The five duties performed in the domestic home that make mothers great

Mothers are a blessing to global societies. This is true because they offer tremendous services to the numerous households which ensure the development of the entire society. In the domestic home, the roles that mothers play ease the pain of each family member and cushion them to contain the stresses and strains of this life. This article explains the maternal duties that make women exceptionally great. These roles include their hard work in carrying out household chores, their skill and ingenuity in managing material and monetary resources in the home, their roles as advisers, comforters, and excellent cooks.

Mothers show great zeal and hard work in doing housework. In many countries, women often get up early in the morning to sweep, mop, clean and dry dirty areas of the house in order to constantly keep the aesthetic appeal of the house in good order. They tirelessly wash all dirty clothes and utensils, as well as other hardware items such as chairs, tables, etc. The great dedication with which mothers attend to these domestic chores demonstrates that hard-working spirit that makes them great.

In addition, mothers are good stewards of the often few resources that are given to them. In developing countries where it is hard to get money with low income people, mothers always make sure that the little money they are given is used judiciously to buy important items that will be used by the family, especially in food preparation. and the clothes that family members will wear. In households where the monthly expense in terms of food is given to the mother, she carefully and tactfully manages how the money will be spent to feed the entire family within the month. In fact, she can’t risk the whole family going hungry. Thus, mothers tend to be great administrators in the home.

Also, mothers are great comforters in times of distress. When things don’t go as husbands expect in their businesses, mothers become great comforters, constantly reassuring them that things will go better. They motivate their children when their academic performance is declining while encouraging them to do better. His comforting words bring peace, calm anguished minds, and unite broken hearts.

Again, the mothers exhibit their exceptional abilities as great advisers to their husbands and children when they need to make important decisions in their lives. The advice they give is constructive, actionable, time-tested, and sound. The advice given by countless women to their husbands and children has resulted in the successes recorded in many businesses worldwide. No wonder women are often said to be the backbone behind all men’s successes.

Finally, mothers are great cooks and always fill the bellies of all family members with food. They know how to prepare the right meals at the right time. The taste of their meals goes unnoticed forever on the tongue of all the members of their households.

These are just five duties of mothers that make them exceptionally great. Of course, not every mother can demonstrate to a greater extent all these five assigned duties. Of course, there are even bad mothers who do not carry out these essential duties in their homes. These mothers are easily forgotten when all family members sooner or later. However, good mothers, who tirelessly carry out their duty with all seriousness, are the focus of this article. These moms deserve a lot of love, care, attention and affection from all family members because they are just great. Their greatness makes the pleasant memories of them forever etched in our minds and hearts.

What is your ideal waist size?

Achieving the much-coveted trim waist or six-pack is a common goal for many bodybuilders. Quite possibly, this is a goal of yours. If so, then in your pursuit of this goal, you’ve probably asked yourself: “What is my ideal waist size”? Well, there is no precise method to determine your ideal waist size, as there are so many variables. However, there are methods you can use to get “rough” estimates of your “ideal” waist size. I have a method for men and another method for women:

For Men – Shoulder to Waist Size Ratio Method and Chest to Waist Size Ratio Method – By measuring your shoulder circumference and/or chest circumference, you can calculate an “ideal” waist circumference. These proportions have been determined by scientific studies that revealed which dimensions of the male girth are most attractive to women. The masculine “V-Taper” look with a shoulder-to-waist ratio of 1.6 and a chest-to-waist ratio of 1.4 are the most desired and pleasing proportions for women.

To calculate the ratio of shoulder to waist size, measure the circumference of the shoulder and divide that number by 1.6. For example, if you had a shoulder circumference of 50″, divide 50 by 1.6 to get an “ideal” waist circumference of 31.25″.

For the calculation of the ratio between the size of the chest and the waist, measure the circumference of the chest and divide it by 1.4. If I had a chest circumference of 44″, then I would calculate an “ideal” waist size of 31.4″.

For women: waist-to-hip ratio– Studies of female shapes have been conducted to determine the waist-to-hip ratio that men find most desirable and attractive. According to these studies, the “ideal” waist circumference for women is 0.7 hip circumference.

