two. toy Story 3 – With their adult owner and moving to college, our favorite talking toys (including Woody and Buzz Lightyear) are found in a daycare run by a tyrannical teddy bear. The first animated film to earn more than $ 1 billion, this Pixar blockbuster stars the voice of Tim Allen and Tom Hanks.

1. The adults – Adam Sandler leads an all-star comedy cast that includes Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider. When the coach who led them to a championship in their high school days passes away, childhood friends gather at the funeral and make up for lost time with a series of jokes and hilarious situations. While it’s far from Shakespeare, the movie deserves a few laughs if you turn your brain on autopilot.

"Shopping at home" Has a new meaning: proactive wardrobe planning is part of the big picture

The next time you decide to go shopping for new clothes, visit your closet. I think I had a spiritual experience on Saturday. Instead of spending a ton of money online or at the mall, I decided to visit my closet.

Shopping online at favorite websites seemed like a fun way to spend a Saturday morning. There were a ton of new clothes in my shopping cart when I had to make a trip to my closet to get a pants size. The shopping cart had James Perse T-shirts and cargo pants, Vince sweaters, and Juicy Couture shorts. I was having fun like I usually do when I find a good deal or a good deal.

I was going to buy a new pair of James Perse parachute cargo pants when I needed to check my size. So come downstairs and lo and behold, I went into my closet to see what size I bought last month. That’s when I decided to take a closer look at the clothes that hung neatly in sections of pants, shorts, capris, blouses, dresses, T-shirts, jackets and coats. In reality, my closet looks like a well-organized section of a high-end department store. I’m in the designer handbag and purse business, so I’m in the habit of collecting high-end fashions from every possible cool website and boutique.

My shoes are all neatly organized by designer names and color-labeled on the outside of the box. My favorite sneaker collection is the Nike Rift in wild colors and patterns. Camper leather shoes are very comfortable so I have a lot of neat red boxes on the shelves. Prada Sport shoes range from flats to platforms, and all are color-marked and labeled. Hermes dress shoes wear less, but nevertheless they are neat on the shelf.

I have a soft spot for boots, which is why my collection of Henry Cuir, Prada, Ann Demeulemeester, Mosquito, Robert Clergerie, Camper, Miu Miu, Diesel, Michael KORS, UGG, and Ralph Lauren are carefully labeled and waiting to be worn. . They range from ankle length to above knee style, and I wear them with just about anything when I feel like boots. My favorites are a new gaucho style from Brazil. And of course, you can’t beat Henry Leather’s light weight for warm weather.

My closet is really a fun place to visit and organize. All Hermes designer bags are neatly stored in their orange boxes and labeled on the outside. Of course, my favorite of all the Hermes designer bags are the unobtainable Birkin bags. The Hermes Market Bag is also a fun medium style and is ideal for day or night carry.

While looking for the James Perse cargo pants size, I realized that I had several things that I had not worn with labels still attached. So, I started pulling out items and holding them side by side. Then, without hesitation, I started coordinating outfits from the closet contents. I found tops that I forgot I had. I found James Perse double jerseys of the same color and style! I was having the best time of my life. I suddenly realized that shopping from home had a new meaning. Balenciaga and Dries Van Noten blouses were funkier than ever! Marc Jacobs, Yves Saint Laurent and Eskandar’s jackets were fashionable and timeless pieces. Robert Rodríguez’s skirts, crochet blouses and gaucho pants have never looked so beautiful.

It was impossible to coordinate the clothes without trying them on and I don’t buy clothes if they don’t fit my figure, so I knew it would fit me. I just hadn’t thought or taken the time to put certain things together. I tried on all the outfits that I coordinated. It was like buying new clothes. Robert Rodríguez met Marni for the first time and they looked great together. Calvin Klein and Ya-Ya were a couple made of 100% cotton! Dosa and Pinko are ready to wear to a party. As are Gucci and Ann Demeulemeester. One of my favorite combinations is a green silk Bernard Willhelm dress over a pair of Danang cotton leggings.

Most of the time when I am getting ready to go out, I walk into the closet and think there is nothing to wear. Who would have thought that Bernard Willhelm and Danang would make a good couple? I’m usually in too much of a rush to think creatively when I need to put items together and end up using the same thing many times. Now the homework is done. Proactive wardrobe planning is now an integral part of the big picture.

