Wild Country Trekking – Makalu Base Camp Trek

The desire to be greeted with spectacular scenes is natural, and an obvious choice to go would be anywhere in the country of the Himalayas. One such country is Nepal, known as a traveler’s paradise (especially trekkers), situated in the lap of the majestic Himalayas!

There are several unique and amazing options for trekking in Nepal, one of which is slowly but steadily gaining a lot of attention in recent years: Makalu Base Camp.

The Makalu Barun Valley in Nepal is one of those places that has its own charm that sets it apart from other regions of the country. Due to this uniqueness, many hikers and adventure seekers wear trekking boots every season.

Well, where do I start with the trek that is quickly becoming popular as the new Annapurna Circuit trek? Let’s start with the basics.

Mount Makalu, the 5th highest mountain in the world It is located in eastern Nepal. It is one of the eight thousand that are in the Khumbu region, where Everest, the highest in the world, is also located.

It is an independent peak with a height of 8463 m. The immediate peaks of Makalu are Kangchungtse (Makalu II – 7640m) and Chomo Lonzo (7804m).

Mount Makalu was named after the Hindu god mahakala in Sanskrit, it is one of the forms of Lord Shiva, the destroyer. mahakala means ‘big and black’ and hence Makalu is known as ‘The Big Black’ for its distinctive large black rock face.

This mountain is quite difficult to climb and requires mountaineering experience. Makalu was successfully climbed in 1955 AD by Lionel Terray and Jean Couzy of a French expedition team.

The Makalu Base Camp trek, as the name suggests, is a trek to the base camp of the fifth highest point in the world – Mount Makalu. It takes hikers to the foot of this mountain and passes through some of the most magnificent scenery on earth.

October – November and March – May is a good time to do the trek. The base camp is located near the tranquil lake of Barun Pokhari at 4,950m. The trek to base camp and back can be completed in around 18 days.

The highest elevation of this trek is 5,250m, with a viewpoint on the lower slopes of Peak 3 (6,477m) near Shersong (4,660m).

This trek starts and ends at Tumlingtar passing through various places along the way like Chichila, Num, Sedua, Tashigaon, Khongma, Mumbuk, Yangle Kharka, Merek, Shersong and Khandbari.

There are strict rules and regulations that exist to protect and conserve both the natural environment and the unique culture of the region, which hikers must follow. One of the rules is to camp only at the designated camping sites for the hike.

on the walk, there are three passes: Ghungru La (4050m), Shipton La (4216m) and Keke La (4150m) on the way from Khongma to Mumbuk. While crossing these passes, trekkers can witness magnificent views of the Himalayas, which is also why trekking in Nepal is so loved.

It has stunning views of Makalu, Chhamlang (7319m), Baruntse (7220m), Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8501m), Peak 3 (6477m), Peak 4 (6720m), Peak 5 (6404m), Peak 6 (6739m), Peak 7 (6105m) and Hong Chuli (6833m).

Although teahouses and lodges have sprung up along the trail in recent years, the Makalu Base Camp trek is best experienced as a camping trek. However, these establishments provide very basic needs in terms of food and accommodation. So hikers must have a hard time when they stop at these teahouses that are few and far between along the way.

Don’t expect these lodges to offer luxurious facilities like the Everest and Annapurna teahouses with hot showers, chocolate cakes and such. This hike throws all personal comfort out the window!

Therefore, hikers had better be self-sufficient in dealing with difficult terrain and unpredictable weather conditions. Hikers should be prepared with the mindset of being safe rather than sorry on this particular hike.

The Makalu Base Camp trek runs through one of the most remote parts of the country, in the vast desert, so there must be at least two trekkers venturing onto this land, at any given time.

This trek is definitely for the more experienced and hardy trekkers who can adapt to any type of environment without any complaints, especially about how its facilities are not like Everest or Annapurna, and who can enjoy the basic accommodations or even the lack of they.

The trek to Makalu Base Camp is located in the Makalu Barun National Park and Conservation Area. This national park is located in Sankhuwasabha and Solukhumbu districts with an area of 1500 sq. kilometers in eastern Nepal.

The land is teeming with wildlife such as lynx, snow leopard, blue sheep, warthog, red panda, musk deer, barking deer, flying squirrel, jackal, clouded leopard, kingfisher dark blue, the blue-naped pitta, eagles, birds of prey, white naked stork and many more.