To find your “ideal” waist size, measure your hip circumference at the fullest part of your hips and multiply that number by 0.7. For example, if your hip circumference were 36″, then your “ideal” waist circumference would be 36″ x 0.7 = 25.2″.

Waist size can be set as a goal. Use these estimated “ideal” waist circumferences as guidelines when setting your abdominal training goals. Your waist size goal will help you determine your progress toward reaching your six-pack goal.

Who is Naruto’s father?

The identity of Naruto’s father has been the subject of speculation for Naruto fans for a long time. There have been heated debates, even flaming wars on the internet, over the mystery that is Naruto’s father.

The theory of the fourth Hokage

Most people believed that Naruto’s father was the Yondaime or the Fourth Hokage. The resemblance between Yondaime and Naruto is striking: both have blue eyes and yellow hair and even have the same smile. And since Naruto is an orphan and the fourth died fighting the Kyuubi, it all made sense.

Some people even came to believe that Yondaime, although clearly stated to have died fighting the Kyuubi, somehow survived and lived to become the leader of the Akatsuki. They believed that everything from the sealing of the Kyuubi within Naruto to the Akatsuki’s hunting down the Jinchuuruki was part of an elaborate plot concocted by the Fourth Hokage’s genius mind. They believed that what was shown about the Yondaime was just a hoax, in reality he was evil even though all the people of Konoha loved him and he was willing to die for them.

However, there were many people who disagreed with these ‘Yondaime is Naruto’s father theory’ believers because they couldn’t understand why a father would seal something like the Kyuubi within his own child. Some believed that it would just be ‘too obvious’ and that Kishimoto couldn’t write something that obvious, there has to be a twist. Some believed that the Yondaime was Naruto’s uncle, brother, or some other distant relative, but not his father.

There were even people who believed that the Akatsuki leader (who they believed was not Yondaime) was actually Naruto’s father. And, for some reason, he was hunting his own son. This theory was bolstered by the fact that the Akatsuki leader’s shadow appeared to have the same hair as Naruto. And when it was revealed that the face of the Akatsuki leaders also bore a striking resemblance to Naruto, this theory gathered more supporters. And they believed that a Star Wars scene with the Akatsuki leader saying “Naruto, I am your father” was not such a far off possibility.

There were other theories, some so far-fetched and random that you’d have to wonder what the fans smoked to figure it out. But all those theories were dispelled once Chapter 367 of the manga arrived.

The revelation

Chapter 367 is a perfect example of how the simplest answers are almost always the correct ones. It turned out that the obvious was actually true and that the Fourth Hokage really is Naruto’s father. Jiraiya and Tsunade confirmed everything and even revealed that Yondaime’s name was Namikaze Minato.

But if the fourth is Naruto’s father, why is he called Uzumaki Naruto and not Namikaze Naruto? Where does the Uzumaki come from? It turns out that, for some reason, Naruto got his mother’s last name instead of his father’s. And it’s not really ruthless of Minato to seal the Kyuubi inside Naruto since after all it was his dying wish that Naruto be treated like a hero for having to deal with having a monster inside of him. He died believing that the villagers would love Naruto, he had no idea that they would do otherwise. This chapter hasn’t been made into a Naruto episode yet, but it should be revealed in Naruto Shippuden very soon.

Top 5 Furniture Manufacturing Countries

Many people would rather buy a new $1,000 bedroom set every few years and have the latest trend in their home than buy a solid $8,000 set that looks the same but lasts for years and years. The same goes for living room furniture. Furniture with a modern look can be made but for a fraction of the price due to the lower cost of labor, materials and machinery in foreign countries.

China is an important market for furniture manufacturing abroad. Many of the dining sets, bedroom sets, and other box items come from this location. There are also factories in China that cut and sew upholstery pieces and then ship them to the US for final assembly, making it possible to say that a piece is made in the USA. This greatly reduces costs and it will still allow products made in the United States.