Many of the items matched as if they were meant to be used together. I found an off-white silk Armani asymmetric tunic that I bought for sale at Neiman Marcus about three years ago that I had dry cleaned and never wore. The Armani tunic now hangs over a Gary Graham black silk long straight sheath dress, which has never been worn either. The two elements seem made for each other. The look is up to date, the style is current and I never wore any of the clothes! I can’t wait for a special occasion to wear the new outfit.

Instinctive shopping is a habit because I am a notorious bargain hunter. Buying out of necessity or any other motivation rarely produces good results. So the colors, styles, and designs in my closet blend together creating a personal style. Probably like many creative buyers.

The items that I usually buy today are exclusive, classic, original, pieces that I know I will use or need one day! They range from Danang silk garments to Rick Owens knitwear. The prices are usually all discounted because I don’t believe in paying full price unless of course the price is right! My entire small business was based on retail pricing, so I need to speak personally as well. I really believe that below retail is the only way to buy.

Running a small e-commerce website on the Internet lends itself to simple and comfortable work clothes. Sitting in front of a computer all day is great for comfy, funky garments, cottons, and sweatshirts. So when I go out, I like to add a little more flair and accessories. Marni jewelry and Hermes silk scarves can enhance a plain T-shirt or cotton skirt. For shoes, a simple pair of Prada sandals or a pair of Kork Ease platforms are my favorite shoes to wear with just about anything. It’s hard to believe I’ve been in love with and using Kork Ease for over thirty years! Bringing it all together and making the look on-trend is easy when there’s a closet full of almost forgotten designer clothes, shoes, and bags.

Buying from home has a new meaning. The time I spent matching t-shirts, pants, shoes, and purses saved me a lot of prep time for my next appointment, meeting, date, etc. Most of the quality time shopping at home was spent coordinating items that I rarely use, leaving everyday, very casual items to a freer mood selection process. I no longer care what to wear to dinner on Monday night, or what I’ll wear if he asks me out! It’s all there, and it’s been there waiting for me to take the time to put it all together. I feel relieved? Yes. Do I feel like my time was well spent? Yes. Do I need to buy more clothes? Of course, but not this weekend! I’ll save that activity for next week, or maybe after I’ve had a chance to use everything in my closet at least once!

Arrested – What To Do When Your Loved One Is In Jail by Wes Denham

The copy at the back of the book begins: “When someone close to you is arrested, things quickly go haywire.” That’s definitely an understatement, things will get extremely crazy and blinding. In “Arrested: What to Do When Your Loved One’s in Jail” by Wes Denham, co-author of “Arrest-Proof Yourself,” you’ll learn how to make decisions that benefit the entire family, not just the accused who was arrested. In an easy-to-read style, without a lot of legal jargon, the book guides you through the process and includes checklists of what to do and in what order. There is also a lot of information on topics that you might not think about when someone is first arrested, but you really should.

I still think it is wiser to know which defense attorney you will call if you ever need one, for yourself or for a friend or family member, but if you haven’t chosen someone yet, read this book and use the parts to select a good private attorney and do it. I think a little work up front, in case you ever need someone, is good insurance.

For those of you who don’t know anything, or don’t know much, about the process when someone is arrested, this book will open your eyes. Just reading this book and then choosing which attorney to call, and perhaps even going as far as providing an attorney advance “just in case” will put you well ahead of most people who find themselves dealing with the unpleasantness of having someone to worry about those arrested.

The book begins with a short chapter on when you get that late-night phone call, “I’m in jail.” It provides some good advice, and then there are a couple of pages on how to protect your rights. Chapter two describes what this book can do for you and a little about the system. Chapter three focuses on how to get information about what is happening. Things like getting the charge sheet, arrest report, etc. Chapter Four is a must read to protect yourself if someone from your household is arrested. Check your house completely for something that shouldn’t be there. You better find it before someone with a court order does.

Chapter five provides information about visiting inmates, while chapter six shares information about life in prison. The next two chapters deal with medical care and mental illness and then with jail commissars and telephones. Chapter nine is not a pleasant chapter, it provides information on sex in jail, which means rape and sexually transmitted diseases. From there, we move on to a chapter on drugs. Starting to see why it’s not a place to be?