The trek makes its way through the glacial Himalayan valley of Makalu Barun. The Barun River valley is covered in lush green forests with colorful rhododendron flowers and refreshing waterfalls. The landscape changes dramatically to alpine meadows and barren rock and gravel land as you go north on the trail.

The region is equally rich and diverse in culture with people from different sects like Sherpa, Rai, Gurung, Limbu and many more calling it home.

Even though there are teahouses and other modern facilities cropping up on the Makalu Base Camp trek, it still ranks high for adventure trekking in Nepal. So, put on those trekking boots for this Himalayan trekking season!

The Seychelles Islands can best be described as a paradise on earth with towering granite boulders, swaying palm trees and turquoise inlets that are framed by sparkling white sand beaches. Mahe is the largest island and being surrounded by other islands, its beaches are relatively calm and safe. Cruising is truly the best way to experience these stunning islands, set your own island-hopping itinerary, find out-of-the-way spots, or dine on Greek cuisine. The Greek islands are home to some of the best sunsets in the world and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, this is one of the best places in the world to charter a yacht. Each of these islands has its own unique character, making every port visit unique. The continuous sunshine, traditional whitewashed villages, ancient archaeology, stunning natural landscapes and rich culture attract sailors from all over the world.

Dubbed the ‘new Greece’, the ‘new Riviera’ and the ‘new Tuscany’, Croatia has become an increasingly must-see destination for all types of travellers, but there really is no better way to experience it than sailing the Adriatic, where the sun almost always shines. Croatia has revamped its infrastructure over the last decade to make it a popular destination for anyone looking for great cruises, historic scenery and remote beaches. Croatia is one of the hidden gems of the Mediterranean, with 1,185 islands and 1,778 km of coastline, it is a true paradise for sailors. The Dalmatian Islands are wild, rugged and mostly uninhabited and offer some of the best sailing in the area. The rolling coastline is dotted with pristine beaches, lush green hillsides, and old towns steeped in history.

5. French Polynesia

Roughly halfway between Australia and California, the 118 islands of French Polynesia are scattered across an expanse of the Pacific Ocean that spans more than 2,000 square kilometers. French Polynesia is made up of five main island groups, including Tahiti, a landscape of jagged volcanic peaks dotted with lush vegetation and spectacular waterfalls. The islands offer an alluring mix of beautiful lagoons, traditional culture and exotic marine life, with plenty to explore both on land and at sea. The wide lagoons around Raiatea, Tahaa and Bora Bora offer plenty of sheltered sailing in calm waters, and off the reefs, the long waves of the Pacific will give you a taste of ocean sailing at its finest.

6. The Côte d’Azur, France

It would be hard to find a more romantic place to cruise than the French Riviera. The Mediterranean coastline in the southeastern corner of France offers more contrasts than probably anywhere else in the world and there’s no denying the glitz and glamor of the French Riviera. Monaco is the second smallest country in the world (after the Vatican) compressed into 1.95 square kilometers. The French Riviera, or Côte d’Azur, is the world’s most legendary place to charter a yacht filled with stunning beaches and stunning scenery. Some of the biggest, newest and most impressive superyachts from around the world gather here, with cruising itineraries that may include St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Antibes. This is the heart of global superyacht culture, with vibrant nightlife and exceptional cuisine and special events such as the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. The French Riviera manages to combine historic architecture, unspoiled islands, small marinas, rugged landscapes and white sand beaches with the great cosmopolitan resorts of Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo.

7. The Amalfi Coast, Italy

From Naples to Positano to the historic island of Capri, Italy’s Amalfi Coast is a historic region full of picturesque harbors and historic sites. This is a more remote part of Italy, away from the tourists of Rome and the crowded marinas along the Riviera, a place where charter guests can sail in comfort and plenty of privacy. This region also offers some fantastic southern Italian cuisine, with Michelin-rated restaurants within walking distance of some beautiful anchorages. Dine on board or ashore for both lunch and dinner and you won’t be disappointed. While the French may have their Riviera, it’s nothing compared to the endless beauty of Italy’s coastline. Often overlooked due to its proximity to places like Monaco, Italy’s coastline is no less beautiful and arguably less marred by advancing real estate developments. But for the best sailing trip in Italy, I recommend starting on the Amalfi Coast and working your way to Naples and the islands of Procida and Capri. The sparkling seas here and the beautiful Italian coastline are the perfect sight to complement a highly cultural region. You’ll see ancient ruins, clean sandy beaches, quaint towns, and some of the best seafood you’ve probably ever eaten.

