. Drain the spinach with your hands to remove all the water. Mix all the ingredients (except the bread) and take to the fridge for at least 4 hours. Fill the bread pan with the sauce and serve with the bread, crackers or vegetables.

Every barbecue has to have some side dishes to accompany your grilled meat or seafood. Here are some recipes I have found for you:

**Classic American Potato Salad**
Ingredients

6 cups quartered unpeeled small red potatoes

3/4 Cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon Gray Poupon mustard

8 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Addresses

Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 15 minutes or until tender. To drain. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon and chives; mix lightly. Fridge.

**Baked Beans**

Ingredients

1 can (28 oz.) baked beans

1/2 pound bacon, cut into small pieces

1 small onion, chopped

8 oz. brown sugar

1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

A few drops of Worcestershire sauce

Addresses

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour the beans into a 2 qt. container. bread plate Place bacon in 9-inch skillet, completely covering bottom of skillet. Spread the brown sugar over the bacon and cook over medium heat. When the bacon fat begins to bubble through the sugar, transfer it to the saucepan and mix with the beans, onion, and mustard.

**The best corn on the cob**
Ingredients

corn in shell
2 teaspoons butter

Addresses

Pull down on the shells and remove the silk. Brush each ear with about 2 tsp. of butter and pull the shells up around the ears. If they don’t completely cover the corn, that’s okay. The exposed beans will burn and take on that great smoky flavor. Place the corn on a gas grill over medium heat or on a charcoal grate 4 to 6 inches from the medium coals. Grill for 10 minutes, turning ears halfway through cooking time. Spice with salt and pepper.

Now for the main course! I have found a great Grilled Chicken, Steak and Seafood Recipe for you:

**Grilled steaks with rib eye and spices**
Ingredients

8 1-inch-thick bone-in rib-eye steaks (1 pound each)

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 tablespoons kosher salt

Addresses

Prepare the grill for cooking. Let the fillets rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Mix allspice, cumin, and salt. Pat steaks dry and sprinkle spice mixture on both sides of steaks to lightly coat, pressing to adhere.

Grill steaks in 2 batches on an oiled rack placed 5 to 6 inches above hot coals for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally 2 inches into thickest part of meat registers 130 degrees so that it is medium cooked. Transfer fillets to a plate and let rest 10 minutes.

**Quick Baby Ribs**

1 cup mesquite chips, soaked

1 2 pound slab of baby back ribs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika

1 teaspoon ancho chile powder

1/2 teaspoon ground thyme

1 cup barbecue sauce

Addresses

Set up an outdoor grill for indirect heat: a pile of charcoal on one side, nothing under the food. Once it’s ready, throw in some soaked mesquite wood chips. Remove the membrane from the ribs if the butcher has not already done so. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and thyme; rub on ribs. Cut the slab of ribs in half. Place the ribs on indirect heat and close the lid. Cook for 20 minutes, then brush with barbecue sauce. Cover and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes.

**Mesquite Grilled Chicken**

Dip:

1 15 oz. tomato sauce can

2 teaspoons olive oil or canola oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard

3 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 pound. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Addresses

In a jar with a lid, combine all the sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use. The sauce can be used right away, but the best flavors come from making it early in the day. Prepare the mesquite coals and cover the grill with aluminum foil. Grill the chicken over coals for about 6 minutes. Flip and grill 6 more minutes. Flip again, drizzle with sauce, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip, baste, and grill 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Brush generously with the sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.

**Grilled Tuna Steaks**

4 tuna steaks, about 1 1/2 lbs.

1 cup teriyaki sauce

Mix the teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic. Add the tuna and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning 2-3 times. Preheat grill. Place steaks on grill and cook until done, basting with marinade.

For anyone not really satisfied with this feast of food, here are a couple of dessert recipes for you:

8 oz. packet cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons sugar

(Use a little water on your fingertips if needed.) Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool completely. Transfer to a serving plate or keep on a pizza pan. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth. Use a spatula to spread the cream cheese over the crust, covering to the edges. Arrange the fruits in a decorative circular pattern around the filling (like a bullseye). Mix the jam and water and heat slightly. Lightly brush over fruit to glaze. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8-10 servings.

Cut between the white rind portion and the red flesh to remove the rind. Mix whipped topping and yogurt. Pat the watermelon cake dry with a paper towel.

Place the watermelon cake on a flat serving plate. Coat top and sides with whipped topping mixture. Decorate to your liking with fresh fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. It can be stored for several hours or overnight. Cut into wedges to serve.

Yield: 10 servings

When it comes to drinks, they are just as important as food. Depending on the temperature, outdoor drinks may be more important as your guests need to stay hydrated.

Have some non-alcoholic drinks available, such as lemonade, iced tea, soda, and water. As for alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, margaritas, or some type of fruit punch would be perfect. Just be sure to keep an eye on your ice supply.

Take advantage of the beautiful weather. With time flying these days, winter could be right around the corner.

Healthy Living – Challenge yourself to Live Healthier in 30 Days!

Everyone should have the goal of living healthier. You must want to eat healthier and exercise. Studies have shown that people who get and stay fit live longer lives, have more energy, and are happier people in every way. There are a few things you can do to challenge yourself in the next 30 days to live a healthier lifestyle.

There have been numerous studies that show that a habit (good or bad) is formed in 30 days. Well, we want to create a good habit. So, over the next month, take a step in each of these areas to live a healthier lifestyle.

First of all, if you are not already doing anything, you should start an exercise program. If not it has to be all the time or expensive. Something as simple as walking 15 minutes a day to start is great. You can run, bike, skate, do crunches, anything to get your body moving. If you have an exercise program, great! How often do you exercise? One day a week, two days? Make one of your habits to get more exercise. You may have to get out of bed half an hour early, but the benefits are well worth it!

Your next habit is to make sure you eat healthier. This means eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Everyone needs to include this in their eating plans. Many servings of fruits and vegetables may seem like a lot, but it’s easier than you think. And, an easy way to do that is by making smoothies. 5 servings go by so fast if you put the right ingredients in them!

Another habit you want to get into is making sure you drink 64 ounces of water per day. I know there have been some now who say this is not the case. Well, there are too many medical experts saying that you should. Drinking enough water flushes toxins from your body and transports nutrients to your cells. Drinking water also helps keep your skin and hair healthy. We also want to keep our body hydrated. Dehydration can lead to all sorts of problems. Staying hydrated is also important because you need to replenish fluids that you’ll lose from sweating while exercising.

there you go That is your challenge for the next 30 days. Get in the habit of exercising more, eating healthier, and drinking water every day and see how much better you feel.