The following chapters provide a little information about the types of people you may encounter in jail and why they might be there. Then there is a checklist on the defendant’s evaluation. Do you really want to help the accused and are you ready to change? These chapters will help you decide whether or not you want to help, and what kind of help you will offer. Bail bonds and bonds are covered in Chapter 15. And then there’s a little bit about public defenders, plea deals, and the volume of cases that bogs down the system. Chapters 17 and 18 discuss hiring private defense attorneys and provide information to help you make a good decision.

The following chapters help you understand the process and cover topics such as legal services quotes and fees, how to get the most for your money, how to help the defense, budgeting for criminal defense, parole and parole, cooperation with the police and prosecutors, and making a plan.

Chapter 27 was interesting, it had some statistics on all the people incarcerated in the US And then the book concludes with an Appendix containing sample forms and letters.

I found “Arrested” to be an interesting and informative book on an unpleasant subject. Nobody wants to think about the arrest of a loved one, but if it happens, it’s good to be prepared. This book can help you prepare.

Childhood Obesity: The Ignored Epidemic

Community health is a very important issue that both citizens and politicians overlook. We trust government officials to find cures and solutions to our health problems, but we do not analyze the origin of these problems. If we want to make a change in community health, we must look at the core of the problem and focus more on primary prevention than tertiary prevention techniques. Since most of the health problems in our community are preventable diseases, to prevent them we must eradicate the cause.

Childhood obesity is constantly on the rise and we have been unable to do anything about it. Of course, there have been numerous attempts to reduce the rate of obesity in children, but these attempts are more focused on secondary and tertiary prevention. We are focusing too much on reversing the effects of obesity and we don’t have enough time to prevent obesity in the first place. By informing our community of the health risks they are entering when they are obese, we can teach them how to prevent them. We must target parents and not children. Parents are the food source for children and, at an early age, must be adequately nourished and active so that these preventable diseases do not occur later in life. Physical education in school should be more active and less optional. Actually, we should teach physical education rather than allowing students to roam freely among themselves and choose whether or not they will be active.

A child cannot make life decisions related to their health and, as adults, we must ensure that the children of our communities are in the best of health. Poor communities are just as capable of living healthy lifestyles as the middle class, but without understanding how to do it, they will explain their lack of health to their financial situation. Community leaders should provide options for parents to seek to keep their children healthy. Community health groups, activities, or even a park would be helpful. If we can get our children out of the house and into the yard, we will be making progress. By reducing childhood obesity, we can prevent the likelihood of strokes, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancers, and heart disease. All of these major problems are related to obesity and something must be done to lower our rates. Obesity has risen from 7% in 1980 to 18% in 2012. That is not a good ladder to climb with generations to come. About 1/3 of Americans, including adults, are obese and this is even more overwhelming. The problem is that people either don’t know they are obese or think obesity is just a word that fitter people call less fit people. We must explain to people why they are classified as obese and the health risks associated with obesity. Most people hear obesity and consider it an insult. We fear telling others that they are obese because it sounds painful and parents despise being told that their child is obese. The truth of the matter is that obesity is here and on the rise. There is no way to sugarcoat the facts. We can continue to act like it’s not a big issue and the fees will keep increasing as the years go by. Children should not have high blood pressure or any other illness associated with being overweight. This issue won’t change until we start making it a priority. I think this is the most important problem in the health of our community because people fear the result of bringing childhood obesity to parents. It’s also critical to note that you don’t have to be rich or extremely rich to eat healthier foods and be active. Parents should be more involved in their children’s lives and encourage them to be more active on a day-to-day basis. Limit your time in front of the television and increase your time spent outdoors. Make better food choices when feeding your children. Teach parents the importance of nutrition and fitness and why it should matter to them.

These are ways we can help improve our communities. We must focus on now and not later. When flu season rolls around, we get our flu shots weeks before the virus is taken into account. We get vaccinated because it prevents us from getting the flu. It is not good to get a flu shot once you are infected with the flu virus. Just as this is true, it is also true for obesity. We must take the necessary measures beforehand to prevent the disease from affecting our children.

Lawsuit financing: the evolution of prices

Much is said / written about the “costs” associated with obtaining a cash advance against future proceeds from a pending lawsuit. Also known as a lawsuit loan or pre-settlement financing, many companies offer cash now against future resolution of a case. The costs associated with these transactions vary widely. This publication attempts an extensive discussion of the history of pricing in the lawsuit financing industry.