Many rattan and teak products are made in Indonesia. They are producing beautiful high end solid wood sets with exquisite design and quality of finish. The outdoor garden furniture sets that are coming out of this region are of precious quality at a very affordable price.

At one point, the furniture was handmade and made by a single person. Now home furnishings are made using machines and tools in many factories located in various countries. All factories have beautiful showrooms displaying their furniture with elegant wood carvings and artistic accents. Pakistan is a newer emerging market for this manufacturing.

Many home furniture sets are also produced in Malaysia. Whether you want cheap bedroom furniture or high-end outdoor patio sets, you’ll be able to find a wide selection at factories in Malaysia. There are some very elegant designs and well-made products that come from this country. Many furniture importers choose this country as their preference next to China to import to the United States.

The Philippines has become a trendsetter in the furniture industry. Many furniture sets made of wood, rattan, stone, resin, metal and outdoor furniture continue to come from this region. Its manufacturers are creating sophisticated and beautiful furniture from many combinations of materials.

International furniture buying around the world is accessible. There are trade shows and contacts that can be easily found with online furniture stores for all your home furnishing needs.

Dominican Republic Real Estate in 2010 – The Recovery

After a very rocky roller coaster ride in 2009/2010, all of us who survived and are still involved in the Dominican Republic real estate market are certainly in a bit of a shock. Many of the local real estate markets in North America are in the same situation and we ALL know that real estate is cyclical, but wow! Things have definitely changed since the third quarter of 2008, before Lehman Brother pulled the rug out on all of us (and our mutual funds).

Initially, it seemed that here in the DR we were going to emerge relatively unscathed. The number of appointments at the end of 2008 and beginning of 2009 was stable and we still had (almost) as many clients looking for real estate; to us everything seemed as usual and we really felt that perhaps we had escaped disaster. The bad news came in the second quarter of 2009 when we realized that all the clients who had visited us during the high season and had traveled with us to view real estate in the Dominican Republic had kept their pockets tightly closed.

Most of the people who visited the island during the high season of 2008-2009 with the purpose of buying real estate in the Dominican Republic, contacted us and booked their vacations before the collapse of October 2008. Therefore, we had almost the same number of customers visiting and business seemed as usual. Reality hit us when we realized that the deals were almost non-existent (compared to the previous year where at least 1 in 4 customers bought), but of course our expenses were the same because everyone who had planned or scheduled to view property, still met with us and toured the property. In hindsight, this situation is the obvious result of the side effects of a North American market downturn in a vacation destination (where vacations were booked in advance), but for some reason we didn’t anticipate this.

However, now it appears that we have been through the worst, and the market has started to heat up again. Prices have adjusted, inquiries are almost as numerous as they were in 2008, and offers are up slightly from 2009. The most significant indicator of the rebound is the substantial increase in the number of inquiries for commercial real estate in the Dominican Republic. . Investors, who have not existed since the end of 2008, have returned and they are numerous. Commercial offers have generally been low offers and many require seller financing, but the activity is there and indicates that investors believe now is the time to invest in this emerging market.

If you are an investor interested in taking advantage of the real estate investment opportunities in the Dominican Republic and are waiting for the market to hit bottom, it seems that we have reached it and 2010 will be the year where the best transactions are made. Don’t be one of the unlucky ones who look back ruefully on 2012 and wish they had taken advantage of the 2010 prices. Now is the time!

Website optimization for search engine rankings

Sometimes (actually, quite often) we talk to clients who lament the fact that the website they spent a lot of money to develop doesn’t show up in any search engine’s search results.

Surely the ‘professional’ web design company they hired has done their job? After all, the website is out there for all to see.

Unfortunately, not all websites are created equal. Too many web designers are really graphic designers who produce a nice, attractive page layout or template, but simply lack the technical knowledge to create an effective site. As they say, looks aren’t everything, babe!

Not all websites are designed with the goal of ranking in search engines; some are deliberately designed as ‘brochure’ sites, with traffic driven through direct marketing and promotion of the website address, domain name or URL.

While this is quite acceptable from a marketing standpoint, why not capitalize on the increasing search traffic from popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.?