8. Minorca, Spain

Although it may be the smallest and least known of the Balearic Islands, Menorca is dotted with beaches more spectacular than Mallorca and Ibiza combined. The undulating landscape of Menorca offers charming villages with traditional colorful houses and cobbled streets, beaches with secluded coves and an ideal climate for sailing, making it a true nautical paradise. Recent changes to Spain’s tax laws mean the charter scene has changed, as new superyacht owners can now offer their yachts for charter without having to pay taxes that used to make the practice prohibitive.

9. South coast of Turkey

Turkey’s south west coast has long been a popular yacht charter destination, with itineraries running from Bodrum to Fethiye. Sailing in Turkey is among the best in the world due to the constant winds, crystal clear waters, and abundance of beautiful beaches, secluded anchorages, coves, inlets, and marinas. Throughout its history, Turkey has been a crossroads of religions, where East meets West with a mix of cultures and cuisines. Turkey has more than 8,300 kilometers of mountainous coastline with small fishing villages and historical sites. The charter yacht of choice here is the Goleta, a local style of motorsailer. The quality of schooners has improved tremendously and many are as luxurious as motor yachts. They use sail and wind power and offer the best of both worlds and is one of the most enjoyable charter vacations you can enjoy with family and friends.

10. Montenegrin

Montenegro has in recent years become the new superyacht hotspot of the Mediterranean due to huge investments, from chic beachfront restaurants to luxury accommodations to attract yachting enthusiasts. Tax benefits outside the EU (0% VAT) and rapidly growing infrastructure have made Porto Montenegro an advantageous yacht charter base for exploring the thousands of islands from Greece to Croatia. The deep blue and serene waters of Kotor and Tivat Bay are the perfect place for a great vacation. The mountains include some of the most rugged terrain in Europe with a picturesque coastline 295 km long, with 72 km of beaches and many old towns. Swim in clean and protected waters with magnificent bottoms or simply enjoy the incredible sensation of gliding through the water under sail.

11. Saint Martin

St. Martin has to be one of the most popular sailing destinations in the world and it’s no wonder why, as this island is bursting with beauty. The island is ruled by both the French and the Netherlands and you can really experience two cultures in one place when you visit. When you charter a yacht here there are plenty of other islands to explore including St Barths, Anguilla and Saba. Expect beautiful deserted beaches filled with silky white sand, exceptional waterfront restaurants, and exceptional shopping. Explore the waters and discover why Saba is a paradise for scuba divers and snorkelers. Enchanting tropical scenery combined with plenty of nightlife, world famous beaches and other islands to explore make this the number one Caribbean escape.

12. The Grenadines

White sand beaches and tropical waters make this area a paradise for boaters. The “Spice Islands”, as the Grenadines are sometimes called, are a chain of 32 picturesque islands scattered across 60 miles of the southern Caribbean in the West Indies, offering a perfect blend of spectacular scenery, culture, abundant marine life, friendly people. and pristine white sand beaches. Known as one of the best sailing waters in the world, you’ll find that the ideal sailing conditions and lack of crowds make it one of the best places for a vacation on the water.

Pros and Cons of UV Hoods

Taking steps to be more environmentally friendly has become important to more Americans in recent years, and the green movement has reached nearly every industry.

But when it comes to range hoods for commercial kitchens, the most environmentally friendly options aren’t ideal for every commercial kitchen, and in some cases, they still aren’t cost-effective.

When manufacturers of UV hood systems touted environmental friendliness, cost effectiveness, and reduced cleaning costs, he decided to investigate the problem further.

UV hood systems have been used in Europe since 1998 and in the US since 2000.

UV systems: how they work
Oils and fats used in restaurant cooking processes accumulate over time in traditional kitchen exhaust fans, hoods and ducts. When these parts of the hood system are not cleaned regularly, these kitchen materials pose a fire hazard.

Manufacturers of UV hood systems claim that their systems provide a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional cleaning methods because they are equipped with a series of extractors for extractable grease particles, Carter stated in his article.