The lawsuit financing industry was born to address the liquidity concerns of those who were facing financial difficulties while waiting for their lawsuit to be resolved. Because many jurisdictions were simply bogged down with thousands of cases, plaintiffs often had to wait months, if not years, for their cases to be resolved. Lawsuit financing companies offered clients immediate cash against future benefits of the case. The problem was that the “costs” associated with these transactions were very expensive, at least when the costs are compared with other sources of funds.

So what is “expensive”?

Historically, lawsuit funding has been viewed as a “last resort” source of money for those in financial need. I write “historically” because this business is relatively new and only in the mid-2000s to the present have larger amounts of venture capital been invested to invest in pending lawsuits. When the business started in the late 20th century, lawsuit loan companies offered rates of up to 10% per month. That’s expensive. Clearly, in most cases, the people who raised funds at those rates were in desperate need of funds.

But it wasn’t the investor’s greed that set the price. In any new business, mistakes are made but corrected and the business evolves through competition while others clearly see the potential for return on their investment. Because of this history, more and more investors are recognizing the potential for return on equity. Competition then seizes on this potential return as investors explore what is an acceptable rate of return to put their money at risk. In most cases, this competition “cuts the fat” on the return and results in a better price for the applicant.

We have witnessed this first hand in this business. And what this means is that the lawsuit financing business is becoming more and more efficient.

The 10% interest days per month are decreasing rapidly. Currently, an applicant can expect to pay between 1.5% and 4.5% per month to finance demand cash advances. This is a long way from the original rates. Competition and increased business efficiency have made this cost reduction a reality. The trend is likely to continue. Which will undoubtedly make the financing of the lawsuits more “reasonable” than ever.

In addition, investors also benefit. As past mistakes are corrected and business models refined, investors can more accurately assess the risks to their capital. Understanding risk is of primary importance to investors and they seek capital preservation first and return on equity second. As the business evolves, increasingly “conservative” investors are likely to put their capital into these investments.

Thank you for your interest in the lawsuit financing business.

Here I am, three very simple words, but they can mean a lot when spoken honestly

I’M HERE. Three simple words – “Here I am” – and they mean – I am available – I am available to listen – I am available and willing to listen to what YOU are saying to me – and what YOU have to say to me.

When we speak these words, we never know where they will lead us, nor what the consequences will be, yes, even in 2021.

What do we do when we hear the voice of God, when we know that it is God speaking to me, doing something to get my attention, take over my life and my talents and gifts?

What happens when I say to God, “Here I am”?

1 – I can make a sacrifice that I never thought I could make. That may not be the best start for a message, perhaps one should start with a blessing, but this is a blessing! Look at Abraham again – Some time later, God tested Abraham. He said, “Abraham!” “Here I am,” he replied. Then God said: “Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.” Genesis 22 v. 1 and 2.

God does not test us to qualify us, but to make us grow and develop.

Matthew 10 verse 39: whoever finds his life will lose it and whoever loses his life for me will find it. This is the principle of the cross. I give up something to receive something much better. GOD returns it in a way we could never imagine, but it starts with sacrifice.

Jacob abandoned his plans – Joseph abandoned his dreams – Moses abandoned Pharaoh’s palaces – David abandoned his desire to build the temple for God – Matthew abandoned his job as a tax collector – Peter abandoned his nets – Paul abandoned his religion: Mary abandoned your son. Everyone gave something, everyone knew something about the sacrifice, then God gives something back.

Couldn’t we miss out on the sacrifice part? Not! We give up being in control and God is in control, and God does something.

Romans 12 verse 1 – Brethren, in view of God’s mercy, offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, who is your spiritual worship.

2 – “Here I am” – means that I face a fear that I thought I could never face.

JACOB – He fought with God – his name means ‘scheming’ – but then God gives him a new name: Israel.

And God spoke to Israel in a vision at night and said, “Jacob! Jacob!” “Here I am,” he replied. “I am God, the God of your father,” he said. “Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, because there I will make you a great nation. I will go down to Egypt with you and I will certainly bring you back.” Genesis 46 verses 2 through 4.

This was the only place he was never supposed to go!

What is the one thing you never want to do? Where is the only place I never want to go?

3 – “Here I am” – I see a miracle that I thought I would never see otherwise.

Moses – When the LORD saw that he had come to look, God called to him from within the bush: “Moses! Moses!” And Moses said, “Here I am.” “Come no closer,” God said. “Take off your sandals, because the place where you are is holy ground.” Exodus 3 vers 4

40 years in the Pharaoh’s Palace – 40 years in the desert tending sheep.