By applying website and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, you will maximize your investment in your website and drive better business results.

There are a number of key areas that need to be considered and successfully applied when developing a website that is optimized for search engine rankings or results:

– Meta tag

– content page

– Coding and technical structure

META-TAGS

Meta tags generally consist of the page title, keywords, and description, and are not visible to visitors. If you open your browser and click on >View>Source of the page, you can find the meta tags near the top of the page. What you are seeing is actually the HTML code that presents your web page in all its glory.

Over the years, the major search engines have placed different levels of importance on meta tags, and even today they have their own views on which tags are important or not. But without fail, everyone considers the ‘title’ of the page to be paramount. This is the phrase that appears at the top of your browser when you visit a site.

In many cases, the ‘keywords’ tag doesn’t matter much anymore and some search engines ignore it entirely. However, if you abuse this tag and add ‘keywords’ to it, Google may penalize you. It’s still worth adding this tag, just to satisfy the other engines.

The other main meta tag is the ‘description’ tag. This generates the phrase that appears in search engine results to describe your page. Not only should it include your keywords, but it should also be written in a way that search engines find relevant to the content on your page.

By ignoring this important tag, you can achieve great rankings and high search results, but not get visitors to click through to your site because the description doesn’t adequately describe the actual content of the page.

CONTENT PAGE OPTIMIZATION

While page content is not a ‘coded’ element, it is still one of the most critical aspects that will determine search engine results. Not only this, but poor content and structure will drive your visitors away from taking advantage of the limited time they spend on your web page.

It may seem pretty obvious that anyone can write a few paragraphs describing their company, product, or service. Without sounding pretentious, just because you can use Microsoft Word doesn’t make you an author!

Writing for the web is quite different from writing for other ‘real world’ applications. Paragraph structure and length, positioning of main themes and ideas, proper keyword inclusion, optimal keyword density, and overall page length are all elements that need to be carefully approached and executed. This is best left to a professional.

Many web design companies offer content management systems (CMS) that rely on the end user to add additional pages and content. While this may seem profitable, it is actually a false economy. Most end users have little or no experience developing marketing copy, let alone writing specialized copy for web pages.

Also, because the pages are created and completed by the user, meta tags are rarely added. When the user bravely ventures into adding meta tags, he usually has no real understanding of what constitutes a good tag from a bad one and limits the effectiveness of the page.

HTML CODING AND TECHNICAL STRUCTURE

Behind the scenes of a website, a lot of complex operations are performed to display the page in your browser. If you followed the suggestion in a previous paragraph and looked at the ‘page source’ of a web page, you will have seen the many lines of complex HTML code. But even if you can write some HTML and have a page miraculously appear in a browser, there are good and bad coding practices.

One of the basic measures of the success of a page is its loading time. From numerous usability tests done, the general rule of thumb is that if a page doesn’t load within 8 seconds, most visitors are likely to skip it.

Load time can be negatively affected by many things; Poor coding structure, excessive HTML, images that are too large, and not building the site according to the latest search engine recommendations and W3C standards. Also, slow loading pages are less favored by search engines.

Another important but often overlooked aspect is that search engines cannot index images, there is simply no text for them to recognize. This makes it important that ‘alt tags’ be used for all images, menu graphics and Flash files. This not only gives search engines some text to index, but also provides an ideal opportunity to add relevant keywords to your page.

And finally, a skilled web developer will pay close attention to the actual name of the URL page. This is an important element used by search engines to index pages and should be a key part of any website or search engine optimization (SEO) program.

You will notice that in the previous paragraph I used the term web developer and not web designer. In my opinion, and I’m sure I’ll be tarred and feathered by this, many web designers are simply graphic designers who can write HTML code.

Others are HTML coders who can use PhotoShop, with little to no real understanding of the intricacies of creating websites that are search engine friendly and properly structured for an optimal visitor experience. But then that’s just my opinion.

Home typing services and secretarial services: how to choose a name

It is important to choose a name for your secretarial services or typing business. Select it carefully.