Other benefits of UV hood systems:
o No costs or special installation requirements.
o Equipped with self-monitoring capability for the operation of fans and lamps.
o Does not require washing.
o Uses less than 300 watts of light for every seven feet of hood.
o Identical maintenance requirements as standard baffle hoods, and filters can be cleaned in a dishwasher when needed.
o Grease is prevented from building up in the ductwork, helping to keep the ductwork and exhaust fan clean.
busted myths

But for some of these claims, field realities are different. Commercial hood companies believe that routine maintenance costs are more expensive.

UV hood systems require less maintenance than traditional hood systems, according to the manufacturers. Where traditional hood systems may need cleaning four times a year, UV systems can be cleaned twice a year. However, the cleaning and maintenance they require are more complicated and technical than their traditional counterparts. UV systems require maintenance by technicians specially trained by UV hood manufacturers. These technicians must have specific knowledge on how to assemble and disassemble the system and how to disassemble and clean the filtration system of the fans.

They also disagree with the manufacturer’s claims that these systems are cheaper to maintain.

They spoke with manufacturers’ representatives and to the best of their knowledge, maintenance costs for these systems can be up to four times the cost of maintaining traditional hood systems.

And while manufacturers recommend UV hood systems for widespread applications, they’re not for everyone.

Hood cleaning companies don’t think they would be recommending the right thing to their customers if they said they are a viable option for everyone because of the costs involved after installation. In my opinion, the product is good, but people should do their research before buying the system.

Home Kitchen

Officials can vote to tax large kitchens

If you’ve been following the news in Philadelphia, you probably know that the mayor has proposed a tax on sweet soda and sugary drinks. Just like in New York City a few years ago, when the Board of Health tried to ban large sodas and popcorn servings, he and his henchmen are convinced this will spell the end of obesity. I’m all for ending corpulence, but does anyone think this will actually work? Will a few extra pennies (yes, we still use them) keep the public away from your candy? The Associated Press says this legislation has failed in more than thirty cities and states so far, so what’s the problem? The only reason I go to the movies is to eat popcorn loaded with the wonderfully disgusting artificial butter-like substance and then wash it down with a sweet drink.

If the authorities are allowed to tax sweets, what’s next in their bag of tricks to reduce the girth of people with size issues? I can only imagine that the proper committee will decide that large refrigerators should be illegal because they can be used to store large amounts of sugary drinks. Next, logically, the use of large pantry cabinets would be prohibited, because you could fit large boxes of sugary cereal in them. Clearly large kitchens themselves would be on the agenda, because if you only have a small kitchen it would encourage people to go smaller so they have more room to move around.

Of course, this is all nonsense. People should be allowed to buy food in whatever quantities they want, and certainly should be allowed to have kitchens of any size, without being subject to additional taxes. However, if you don’t have a large kitchen, you can make your little one look and feel bigger by following a couple of design tricks. And the government will never know!

If you are working with a small space, the first impulse is to use wall cabinets that extend to the ceiling. While this will add an extra shelf to each cabinet, it will also close off the room, making it appear smaller. If you have 96″ ceilings, stick with standard 30″ or 36″ high wall cabinets, but order an additional shelf for each. In most kitchens, cabinets are underutilized due to lack of Shelves: Shelf in a standard height cabinet can increase its usable capacity by about 20% and by leaving a little open space on top of the cabinets it looks more “airy.” You can store some decorative kitchen utensils in there.

Consider adding open shelving between some of the wall cabinets. Although this won’t actually increase your storage capacity, this technique will help make the kitchen look bigger.

Keep all cabinets level with each other instead of moving them up and down. By keeping cabinets level, including open shelving and leaving the soffit open, it draws attention horizontally rather than vertically, making the space appear larger.

The best way to maximize storage space in any size kitchen is with accessories like lazy-Susans, pull-out trays and tilt-out drawers. Corners are almost impossible to avoid in some kitchen designs, and if you have a corner, the best way to deal with it is to install lazy-Susans in the corner cabinets. Although they are not 100% efficient, (you lose some space on the sides), it makes everything much easier to reach. And you can also add an extra shelf to a Lazy-Susan or adjust the bottom shelf up several inches to allow you to use the base of the cabinet as an extra shelf. Avoid cabinets with blind corners at all costs! Those are those hideous cabinets, which are stacked in the corners to fill up the space. If there’s no way around having a blind corner base unit, insist on half-moon shelves, which make the space more accessible.

Pull-out trays allow you to pull out all items in a base cabinet for easy access without digging through the back for something you misplaced several years ago. It’s also much easier on your back because you don’t have to bend over as much to retrieve pots and pans.