MOSES asks 4 questions: Who am I? Who are you? What about them? How about this? This problem, the weakness I have, the fight?

Remember and consider the miracles Moses saw throughout the years.

4 – “Here I am” – I hear a message that I never thought I would hear.

1 Samuel 3 verse 4 – Samuel – Then the LORD called Samuel. Samuel replied, “Here I am.” When GOD speaks to you, it may sound like someone else, or it may sound like someone else, instead of you.

God’s voice, God’s call, can ruin your plans, hopes, and ambitions.

5 – “Here I am” – I’m going to a place I never thought I’d go.

Isaiah 6 verse 8 – Isaiah has this vision – he hears this voice – Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Who can I send? Who will go for us?” So I said, “Here I am. Send me.”

We tend to say, “That’s a good question. I’m going to consider that question. I’ll ask it at some point. I’ll get someone to consult me about this.”

God doesn’t do that; God does not need to consult; you need obedient servants.

6 – “Here I am” – I trust a promise I never thought I could trust.

Luke 1:35, 37 and 38: Consider Mary.

The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the saint to be born will be called the Son of God. For nothing is impossible for God.” “I am the servant of the Lord,” answered Maria. “Let it be for me as you said.”

This is the promise of a virgin birth: Mary is around 14 or 15 years old, she is engaged to Joseph. The words are slightly different from “Here I am”, but the feeling is the same.

Some may consider that they have been too sinful and therefore unworthy; Others may consider that they have been a failure, that they made too many mistakes, or that they have too many flaws.

“I am a failure, I have always been a failure, I will never be anything and I will never do anything with my life.”

That is no longer true when we say “Here I am” to God, when God calls.

7 – I serve a person whom I never thought I could serve.

Acts 9 verses 10 and 11 – Ananias There was a follower of Jesus in Damascus named Ananias. The Lord spoke to Ananias in a vision: “Ananias!”

Ananias replied, “Here I am, Lord.” The Lord said to him: “Get up and go to the Straight Street. Find the house of Judas and ask for a man named Saul from the city of Tarsus.”

At that time, Ananias did not know the end of the story, we do. Ananias is involved from the beginning of Saul’s Christian life. Ananias had to go face Saul of Tarsus and serve Saul of Tarsus. Saul was healed – and Saul was baptized – because Ananias went and served.

8 – I find a JOY that I never thought I would find – JESUS.

Actually, it is Jesus who finds us – people may say at first that they have found God, or that they have found Jesus – but soon they realize that it is Jesus who has come looking for us – and they call us. This is what the resurrection is all about: He is available to enter any church, any life by the Holy Spirit.

Revelation 3 verse 20 is about Jesus wanting to enter the Church, to be allowed to enter His Church! “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and eat with you, and you will eat with me.”

I am available, I am willing to listen, and I am willing to serve, I am willing to trust, I am willing to go.

“Here I am”, ready to sacrifice myself, I have the strength and courage to face my fears.

“Here I am” – prepared to see miracles – and hear a message I never thought I would hear – and go and do what I never thought I could go and do.

“Here I am”, ready to trust the promises of God, and perhaps serve someone I thought I would never serve, and enjoy that joy that is in Jesus Christ and all the other blessings of GOD.

January 2021 – “Here I am” – when God calls – when Jesus chooses – it is because there is a very real need – and He wants you to be part of His plan and purpose.

Answer carefully.

Virtually speaking: presenting your best self for virtual meetings

Depending on when your community, business, or country issued a stay-at-home policy, it could now be weeks or months since you started working from home.

It’s no wonder the way you “present yourself” to the world has changed as well. As working from home began and communication shifted to virtual conversations, most people maintained a level of professionalism when introducing themselves to calls online.

Fast forward a few weeks and the corporate appeal is now being replaced by t-shirts, no shirts, shorts, sweatpants, and even pajamas. I had a meeting where a client refused to turn on his camera for an 11am meeting because he hadn’t even bothered to dress for the day.

Clearly, people present themselves differently at business meetings. Women are giving up on makeup and men are sporting stubble.

Adapting a relaxed, less groomed appearance may be acceptable when chatting with coworkers, maybe even the boss, but it’s less than ideal for talking to a client or prospect. Before you even turn on the camera, you should ask yourself, ‘What kind of impression am I making right now?

