Mini Lop Rabbits – How To Breed Successfully

It is recommended that if you want to breed Mini Lop rabbits successfully, you should leave it to professional breeders. There are a number of reasons for this. Rabbits are born in large litters, so a lot of space is required to care for them unless you already have a market for them. Also young rabbits grow very fast and are sexually active after eight weeks, so the process continues relentlessly.

However, if you plan to breed them yourself, choose a doe older than six months and use an unrelated male a bit younger. Check the bottom of their cages for evidence of diarrhea and also check the genitalia for redness and swelling. Select rabbits that have a good history of reproductive productivity and strong genes and keep strict breeding records in order to show the animals in the future. One male to ten males is sufficient for breeding purposes and the male can be bred seven times a week. Only rabbits of the same breed should be bred together and the breed must be pure, going back four generations. Take the doe to the dollar. The breeding pair should not be left together after copulation has taken place, as the male may continue to pester the doe afterward, which could lead to fighting and harm to the doe. However, for a higher chance of pregnancy and a higher number of kittens, the female can be replaced with the male 1 to 12 hours after initial copulation.

The female should be checked for pregnancy 10 to 14 days after the initial insemination. This can be done by feeling under the doe for growths the size of small marbles. You should place the nest next to the doe 29 days after mating. The gestation period is around 31 days. Baby rabbits or kittens are born totally hairless with their eyes closed and the litter is usually 4 to 10. Kittens should not be handled for the first week as they can be killed by the doe. From the age of three months, rabbits should be kept in individual cages as they mature faster.

The female can be bred again at 6 weeks and the kittens should be weaned between 5 and 7 weeks. Small breeds like the Mini Lop produce around 14 kittens a year. The female’s reproductive cycle can continue until she is about 4 years old. Designs should be reviewed quarterly to determine which animals breed together and which do not. Many do not conceive from October to December during the moult. The lights in the rabbit run will help with this. Also, the male produces less sperm during the particularly hot summer months.

The Mini Lop rabbit’s ears are erect when he is born, but they will fall down over time. There are a variety of different colors in this breed, some examples are: chocolate, blue otter, cinnamon agouti, agouti, black and white butterfly, and white and fawn butterfly.

Strive to maintain a good standard by obtaining the ARBA Standard of Perfection Booklet so you know exactly what is expected of the breed.

6 Steps, To Prepare, To Finance, The House, You Buy

Although homeownership is considered by many to be a major component of the American Dream, all too often, we witness many people not being sufficiently prepared and/or ready to prepare, from a financial perspective! When you identify how homeownership might meet your needs and aspirations, and make sure your choice is the best one for you, to make sure the process, from finding a home to closing, is as stress free, as possible! Given that, for most of us, the value of our home represents our single largest financial asset, wouldn’t it make sense to proceed wisely? With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss 6 steps that could help in the process of preparing for many of the financial considerations involved, from the step of buying a home, to home ownership, one.

1. Do not add more debt/credit: If you really want to own a home, in the lead up to your search/search, make sure you avoid taking on more debt and instead try to pay off all debt. , you currently have. Your overall credit is key in determining whether you qualify for a mortgage and, if you do, whether you’ll qualify for the best possible rate. Evaluate your credit report, correct any errors immediately and address any weaknesses. Do it yourself or hire a professional to better position yourself in this area!

two. Pay off existing debt: Mortgage lenders/home financiers use various ratios to determine their decisions as to whom to lend funds to! They consider one of these significant factors to be the percentage of one’s total debt to income. To prepare, use the lead up to your quest to pay off this debt!

3. Check credit report: Take your credit and your credit history seriously! Before you begin, obtain a copy of your report and review it carefully for errors, mistakes, or matters that require explanation. Either go through the process yourself, to fix them, or use a professional, to make sure you’re better positioned. Take a look at your FICO score, know what it takes, and work to improve!

Four. Build/accumulate the necessary funds, necessary to Deposit: Although, in most cases, it might require 20% Deposit, To qualify for a mortgage loan, there are, today, certain loans, which require less. However, when you deposit less, you will have to pay more each month and it can be more difficult to qualify! Take the time, between the moment you make the decision, to search and, when you find, the right house, for you and your needs, to save so much money, so that you are ready and prepared!

5. Prepare for contingencies/Reserves from 3 to 6 months: When you buy a house, there are often many unexpected expenses, etc. It is wise to prepare for contingencies and create various financial reserves, including for repairs, renovations, appliance repair, major components, and unforeseen employment interruptions. Three to six months’ worth of money should be reserved for these considerations!