Make sure the name fits these criteria:

o Indicate that you are providing secretarial, transcription, VA, data entry, or typing services.

o Easy to remember.

o Distinctive: stand out from your competition.

o Capture the customer’s attention.

o Create a professional image.

o Inspire customers to buy from you.

Which of these is more appealing? HyperTyper or Judy’s word processor? “HyperTyper” tells what Gloria does. It offers typing services and writes fast. Many people have commented that they choose Gloria’s typing services because of their company name.

Choose a simple name that your customers can remember, pronounce, and spell. They must remember your business name to look it up in the phone book or call information when they lose their phone number.

List Features

List all the characteristics of your business. Look up synonyms. Check out various categories in the yellow pages and look for existing names that you like. Play with combinations and variations of all of the above.

Send a short survey to your friends and business partners. Ask them to vote from 1 to 10.

If you offer secretarial services, try using any of these descriptions in a name: Word Processing, Data Entry, Secretarial Services, Transcription, Medical Transcription, Legal Transcription, Office Support, Desktop Publishing, and Graphic Design.

Should you use your own name?

Using your name, followed by the type of service works well if you have a reputation in your field. An example is “Michelle Smith Medical Transcript” or “Ann Johnson Legal Transcript.” Seeing yourself as a one-person organization makes your business more personalized. People like to deal with the same person instead of different people each time. Try your own name in combination with any of the above. Add words like Professional, Excellent, Reliable/Reliable, Fast, Express, and Creative.

test your name

Once you’ve picked a few names, test them out on friends and family, potential customers, and everyone you know. Ask them what kind of service they think it provides and how the name makes them feel.

After selecting your business name, you can now start creating your logo, letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.

How to Make the Smart Choice When Buying Used Tyres for Your Vehicle

When Buying Used Tyres for Your Vehicle

Tires are a vital part of a vehicle’s function. They provide the support and propellence for the vehicle’s load, protect it from road imperfections, and stop it from rolling over. A good quality tire also improves a vehicle’s fuel economy, and helps the driver maintain control on wet surfaces.

Gomme occasione

There are many things to consider when buying a new set of tires, from size and load capacity to tire treadwear and performance. The right choice will be a compromise between these factors, so it is essential to shop wisely.

Purchasing a new set of tires can be an expensive proposition, so consumers are often tempted to buy used tires when they aren’t in need of a new set. This can be a great way to save money, as long as consumers take their time and inspect the used tires they are considering before purchasing them.

How to Make the Smart Choice When Buying Used Tyres for Your Vehicle

But if you are looking for a safe, dependable, and affordable set of tires, then it is best to opt for new tires. New tires are built to meet federal standards for tire size, treadwear, traction performance and temperature resistance. They are also backed by warranty and other consumer protections.

The first thing to know about tires is that they are not made equal. There is a wide range of tire types, and different brands offer varying levels of ride quality, noise suppression, wear, fuel efficiency and more. It is the job of a tire-store expert to help you select the correct tires for your needs.

A good rule of thumb is to determine whether or not you need all-season, winter or summer tires. All-season tires are a great choice for most vehicles, as they provide superior handling and traction in all weather conditions. In addition, all-season tires can be easier on your wallet than a summer or winter tire.

If you have a light-duty truck or SUV, it is recommended to get a more rugged set of tires that are designed for use in harsher conditions. These types of tires may require a larger tire size and wider rims than normal.

It’s also important to check the tread depth of any tire before you purchase it, as a worn or damaged tire can be unsafe. You’ll want to be sure that the tread depth of any used tire is at least 3/32′′ and is in good condition.

The best way to identify the age of a used tire is to look at the DOT number on the sidewall. This number reveals the week and year that the tire was manufactured. You should avoid any used tire that is more than 6 years old because the oil in the rubber dries out over time and can lead to dry rot and cracking, both of which are dangerous.

If you are interested in a safer, more cost-effective way to replace your tires, then it is important to find a trustworthy dealership that has been certified by the Better Business Bureau. You should also make sure the used tires you are considering have been thoroughly inspected and that they meet the manufacturer’s specifications for safety, load capacity and performance.