In today’s less meeting environment; it is vital that you do your best during a virtual meeting. If it’s important enough to have a meeting, it’s important enough that you get it right.

To be on top of their game, gentlemen need more than a clean, shaven face and women need more than a little lipstick to deliver a great virtual presentation.

Here are some ways to convey confidence and authority by making the most of teleconferencing technology, the right tools to make your presentation, and some key techniques to consider when in front of the camera.

Improving your technology

You have already heard from other experts about the use of the different conferencing platforms available and the technical aspects of those services. I, on the other hand, want to share ways to improve the delivery of your message with some basic tips that you can apply right now and that will improve your professionalism when presenting virtually.

Dream

Whether you’re giving a big presentation or having a one-on-one, it’s important that you get the sound right. Beware of remote sounds, such as air conditioners, which can affect the quality of a presentation that is being recorded. Turn off all audible notifications on the mobile phone.

Turning on

Avoid windows behind you. Close the curtains behind you to avoid backlights. Take a desk lamp and place it in front of you so that it is well lit. Soft natural light is the best. If possible, sit with a window next to you.

You on camera

The camera sees more than you think. If your visual setting in Zoom is set for a 16×9 aspect ratio, it shows a wider area around you, so avoid having a cluttered desktop.

Know what’s in the background. Take a screenshot of yourself on camera and then zoom in. This will allow you to see what is behind you, to the sides, and even above you. Your camera captures more than you think.

Tools of the Trade

Turning on

If your presentation space doesn’t have natural light, consider investing in a clip-on light that fits your laptop, iPad, or smartphone, such as a chat light or selfie ring light.

Smartphone tripods

Not all presentations are made through your laptop or iPad. You may need to make a presentation via your smartphone. One of my coaching sessions takes place with a client in China via WeChat. Holding the phone for a long period of time means a shaky hand and a distracting presentation. Instead, invest in a tripod stand that frees your hands and allows you to gesture naturally.

Remote Clickers for Laptop Presentations

With technology that allows us to deliver virtual presentations, there may be a time when you are standing up while giving a presentation. You’ll want to avoid moving back and forth within the shot just to advance the slides. It’s worth buying your own PowerPoint remote control clicker.

Teleconferencing techniques

Let’s be honest, our family and friends don’t care how we look or how we introduce ourselves in a personal video call. However, when it comes to business, we cannot be so arrogant.

Today’s conference calls should convey professionalism and you want to be at your best. Doing some of these things incorrectly could potentially make or break the success of a deal.

Practice beforehand

Even today, there are many people using these teleconferencing platforms for the first time. Know how to share your screen and make sure people can hear you.

Practice your presentation. Just because you are not sitting in the same room as the client does not mean that you should not put in the same effort. Having notes in front of you is not your ‘get out of jail card’ that gives you a pass to practice your presentation.

Camera position

Support your computer on some books or a box if your camera is on the bottom of the computer. Nobody wants to be looking up or sagging skin under the chin.

It is important that you speak directly into the camera and are not looking at the screen, especially if you see yourself in a small box at the bottom of the screen.

Body language and gestures

Sit straight. Put a pillow behind your back to help you sit up straight. If you have a swivel chair, avoid the need to rock left and right.

It’s natural for your hands to want to move while you’re talking, so it’s okay to be upbeat. One word of caution and gesture is to make hand gestures close to or in parallel with your body. The camera increases the size of your hands and it may seem strange for your hands to move in and out of the frame.

Don’t eat in front of the camera

Do your best to eat before the conference call. Nobody wants to see you eat, not to mention that people can’t understand you if you have food in your mouth.

Every presentation counts and every presentation has a lot at stake. Make the most of your virtual presentation by doing your best.

I want to become a Video Vixen! How I can?

Video Vixens are now treated like celebrities in our society and are more identifiable to the media than some of our politicians. They get instant gratification at an elite club that never existed. Women are turned on by the attractiveness and attention it instantly brings. These girls are immediately catapulted into the limelight, receiving invitations to the hottest parties, modeling contracts, book deals to write about their escapades, dates with wealthy celebrities, and extreme media coverage.

It seems like more aspiring models these days are literally using their bodies to break into the modeling industry. While I don’t think this concept is new, I do believe that with the internet and the influx of reality shows, more women are getting bolder than ever to get attention. They have taken Girls Gone Wild to a different level.