If you currently have a small kitchen, or if the government regulates that you can’t afford a large one, by manipulating a few design elements and maximizing internal space, your small kitchen can feel and act much larger than you ever thought possible. And you can hide the Frosted Flakes in your bedroom.

Why Are Organic Social Media Fans Important To MLM Success?

MLM success is fun and profitable, but there is a dark side that has led people to do unethical marketing. It’s fun to see social accounts rise in popularity, however it can be done the wrong way. Organic social growth is the only way forward. Most social networking sites are on the lookout for black tactics that allow accounts to grow at a rapid rate and many of the followers are non-existent. They can cause problems in your account, especially when you share content.

Your success in MLM is based on attracting and retaining potential clients and converting them into teammates. If social networking sites catch you using unethical means to create your account, they will likely warn you before closing your account. That’s not the worst thing, most of the search engines especially Google are keeping an eye on this too and will punish your content or website for poor social growth. Social media traffic weighs heavily on search engines now. This means your social media content ranks higher in search engines than ever before.

Building Organic Social Media Fans for MLM Success

You need to have organic following to gain search engine positions now. This is the only acceptable method of staying “clean” with Google. You should never pay for followers. It’s already hard to separate the fake fans from the real ones. However, the real ones will engage with you from time to time. In some cases, most of the time they do love your content and you respond to them.

To build future MLM success, you know you need to be responsive, create lovable content, and be available to the online and offline world. Your content will come in different styles and flavors because no two prospects in your journey are the same. The content should touch on their pains and the stage of their journey. Once you have the outline of your campaign, you can develop long and short form content to help you achieve results. Be open to game changes, sometimes you may need to throw a curveball instead of a fastball. You can include a webinar or workbook to make things more engaging or easy.

Interacting with your fans is a great way to spread your messages on the Internet. They already like some of your stuff, so why not give them something for free? This can help you get new sources of traffic and fans.

Tone your legs with boxing: 5 ways to shape and strengthen your legs in boxing training

When people join my Fitness Boxing classes, many wonder if boxing is a good exercise for the legs. So I show you how great boxing is for working out your legs, when you do it right. Here are 5 quick tips that you can include during your boxing workouts at home or in the gym to get a better leg workout. Keep in mind that these are all authentic boxing moves, not star jumps, squats, or “stuffing.”

1 – Float like a butterfly

The great man said it, but what does it mean? For physical boxing it means getting on your toes and moving in and out. That is how. Get into boxer’s stance, on your side, with your guard up, left foot forward (for righties). Then lift your heels and walk in and out, in and out, on the balls of your feet. Do this between combos, so you’re always moving or floating. This will give you a much better leg workout.

2 – Feel the ground through your feet

One of my early trainers used to tell me that power comes “from the center of the earth.” he would tell me that connect with the ground, really feeling the ground through the balls of my feet. Too many people strike on their toes, but that connection to the ground is the first step to engaging the legs in every strike.

3 – releasethen drive

Before throwing a punch, bend your legs. Just bend over a bit, keeping your back straight, as if you were about to pick up a box of groceries. This forces you to engage your thighs and will create a much better punch with more leg muscles involved.

4 – Put out the cigarette

This tip isn’t about smoking, it’s about kicking with your legs. A good hit has leg drive behind it. You want to get your whole body in shape, right? Then use it! That is how. When you throw a left jab, PUSH into the ball of the back of your foot. When you throw a right crossover, TURN your right foot until it points at the target (punching glove or punching bag), as if you were putting out a cigarette. For the hook, turn the ball of your foot so that it points in the direction of the target. If it’s a left jab, turn your left foot to the right.

5. Try the North, South, West, East footwork drill

This is a great warm-up exercise. Get into your boxer stance. Start floating like a butterfly (tip #1). Go Forward (North), Back (South), Left (West), Right (East) and repeat for one minute. This is a difficult exercise to try to explain in a written article, however, I hope you get the idea. It’s like a dance, so try it with music if it helps. Make it a double step in each direction, like a double bounce on the balls of your feet. If you’d like a demo, email me and I’ll send you a video clip.

Get in shape to fight.

Breast Massage Orgasms – Breast Foreplay Guide To Drive Her Wild

Guys, listen while I am about to tell you about the importance of breast foreplay in sex that can lead to a breast orgasm.