Technology

3 ways to take advantage of manufacturing in China

Once primarily made up of fishing villages, now with many high-rise residential apartments and multi-story factories, Shenzhen was located somewhere in China, very close to Hong Kong. He once exported almost everything for the Christmas shopping session, from the Christmas tree to the decorations. It wasn’t doing very well this year, mainly due to rising raw materials (including electricity) and labor costs that had kept many buyers away. Not so long ago, Shenzhen boasted of being the hub of all production activities and now it is no longer the favorite of many buyers. This is nothing new; The same power shift was witnessed by Hong Kong and Taiwanese businessmen a few decades ago right on their doorstep.

Being the lowest cost is a tough battle, there were always some that Tom and Henry could set up production facilities at even less cost than theirs and snatch all the orders from them. Good news for buyers, right? Just keep looking for lower-cost manufacturers to enjoy higher profit margins? The answer was yes and no…

Therefore, as buyers, it is important to distinguish the three main categories of models made in China. They were the Wenzhou model, the Dongguan model, and professionally managed companies. Together, they form the fundamental production engine that had been driving China to even greater export powers.

1. Wenzhou Model, I first heard about Wenzhou when the Chinese government implemented a series of measures to curb the heating of properties in China’s major cities to prevent the formation of bubbles that would one day burst. I came to learn about the purchase of the Wenzhou group, consisting of a cash-rich person who organizes a trip to explore the development or launch of new projects throughout China. Snatching almost 90% of units in a single shot is not uncommon. Granted, what the Wenzhou model meant was simply copying the most popular products launched and released by others, within months identical products were made available and ignited competition, which in turn lowered the price and many times beyond cost values. These hit-and-run models did not have proper management planning or core technology.

2. Dongguan model, I was there once, many entertainment establishments in full range, I mean, some were beyond your wildest dreams. Also, there were many fancy restaurants and shopping malls as if you were in Taipei or central Hong Kong. As you probably guessed, these manufacturers were mostly run by cross-straits entrepreneurs and many were good at exploiting China’s emerging market opportunities, but share the same fate as their Wenzhou model counterparts; having the weakest link in production between R&D, production, marketing, distribution. They were easily subject to getting their throats cut by other competitors who can do it cheaper.

3. Professionally run companies, normally run by returning engineers and scientists, mostly from the US, some were SOEs (State-Owned Enterprises) that had been reformed or, so to speak, liberated. They compete with others with competitive technologies and participate in the market on a much larger scale; companies like Hair, TCL were classified in this segment.

So, as a buyer, how could you use this information to harness the great power of manufacturing? Simple, always optimize your requirements in 3 main areas of competitiveness,

1. Product development

2. Marketing variation

3. Packaging innovations

For long-term cost gains and quality products that can sell well and earn high profit margins, focus on these 3 aspects;

1.Product development. Use the Dongguan model to develop new products by leveraging your existing R&D infrastructure, no matter how trivial, make them develop products at a faster pace and lower cost. You will be amazed at your innovative strength to develop new products with production and manufacturing requirements in mind, dramatically reducing product development cycle time for retail shelves.

2 Marketing Variations: This depends largely on budgetary resources,

Depending on the target customer groups, whether they are domestic in China or international. He always developed 2 or more products with different features to serve different market segments. For example, certain features have been turned off or disabled for home customers whose price needs to be lower to establish economies of scale. High-end version for international buyers.

3 Packaging Innovations: Ever wonder why a box of chocolate can command a much higher price in a different country? I once received a box of attractive and tempting chocolates from a friend who bought it in Japan. The mere sight was enough to appease my appetite. Breaking through layers of wrapping paper, ribbons, the chocolate tasted no different than what I bought in the glass containers at the grocery store. Yes, packaging can add additional competitive advantages to your products, please work with the Wenzhou model on the packaging requirement, as the cost will be minimal and the idea will certainly double in less than 3 weeks, but it is unavoidable and as long as you have your own niche market to go for, it’s the best advantage you can get