Your assets

If you are not born with improved functions, no problem. All one has to do now is undergo extreme plastic surgery and expand their assets. The bigger your assets, the more fame is sure to come your way. Plastic surgeons once had a conscience, but now it’s about money. If you have access to cash, you can have almost any surgery your heart imagines. If you can’t find a surgeon to do it in the United States, there is always another country where you can probably get the procedure at a discount.

Mission accomplished

Once you have your enhancements instantly, they will be considered as role models in music videos. Once you start making music videos and get more exposure, the doors seem to open. Some women then move on to acting, calendars, organizing parties, reality shows, etc. Women get their five minutes of fame and some video sluts manage to keep it.

LisaRaye, Melyssa Ford, Karrine Steffans, Coco, and Amber Rose are former Video Vixens who are quite successful today. They were more than just a beautiful face and body. They seized the moment and used this as a stepping stone to the next level.

LisaRaye had a brief stint in acting and was the First Lady of the Turks and Caicos Islands until her recent public divorce. Melyssa Ford is doing quite well. She is acting a lot now and is working on producing a couple of movies. In a recent interview, he said that it’s still difficult to remove the stigma from the video slut, even after many years of not making music videos. She takes it with a grain of salt and keeps moving forward. Karrine Steffans is a three-time New York Times bestselling author. He continues to write about all his adventures and is creating his own brand. His most recent book titled The Vixen Manual: How to Find, Seduce and Keep the Man you Want is flying off the shelves. Coco married former rapper Ice-T and Amber Rose is the on-and-off boyfriend of rapper Kanye West, who just signed with Ford Models. I need to say more.

Advice

Make sure you live in an area like Miami, New York, or California where the videos are shot. Video Vixens definitely cannot be shy and must be outgoing and their bodies must be in great shape.

A Screwpull Wine Opener – The Houdini Wine Opener Review

Are you ready for a screw-on wine opener? Like the venerable “mousetrap,” there is always someone trying to make a better one, and Metrokane has a winner with their Houdini wine opener. Also known as a lever opener, the Houdini model wine bottle opener makes the task so easy that even a “caveman” can do it. The Metrokane name gained recognition among wine enthusiasts with its famous Rabbit lever model, and they have now followed it up with their least expensive model: the Houdini.

Like its more expensive older brother, the Rabbit, the Houdini wine opener uses a pair of grab handles to hold the wine bottle and a lever action to impale the wine cork out of the bottle. It does this safely by simply pulling and pushing the lever. You no longer have to struggle to center the corkscrew tip or twist and pull to remove the cork. And much less chance of the wine spilling.

To use the Houdini, simply use the included wine foil cutter to remove the foil. Then place the Houdini over the neck of the wine bottle and grasp the “rabbit ear” handles to hold the bottle. Pull the lever down and insert a Teflon coated corkscrew into the cork, then push the lever back to its starting position and pull the cork out of the bottle. Much easier than twisting and pulling a traditional T-handle corkscrew and even easier than the twisting and prying method of a bartender’s corkscrew. To retrieve the cork, simply pull the lever to expose it and remove it from the corkscrew worm.

Just because it’s less expensive than the Rabbit doesn’t mean the Houdini screw-in wine opener is “cheap.” Manufactured to the same high standards as all Metrokane wine accessory products, the Houdini has a 5-break guarantee. All Houdini openers include a handy acrylic storage tray that also contains the additional wine tools that come with it. They include a “twist” wine paper cutter and an additional spiral corkscrew worm. There are several models of wine gift sets that include up to 6 additional wine accessories such as; a wine drip ring, a wax pusher, a wine bottle cap / sealer, and an aluminum foil cutter. All Houdini wine opener sets come in attractive gift boxes that double as a storage box. The Houdini is available in the colors of; matt black and silver, glossy black and silver, metallic red, metallic blue and caramel red.

The Houdini retails for $ 39.99 to $ 59.99, (depending on accessories and games), but no one has to pay retail. You can expect to find the basic Houdini model with aluminum foil cutter and additional worm for $ 18 – $ 25, and the various gift sets with wine openers for $ 25 – $ 39. A threaded wine opener set as The Houdini would make an excellent gift for any wine lover (even yourself), and with the reliability of a Metrokane wine opener, backed by a 5-year warranty, you can be sure it will be a gift. appreciated every time it is used for years to come.