The ancient knowledge of tantra tells us that the positive pole of a woman is her breasts and the negative pole is her vulva. In a man the opposite happens. The positive pole is the penis and the negative pole is the heart area.

The basis of sexual attraction

Sex is like magnets, the positive attracts the negative. When a man and a woman come together with a lot of sexual attraction, the energy flows strongly and effortlessly.

Men love to stimulate their positive pole, their penis, usually at the beginning of sexual intercourse, while a woman first needs to open her heart and emotions from her breast area.

What most men do wrong in foreplay

Most men tend to be too quick to stimulate the negative pole of the woman first without opening the positive pole. When they do this, the woman is likely to stop wanting to have sex that night.

So now we can see the importance of breast stimulation.

Tips for breast massage

Spending a lot of time touching, blowing, kissing and licking the breasts allows a woman to open up. How about using a little skin to touch the breasts? The energy then moves down to her genital area. How about spending 20 minutes enjoying the softness and femininity of breasts the next time you make love. Really enjoy touching this area and she will love you that much more.

It’s good to communicate how you like to have your breasts touched with a few simple yes-no questions while you perform breast stimulation. Every woman is different in how she likes to be touched.

breast orgasms

Some organically sensitive women can have breast orgasms from breast foreplay with the right stimulation. This can happen if the breast massage lasts 20 minutes or more. Take your time and see what happens!

Green tea as a natural remedy for yeast infection

Fortunately, there are many things you can do to prevent yeast infections in the first place. A home remedy for thrush is to simply drink good quality fresh green tea every day. Organic green tea would be even better. Also, limit the amount of sweets you eat. Candida reproduces even more profusely when you eat a large amount of sugar.

Green tea is a known natural remedy for yeast infection. This is because the polyphenols in green tea have been shown to inhibit many other bacteria capable of causing infections.

Green tea protects against disease-causing microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract. It also promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestine.

In addition to making sure you drink quality green tea every day, another home remedy for thrush is to make sure you don’t create a breeding ground for bacteria. Always stay dry. Tight clothing does not allow good air circulation. Use cotton or other natural fibers. Limit the use of lycra spandex, leather, and other fabrics that don’t breathe.

Sugar can cause chronic yeast infections. Use brown sugar or honey, instead. They take longer to break down in your body, which lowers the amount of circulating blood sugar.

Avoid foods that have “yeast,” such as bread, mushrooms, and alcoholic beverages. Studies have shown that avoiding these types of foods for three to six months will often see significant improvement.

Avoid bubble baths, scented tampons, colored toilet paper, and products with dyes, perfumes, and other chemicals that can irritate vaginal tissues. Instead, use white unscented toilet paper.

Another great natural thrush remedy is to eat a live culture yogurt.

Keep stress under control. It is true! Stress can cause or aggravate your condition. Drinking warm green tea before you start your day and throughout the day will not only cleanse your entire system, but also put you in a very relaxing mood.

National Organ Donor Day and its Importance

Organ Donation Statistics

  • As of August 2017, more than 116,000 men, women, and children are on the organ waiting list.
  • In 2016, it is estimated that around 33,611 transplants were successfully performed.
  • Every day at least 20 people die without getting donors.
  • Although the majority of US citizens support organ donation, only 54% of them are registered donors.

What should be done to donate organs and save more lives?

Go to a nearby hospital or community health center and sign up for organ donation. Donor organs can save up to 8 lives. You can help people in your family and community sign up for organ donation to become a registered donor.

What organs can be donated?

  • All eight vital organs including the heart, kidneys (2), pancreas, lungs (2), liver and intestines can be donated. Hands and faces will also be listed in the coming days.
  • Tissue donation includes cornea, skin, heart valves, bones, blood vessels, and connective tissues.
  • In addition to the organs and tissues listed above, bone marrow and stem cells, umbilical cord blood, and peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs) can also be donated.

Who can become an organ donor?

From newborns to seniors, anyone can be an organ donor. Although there are no age limitations to become a registered donor, in the US, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain authorization from their parents or guardians. Organ donation depends only on the state of your organs and your physical form.

You can still donate organs, even if you are not a US citizen. Organs will be given to patients based on medical necessity, not citizenship.

Even with any disease you can donate. But people with HIV, jaundice, cancer, or any other organ infection will not be able to donate their organs or tissues. If you want to donate your whole body, contact the nearest medical organization and learn about the possibilities.