6. Bookings: When you have all the reserves you need, you significantly reduce your potential, stresses and unnecessary tensions!

Congratulations on making the decision to buy a home. Now proceed, wisely!

love, love is a verb

love is a word that makes

feathers on my breath

smooth push

shakes me makes me lighter

feathers on my breath

tear in fire

feathers on my breath

nine nights of matter

flower of black flowers

feathers on my breath

flower of black flowers

feathers on my breath

tear in fire

feathers on me

water is my eye

most faithful mirror

feathers on my breath

Tear in the fire of a confession

feathers on my breath

most faithful mirror

feathers on my breath

tear in fire

feathers on my breath

you’re stumbling in the dark

you’re stumbling in the dark

History:

Teardrop began life as a simple plucked harpsichord riff by Neil Davidige one day in April 1997. Mushroom, who was the first in the band to hear this solo riff, took an immediate liking to it and he and Neil Davidige went to work further. on it by adding dark piano chords and rhythms. The working title at the time was “No, No”. Mushroom’s number one choice (whose attachment to the song was very high) as vocalist for the song was none other than Madonna, with whom Massive Attack had previously worked with on 1995’s “I Want You”. However, both 3D and Daddy G, who had now heard the song’s opening demo by this stage, had another female vocalist in mind, Elizabeth Fraser of the Cocteau Twins. In the two-on-one split, Mushroom ultimately lost, though not before sending Teardrop’s backing track to Madonna, who was apparently enamored with the track and was disappointed when the rest of Massive Attack informed her that they already had a vocalist for her. the song. song. This is just one of many quips one could cite about Mushroom’s gradual dislike of Massive Attack and, of course, the band’s gradual departure in 1999.

Elizabeth Fraser wrote and sang the lyrics to Teardrop shortly after famed singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley, her boyfriend at the time, died in a drowning accident. Some speculate that Teardrop’s lyrics reflected her mood at the time and could even be subtly about Jeff Buckley’s death.

Additional Information:

Teardrop was the first single released to promote Mezzanine, although it was not the first release from the album, as Risingson was released nearly a year earlier, in the summer of 1997.

The producers behind the 1999 Academy Award-winning film “American Beauty” intended to use Teardrop as the theme song to accompany the film. Massive Attack objected to the use of the song in the film after reading a brief synopsis of what the film was about. After seeing the finished film, 3D would later comment on how it was a mistake to deny “American Beauty” the use of Teardrop, when the film became the critical success of 1999 at the box office.

Live appearances:

Teardrop was first performed live at the Olympia in Dublin, Ireland on April 15, 1998. For most of the 1998/1999 tour dates, Elizabeth Fraser was unavailable due to being pregnant at the time. . However, she did make a memorable appearance at the Royal Albert Hall concert in June 1998. Her vocals on Teardrop for this tour were done by Debbie Miller. On the 2003 and 2004 tour, Liz Fraser was still not present, and now her voice was replaced by Dot Allison’s. For the 2006 tour, Elizabeth Fraser would finally return to perform live and sing her vocals for not only Teardrop but also the other Liz Fraser tracks on Mezzanine, and she proceeded to do the entire tour with Massive Attack.

Quotes:

3D on Teardrop: “It’s a moment of slight relief from some of the other moments on the album really. It was a pretty simple track musically to create and we weren’t sure what to do with it.” [ChannelV TV – June 1998]

Mushroom On Casting Liz Fraser Over Madonna As Vocalist – “Sounds Good Now” [Q Magazine – January 1999]

Daddy G on the fight with Mushroom during the making of Teardrop – “At the time, it seemed like an act of betrayal” [Q Magazine – January 1999]

Investing in the Nigerian Stock Market – Sectors and Stocks to Watch in 2009

Think back to the year Nigerians made obscene profits in the stock market. It’s 2008. The same year rated as the worst year investors have ever had. The power of greed was so great that it pushed up stock prices beyond their true values.

Those who are well informed and experienced make the most profit and exit the market. Others who were moved by the herd effect were not so lucky. They were stranded when prices crashed. It was a painful experience for speculators. Statistics reveal that investors have lost about 3.9 billion naira.

Now share prices on the Nigerian stock market look very attractive, but investors are too afraid to take the risk of putting fresh funds on the market. The emotion of fear is really reigning now. Smart investors know that this is the right time to buy cheap and buy big. But, on what premise would you base your investment impulse this time?

There is widespread concern about the global recession, the freezing of margin facilities by banks, the devaluation of the naira and the general slowdown in the economy. What criteria should you use to choose stocks at this difficult time as a forward-thinking investor?

That is the question I want to answer in this article.

Factors to consider

1. Historical stability

Companies with a track record of profitable performance over the years will, barring unforeseen circumstances, continue to improve best practices to make investors happy. Remember that First Bank some time ago took the risk of investing in the emerging communications market in Nigeria through ILL. That deal fell through, but the bank did not fail as a result. Years later, it continued to post favorable results and paid investors bond issues and dividends. Currently, this stock is the delight of investors. The first bank has been consistent over the years and has a strong reserve base.

2. Competitive advantage

Companies that outperform their competitors in the market have a good chance of surviving this difficult time. Strong brands like Cadbury and UACN will continue to make waves in the market. Its products have permanently registered in the minds of consumers in Nigeria. These products will continue to be sold. They are even restructuring and introducing new products that consumers have been buying. The more people frequent these products, the greater the profitability with good management of human and material resources.

3. Solid financial foundation

Companies that have been accumulating reserves over the years from profits made have something to fall back on in this down season to finance projects that will add value to their markets and give investors a good return. UBA and GTB are financial powerhouses for building reserves. The strong reserve base is largely responsible for its expansion into foreign markets. You can see pure gold here. When those foreign branches start turning a profit, what do you think investors will enjoy? Good timing and high return on investment, of course, especially on the return of the bulls.

4. Highly profitable

Not all companies have the ability to manage resources well to obtain the maximum benefit. The fiscal management of certain institutions is so poor that it profoundly reduces their profit margin. In the banking industry, Oceanic Bank stands out in terms of fiscally prudent portfolio management. Making a profit is not all that matters. Having enough to hold is the skill that investors love.

5. Very underrated

Stocks that are undervalued are the first to bounce in a bull market. You are not going to profit from the return of the bulls. Your profit margin is decided at the time of your investment. Taking the risk of investing when the company is undervalued guarantees high returns when the market recovers. Unity Bank currently enjoys an agricultural facility on loan terms from the World Bank. At a current market price of less than 3 naira, the stock is seriously undervalued

Winning Attitude for Predictable Earnings

* Continue to be fully invested

* Invest in fundamentally sound stocks

* Ignore the economic forecast and be determined to excel in any economy. The stock market always outperforms in the long run and is the only solution to inflation when it comes to your money.

* Continue to acquire more financial and investment skills.

* Be less emotional in your decisions

Sectors and Stocks to Watch

1. Agriculture

This sector is on the rise as one of the major contributors to Nigeria’s gross domestic product and profits. New frontiers in ranching and cocoa processing are yielding positive results. Companies on the list, for example cocoa processor FTN, Livestock Feeds and Okomu Oil offer good prospects.

2. Food and drinks

Even in a recession, people will continue to demand food and their sweets. The logic of why this sector will work is simple. As long as man lives, the demand for food and drink will continue. Coupled with good management, companies in this sector such as Dangote Sugar, Tantalizer, Flour Mills and Honey Well will continue to delight investors by paying dividends.

3. Banking

Nigerian banks are currently aggressive in their drive to expand into Africa and beyond. Income and profits will soon start to show up on the balance sheet. Some banks such as First Bank, UBA, GTB, Zenith and Bank PHB have performed well and will continue to reward investors as bears reign.

4. Communications

Nigeria’s communications sector is one of the fastest growing in the world. Despite all the infrastructure challenges, companies operating in this sector have made obscene profits and investors will benefit more from their operations in 2009. Starcom is the only stock listed in this sector for now on the US stock market. Nigeria. Investing in it now will not be a bad idea.

5. Conglomerates

History is in favor of this sector. In particular, they have the ability to restructure and reshape their businesses in difficult times. A stock like the UACN will continue to delight investors

6. Transportation

Talk about monopoly. ABC transport is the only listed company in this sector on the stock market. It has been consistent in paying dividends since it was listed in 2006.

7. Insurance

The insurance industry is currently enjoying goodwill and patronage as investors continue to position themselves for long-term profits. Companies like International Energy Insurance and Cornerstone are very attractive.

Learn how to commit the majority of your available fund to the food and beverage industry to minimize your risk. Thinking long-term is a surefire strategy that will ensure your success in 2009 and beyond.
